I wanted an Atlas and was told about one that was coming in off of a 3 year lease. The agent I was working with said it would be available within the next 3 days. My husband and I waited patiently, we did our research, ran numbers with the rep and were solidified in purchasing the car. We just needed to test drive it and make sure it was the perfect car for my family and I. After contacting the dealer daily, we did not hear back until 1 week later. He informed us the car was ready and available today. We went in at the time he informed us to. We test drove the car and we were ready to complete the paperwork. We noticed they were still showing the car while we were there and thought it was strange. After requesting to speak with a manager after we sat waiting we were informed the car was sold. They wasted my time, I would have preferred the dealer was HONEST when we arrived instead of making us feel like we were still able to purchase the vehicle. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE! Please look elsewhere! Extremely disappointed!

I had a great experience purchasing my Tiguan at Sunrise Volkswagen. I dealt with Dudley who was the outmost professional. He showed me exactly the cars I wanted to see and answered all my questions. Their finance department even beat my bank’s already competitive loan rate without any clauses.The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the extensive wait the first day I visited here (almost 40 mins) to see a sales rep (granted they were busy). Definitely suggest calling ahead and making an appointment.

Our salesman Dudley was great. We went to the showroom on a Saturday and picked up the car on Monday. The only comment on the negative side would be communication with the girl who answers the phone in the showroom, don’t leave a message with her, Dudley never got messages, I had to get a little aggressive with the girl who answered the phone for Dudley to call back. Email him if you want answers, don’t call.

Leasing an Atlas from here, after 3,000 miles in a brand new car it has nothing but issues with the front end of the car, rides like it has 150,000 miles on it. Now that is not there fault but they basically told me to kick stones when confronted (in person). I tried to have them look at and was told to wait 2 months or leave it here, pay for your own rental for a week or two until we get around to looking at it. When I called west I slip they will take me in immediately as they have REAL customer service.Just so you know I’m not one to post reviews at all but in this case I would suggest you go to where the customer service is I actually meaningful and important.

My husband and I visited Volkswagen today and I have to say that the entire experience was pleasant. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the front desk clerk who inquired about the reason for our visit. She immediately called a sales rep to assist us with our search. Our client advisor’s name was Dudley Leveille. He was friendly, knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with. He knew the feature and benefits of the car inside out and offered to take us out to test drive. My husband and I commended how great the interaction was and although we did not purchase the car, we were able to give a referral to a family member who is also looking. I will be happy to send along more referrals to Dudley as as a result.

Customer service has been on the decline and seems to be getting worse. Ive purchased 3 cars from the dealership with my most recent one being my last. Purchased a used 2018 Atlas. On my pickup day they gave me a filthy car. Interior was not cleaned at all. On top of this the rear parking sensor is to be replaced which means I would have to leave the SUV for repair. I asked for a loaner and theyve been dragging their feet to provide one. Ive never had this experience with this dealership before but it seems like whoever is in charge is not on top of things.I dont plan on buying from them again.

Cant be more clear. Absolute thieves. Get second opinion on everything. Better yet, go to Platinum VW. Much more trustworthy. They ripped me off. I knew it. Reported it to VW president. Got refunds for erroneous charges. Thieves!

We leased a 2021 Atlas. The first day the salesperson was nice, after that all went downhill. The second day when we went to pick up the car, he had an attitude as if we were a burden. The car, Brand new had scratches ! The paperwork was incomplete. The salesperson never responded to emails or calls pertaining to our trade off car. It took a whole month to finally settle the agreement made pertaining to the trade. It was an extra headache that we had to deal with for a whole month.I told the manager; Mario who by the way was extremely nice and professional that I would never ever bring the car back to them based on how we were treated. A month later we received a recall notice, I took the car to Platinum Volkswagen. Since the salesperson wanted a one time sale, he got it. I promised Mario that I would never ever return to them and I kept my promise. Platinum Volkswagen staff is much nicer and ironically we didnt even lease the car from them!

Great customer service, straight forward with their pricing, talked to Mateo on the phone to get a quote, went to the showroom and he stuck to the price he gave over the phone, nothing changed unlike other dealerships.

Due to covid I didnt feel comfortable going to a dealership and sitting inside for the entire car buying process. I called regarding the inventory of a GTI and the color I wanted and they had it. I dealt with Randy when I called and he was helpful and accommodating. Upon signing for the vehicle the price was what we agreed upon and i was in and out of the dealer within 20-25 minutes. So I have taken my car several times to this dealership. I had a small issue the first time I went there BUT the service manager Alberto got involved and I will say I glad he did! He has deff gone over and above to make sure I was notified as to at what point my repair was at (complete new engine) kept me informed! He made sure everything was done properly and test drove the car himself! Thank you and more dealers need service managers like him! I will be back!

Called Eric to make an appointment to see a used Jeep Cherokee. He knew we were coming and first didnt know where the vehicle was when we got there, then he finds it, but yet the Jeep was not cleared off of the snow and I was willing to overlook that but when he went to start the car the battery was completely dead (after saying we just got this in a few days ago ha yea right). Knew we were coming but couldnt bother making sure the truck even started. Guess he didnt want to make a sale. went down the road to Crown Ford and bought an SUV from them. Got to Crown and the SUV was cleared of snow running and warm. Now thats how you do business. I have no other experience at Sunrise VW other then dealing with Eric but that experience was enough to make me never go back.

This is my first and last time buying parts from here. I bought a axle for my car that I no longer need and they won’t let me return it unless I pay 30% ($135) of what the axle cost. What a scam. This is why you can never trust STEALERSHIPS.

Extremely rude guy, ended up purchasing the car today from another dealer, I paid more then what Derran offer, but his rudeness made me buy it from somewhere else.Hope Volkswagen notices their customer concerns and take actions.

Put a down payment to hold an SUV, i went in another direction and they made it very difficult for me to get my deposit back. In addition, the quoted price for the Tiguan lease was $35 a month more than the competition...!

I went to VW of Sunrise Highway because they were the only dealership that had the ‘21 Tiguan in the color my wife wanted. The place was clean and they had a spacious lot and parking area which was a plus.Marco, a young salesman approached us a politely introduced himself, offered his help but gave us our space which was very important. I don’t like when sales staff attach themselves to you, so uncomfortable. So I knew if I was gonna make a move, he earned a shot.When it did come down to asking questions, and taking a test drive, Marco was very respectful, he was funny and down to Earth and I know he made my whole family feel comfortable, which is very important. My wife gets turned off very quickly when she senses something she doesn’t like and will leave. Good conversation, makes you feel like you are talking to another person instead of a salesman. The entire process when really smooth and I got the car I wanted.Keep an eye out for Marco, I know the next time I come back if I decide to get another VW, I know who I’m going to.

I love my Volkswagen car! I was so excited driving it. Make sure to ask questions! All of them will be answered by Dudley. Service was good, and deal was great after negotiating. Make sure to negotiate to get the most out of the experience. I definitely recommend Dudley, he has a thorough knowledge of Volkswagen cars. He is very patient and calm. The reason I gave four stars was because of the maintenance insurance this other guy was offering us, we were almost tricked, this guy wanted us to pay over 10 dollars of the actual cost of maintenance each month for e car, which is ridiculous since he knows our situation. Remember to always negotiate!! In general I definitely recommend this place to buy a car, we’ve been to many places where people have tried to rip us off.

There are so many dealerships who lie to you and tell you they have a vehicle in stock, when they really dont. Based on my experience, I would return if I want to remain a VW customer.

Going to Donaldsson’s Subaru was a very pleasant experience. The staff was courteous, friendly, and professional. Which after going to several different brand dealerships, and other Subaru dealers, was a very pleasant surprise. Mostly this was due to Michael Chiofalo. He was very pleasant, but not overbearing. Michael was very patient as I searched for my new car. And I must admit I didn’t make it easy for him, he was patient, and determined to find my car. He even helped me with the drama of returning my leased car from another company. Michael saved me from a lot of drama.... and to that I say “thank you.” Even after I purchased the car and left to go on my journeys, days later he helped me again with some of technology stuff of the car. Cannot ask for more than any Subaru sales person. Dealerships could learn a lot from him. The worst, will never ever go to this dealership. Nothing but trouble. Replaced my radiator and water pump in December and by July I was told that water pump was leaking. They must of used a refurbished part. Parts manager changes every other month! Save your money.

I searched all over for a white/ beige interior Jeep Wrangler with most of the bells and whistles. I found this particular Jeep at this dealership and was able to quickly send an email and start the negotiating process right away.Within a day or two I was able to reach a deal and give a deposit over the phone.Picking up the car went smooth and fast.and I was on my way home with my new car in about 2 hrs the most.Dudley was excellent to deal with and I highly recommend this dealership when your in the market for a vehicle. Excellent outcome...Everything well explained an I was not made to feel pressured or being taken advantage of. I am so Grateful...Randy went the extra 10 miles and covered “all the bases. What a wonderful person. Thank God, between him and my son, I was just fine❤️☺️❤️

For service: If I could give any less than 1 star I would. Brought the car in for inspection and to check out AC (under warranty).... quoted as a 1 day job. Roberto, rude dropping off, snarky. Had to call them for check ups and stats then next day, spilled into next day. Anthony refused to give any valuable update, he promised to call and update before 3pm, zero calls. One full day later, finally they they picked up, said work didn’t even start — not even the inspection —-despite the day before stating they did!! Might be another full day, or more “who knows.” Rude, liars and horrible to deal with. Avoid at all costs.

Came to do my NY state inspection, had a chance to meet the new manager Alberto while I was waiting. He came over to the waiting area and asked how everybody was doing he even offered to make me a cup of coffee. I gotta say things around there are really changing. I was out of there in less than an hour. I stayed a little longer because the program on the TV was pretty good. That young man and his staff do a really good job here.

Fabulous place!!! My salesperson was Randy. He was professional, warm, and very knowledgeable. I appreciated how he followed up with me in between my visits to the dealership without being too pushy. Everyone else was very pleasant, too-- from the front desk to the finance managers office. I recommend this dealership without any reservations.

Steer clear of this dealership!!Painful car buying process- took hours to complete. Car salesman never asked us if we wanted to add in any extras (we did) before the car showed up and told us we were basically out of luck, “it wasn’t in the order” yet that is his job to ask us if we want these things added, since we had no idea this had to be done prior. They also spelled my name wrong to the DMV on my registration and when I called multiple times to speak to a manager about my experience and what to do about my registration and my overall experience, he isn’t returning my calls!!! Take your money to the other dealership, their prices are basically the same and not worth working with these people who only care about closing a deal and not little details that’s cause major headaches down the road for you.

The worst service department on Long Island. They don’t keep in contact with you about your car and make empty promises of when car will be done....Update 3/5/2020 - Yet more empty promises you reply with a number making me think I can speak to someone I have tried a few times since you replied and the phone rings and rings then says mailbox full ... such wonderful service. Oh and my car STILL isn’t done just more empty promises.

Let me preface this negative review by saying that Dudley was a professional, and hes not the reason for this poor review.I went in on a weekend to get updated figures and since Dudley was not in, I spoke to another sales person by the name of Vince. I asked for basic information that everyone should ask when leasing a car: money factor, residual and incentives for the month.His response? I dont have time for this. The dealership was empty, I saw at least 3 sales people that were free.He gave me ballpark monthly numbers that ranged from 400-450 and didnt even give me a quote on the second car. I asked for details on the upfront payments, he gave me ranges that varied by 20%.Without giving people the numbers I asked for, people dont know what theyre paying for the car. Salespeople like Vince take advantage of people that dont know how to shop leases. Transparency is #1 for me when it comes to leasing.I gave my feed back to the manager by email.

My experience at Volkswagen was amazing. Greg was welcoming, patient, and extremely helpful. I told him what I wanted and together we went through a list of cars and finally settled on one.
