Pretty painless experience. I ended up needing a replacement car after mine was totaled in an accident & wanted the same car or close to it. Found a newer year model here because my friend noticed it in the lot & knew the engine ran fine as soon as I drove down the street with it. Couple of dings & scrapes but thats expected with buying a used car & I can just take a paint pen to it. I found the owner very realistic. The radio touch screen was not working on the car & he took the money off for me to replace it. I ended up leaving the next day with the car & able to return the rental I had within 3 days because my car buying experience was that quick. Id recommend this dealership if they intend on buying a used car & are realistic about their intentions.

The team at ACA were very friendly and helpful. They are trustworthy, sincere, and honest, which can be hard to come by when it comes to buying used cars. They also have a good selection and variety of cars. I found them on Auto Trader, while looking for a manual mini cooper. And rather than sending me off with a car with some minor issues, they made sure to get those issues resolved with their own mechanic at no extra expense to myself. I didnt have to ask them to make those fixes. Overall, it was a great experience, buying from them. Id definitely recommend them to any friends looking to buy a used car.

I found a Honda Accord online and visited ACA auto to look at the car- I had my mechanic join me - my mechanic was impressed; the car was in excellent condition- the owner will work with you to get the car financed- most important they have great customer service and are very attentive to the customer- The owner also explained every detail of the sale and took time to explain every process in buying the car- my son and I left the same day with the car which was clean and perfect- I highly recommend you visit this car dealership if you are looking for an honest price and a reliable car

What can I say but I love these guys! Im a single mom with very limited funds so I had to look at a lot of vehicles before purchasing. After a long search I found ACA Auto Sales and decided to stop in. I was welcomed by Sean and Winston and within minutes felt right at home. Before long I choose a car I thought was suited to me.The next steps were painless. It was after all a used car, and I did find several issues with the vehicle that I felt needed attention so I gave them my list. Without question, they had every issued fixed and at no extra cost cost to me. I was treated fairly and felt like I received a great deal. Unfortunately 1 month later I was in accident and the car was totaled. Where did I head? Right back to ACA Auto Sales!I was treated better than the first time. Sean & Winston went above and beyond for me. Sean helped me negotiate a better settlement with my insurance company and Winston held a car for me until my settlement came in ...I am so happy I went back there. So those of you who think the customer service wasnt great, should maybe consider the customer was the issue and not the customer service.

Don’t actually care about the people. Weird that they don’t do anything to prequal, they just did a hard run of my credit off the bat even knowing my credit status. Was denied from them but was approved by Carvana for a car not even a week before. I’m trying to support black owned business and small businesses but the attitude & the lack of professionalism just wasn’t it for me. The dude expected me to just shout my ssn across the dealership and got mad because I wouldn’t. Felt like I was talking to my dad, and my dad hates me lmao. Anyways, there are better ways to buy a car.

Really unprofessional, tons of empty promises about when my car would be done. After a month I went to get my deposit back and two of the men who work there were yelling across the lobby over who was right about something??? Who does that right in front of a customer?? Don’t waste a month of your life like I did, buy a car from a someone else.I feel kinda bad leaving a negative review because Shawn (who I worked with) is a nice guy and a good salesman but waiting a month to have minor stuff fixed is crazy.

Best decision to buy my car here. Shawn helped us above and beyond expectations. I am only going to ACA Auto when buying another car. I highly recommend them because of there honesty, integrity and great service.

Winston and John were very welcoming and helpful when it came to finding the perfect car for me. It was very last minute due to my other car overheating. Great deals, and washes the car before you leave the lot. Everything was triple checked out to make sure I was satisfied and safe! Last night I thought I was having trouble with the car, so I call Winston. He came minutes later to help me and make sure I was good to drive back safely. Even though, it was my mistake that the car was giving trouble because I had a different key in my pocket lol, he still came through to make sure I wasn’t in any harm or stranded. Thank you guys so much, you don’t find a lot of people that would iterally do anything to make sure the job is done right. Definitely will be coming back in a couple years :)

Shawn W.s soulless tactics make Satan cringe. Not his uncles fault - he seems to be a good guy - but he does let Shawn-the-used-car-salesman-caricature use the same lot. If he says, Good morning, look out the window to check. (Most likely its midnight.) I got badly taken, but you dont have to. The four-star reviews here are soooo hilarious! My God. Not close to the experience of myself or my colleague. Shawn knows very well that he sold me a garbage car for good money.. Better to make a car yourself from a kit than buy a busted, simonized one here. You have been well warned.
