We used them to make a balloon garland for a baby shower. They did an excellent job and were even able to pull off a last minute adjustment to our backdrop to make it look perfect. Extremely professional, wonderful customer service, and great prices. I will use them again and again, and I highly recommend this company if you are on the fence on who to use for your event.

Started off good until the items delivered were not as described and missing parts. The people who dropped the items off were friendly but did not speak any English so trying to communicate the issues led nowhere. Tried contacting them for 4 days and no response. Finally they texted me saying they would call back and never did. Nice when they wanted the money, disappeared after being paid.Update: I was contacted and refunded. Thank you.

Maria and everyone with Party Now did a wonderful job creating a memorable Margaritaville themed backyard 40th birthday party atmosphere for my wife and 25 guests at our home. Maria took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and worked perfectly within my budget to make it happen. Everything from the initial consultation to the online quote and payment process was professional and easy to understand. On the big day of the party, everything went like clockwork from the crew setting up on time to cleanup the next morning. The Party Now team worked for hours the morning of the party to ensure everything looked great. I highly recommend Party Now for your events - they will certainly be my first call for our next event.

I rented chairs and paid for it online. My invoice said that I supposed to pick up the chairs Saturday 11am. Went there the place was closed didn’t get the chairs and they are refusing to refund me. Also very very rude people.

Extremely rude. If you are not going to spend big money, they simply wont care. It should not matter if you are renting 10 chairs or going big on decorations, they should provide good customer service not matter what.

I am extremely pleased with my experience. They were very accommodating. We had an event this past Saturday for the tents to be delivered on that day, however, they were able to set up the tent the day before. We discussed a timeframe and they were there. The two delivery gentleman were very helpful and friendly. If you are looking for good party event company this is the place. Their prices are great!

Pretty pushy and rude when trying to make a reservation. Was nice that I didnt have to be home for drop-off / pick-up but somebody calling me in the middle of the day and yelling GATE CODE isnt exactly how I like to let people into my neighborhood. Would have been nice if he would have introduced himself, the company, etc.Price was fair - tables/chairs were were in good condition.

Rude staff and owner. Zero customer service. The company seriously lacks in people skills. A simple hi, bye, thank you for choosing us, did you enjoy our products...nothing! Also sent two people to deliver tables and chairs. One had a bad back, the other was young and healthy but had a major attitude. I am 35 weeks pregnant and asked for his assistance to move one piece of 1/2 in plywood to set the chairs on and he refused to assist. I had to wait for my husband to get home. I use rental companies frequently, but this one is definitely one I will steer clear of and encourage everyone I know to do the same!

This company is amazing. There was some miscommunication in my family and we found out on Christmas Eve that we didnt have a table and chairs for everyone for Christmas Eve dinner. I called 4 other places and understandably they turned me down; but, not this company. Even though they had a day full of deliveries, they made time for me and I offered and was able to pick up a table and chairs. The pricing was more than fair, especially given it was Christmas Eve and I called last minute. I would highly recommend this company and use them again.

We called on a Thursday, for a Saturday Bd party for renting chairs, tables and a tent. They came on Friday by noon and delivered the chairs and tables. And set up the tent. The prices were good. They picked up all of it on Sunday morning. Prompt service.

I called to place a request. They said that they couldnt deliver but that was ok because I live close by. When I get there the next morning to pick up, no one was there. I called and the owner, who answered the telephone said that they were 15 min behind. I waited 30 before calling back. I was rudely told that they were running behind and that they couldnt do anything for me if I couldnt wait. Poor customer service, and very unreliable. I DONOT RECOMMEND THEM.

Drove twice to do business with this shop and both times no one was there. Lights out. Doors locked. Both times I was at the place the sign on door indicated I was there during their business hours. Either they are out of business or a lousy place to do business with.
