I was greeted promptly and the representative was very courteous and friendly. I mentioned that I wanted to find my mom a matching purse and wallet and he helped me find the perfect match. I love fossil, I normally shop online but this in store experience has give me more to love about them.

I had the best experience with Mardoche, the sales representative. I went pick a watch I ordered online. He was so attentive and informative. Ive been to this location several times but this experience will definitely make me a forever customer.

This is a nice store the customer service is good the young lady that help me with very polite and helpful but Im not so sure I would recommend getting a Fossil smart watch. This is the third one Ive had to buy in less than 3 years. If you do be sure and keep your receipt.

This store has the best customer service in the bay area because of Riana! I drove an hour to get to this store and had difficulty finding their suite. I called two minutes before they closed asking for help find the store within the complex. Riana helped me find the store, replaced the battery I needed and took the time to help me purchase multiple watches. Most employees would not have even picked up the phone that close to closing.Thank you Riana for the exceptional service!

I am so happy with the customer service I received at this store a few weeks back. I went in and was attended by MJ and two other lovely ladies who solved my issue (that wasn’t this locations fault). They went above and beyond and completely made my day! Thank you MJ!!

The employees at this location are always friendly and we normally never have any issues with the many watches we’ve purchased here. Recently we came in because the time was running slow on one watch we’d bought a couple months ago and Ricky and Marduche (MJ) took amazing care of us. 10/10 will still keep buying our watches at this location.

The employee was pleasant but largely unhelpful when I sought help with a charging rings repair/replacement. Went to another location and was asked for a receipt and received service immediately. The outlet is fine for shopping, but if you need help with their product... go elsewhere.

Browse around or go to the service counter an associate is available to assist.I have bought several watches for myself and gifts... How long? Since they opened...2 yrs later after my personal watch battery died I visited a battery store, didnt really care for their service so I called Fossil Outlet direct they invited me to come on over and replaced my battery in 2 min...👍👍

I love Fossil watches and wallets. I have had several over the years. They used to give you a tin, not now. The watches last really well and the straps are great and you can change them very easily. The staff are pretty good. Sometimes they dont leave you alone, this time they were good. Their wallets are really well made and last for years and come in fabulous colours. Recommended.

Employees, all males, were very sweet and patient while we shopped and asked questions. We spend more than planned but are very happy with our purchases.

I went to the Fossil in the premium outlets in need of a battery for my watch. The man working, his name was Victor, changed my battery and wouldn’t even accept a tip when I offered it. He was very helpful and kind. The customer service there was outstanding and I definitely plan on going back!

I had the most AMAZING experience today!!! I was calling & looking everywhere for a watch case for an anniversary present and couldnt find one anywhere! I was starting to get really disappointed because this was very important to me. I decided to try one last place & it happened to be this particular Fossil store. I spoke to a gentleman named Stephen and he was definitely the hero!!! He was very patient & attentive to my needs. He even went over & beyond for me by sending me pictures because he knew I was basically driving from clear across America! (Mac Dill air force base). He even suggested that he could mail it to me because I wouldnt have time to pick it up. This by far was the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever received from any Fossil or retail stores Ive been in! Definitely got him a faithful customer! I will only be going to Stephen at this store anytime I purchase anything from fossil. Definitely need more ppl like him in the customer service industry!!

RUDE! Especially the short round lady. Stares at customers & never speaks a word nor offers to help. Just left this store (11/05/2018). Everything reviews say about Fossil quality much better is true. But rude employees are NOT worth any amount of quality.I literally pointed to a watch that was under the shadow of her arm on the counter she was leaning on. She did not offer to help at all. Another employee had to come over to offer to help me with my inquiry. Fire her! ASAP!
