I will have to give Leanne 5 stars at this store, I called her on Thursday regarding a sandal (Keanu Multi) if they had them in stock in her store but unfortunately they didnt have them there but she took the time to help me further by checking other stores and how long it took to order them which she was able to have them ordered and shipped to me in 2days but I wasnt going to purchase until Friday with my coupon but she was off until today and gave my info to another manager to follow up while she was off which I never got a call until she returned today which was very appreciated due to she was trying to help me with my online coupon to order for me but since I never heard anything from the other manager I just went online and ordered them myself which I wont be getting until next month but Im doing this review for excellent customer service from Leanne and how she followed up with her promise so for now on Im only coming to her when I shop here and I recommend anyone who shops here to go and see Leanne she will do her best to help you!!!...she gets 10 stars from me

Best customer service ever. Manager Chanel resolved my concerns about a psi of shoes and I just love how she handled everything. Made my day to see good people around us!!! Definitely the definition of a manager.

I shopped at this location this evening, the associates were more interested talking amongst each other then trying to make sales. They had a friend there that was hanging out on the bench near the register. The one associate did look in the back for an item. But I didn’t feel to comfortable shopping here.

Not impressed. Manager on duty was very rude for no reason other than the fact that the sales associate had to pull her from the back to process my return. For some reason it also irritated her that I asked for my refund to be issued via gift card. Not sure why that’s a problem considering it guarantees I spend my money with the company. But OH WELL

I placed an online order through the store and was charged. I have received no notice of the order and cannot get the store to pick up on phone calls over the course of may days. Steve Madden customer service has no record of the order. I will need to place a dispute complaint for the charge on my card.

Limited mens shoes selections, but affordable price.

I think the district manager is just as slow as their sales associates. The district manager gave my boyfriend a credit on a paper receipt instead of my money back on the actual card.
