I stood at the cash register for over 5 minutes and no one cashed me out or a acknowledged me, so I left my items at cash and walked out. The manager and another staff member were standing right behind cash talking. My boyfriend and I were starring right at them and they were looking back at us, yet ignored us. I don’t know why the only customers in the store would stand at cash and stare at employees behind cash for no reason other than be cashed out? Would have bought myself and my sister the travel totes, but I took them ignoring me as a sign to save my money and use it elsewhere.

Visited this location tonight and not sure what to say. The signs are very misleading so watch the discounts. Signs in the store say a % off plus an additional 30%. But when you get up to the register they say not on this item.

My wife loves this place. I can appreciate the consistent design style. I havent been in one in a few years but there seems to be more product choices. Towels look like a cool product line. Plenty of items to pick from. See pics attached. Nice place to shop.

This is a really gorgeous store. Vera Bradley items are instantly recognisable for their bright colours, bold patterns and good quality. They have a multitude of designs and shapes and patterns. The people in this store are helpful and nice. I love some of their patterns and they often have an enormous discount here. Recommended.

1 word: AMAZING!!! In all seriousness I still wear my baby blue giant very bag with matching locking wristlet wallet everywear I go! I’m a horrible decision-maker on big purchase items so I asked one of the kind Vera ladies to help me decide. Well she couldn’t have been more helpful AND kind and courteous! I’m still using for work and every errand I go on. She even gave me a discount card and sent me a personal letter the next week saying what a pleasure it was to shop with me.
