Love the flowers 🌺 Love the price & selection they have. I’m hooked on the fried chicken 🍗 & fresh made sandwiches the deli& bakery staff are AWESOME! I am glad to see some people have not used COVID as an excuse to treat people like garbage. Thank you Publix for being a stand out establishment all these years!

Good selection, comparable prices. We received covid19 vaccine there. Scheduled on line. They had the Moderna vaccine. Very little wait at the store. They held the vaccine card until your 15 minute wait period was up.

Nice clean and friendly store. They actually still have cashiers instead of trying to force us to do that job and pay full retail. Shame on you Publix as you are suppose to be known for excellent service. If we are going to replace your cashiers then lower your prices.

In a place with a lot of businesses so the deli and can crazy around 12-2 but they have such a great team it never takes too long. Very clean, very updated and you will constantly see managers helping customers and getting carts. Excellent Publix.

The best publix in town! The staff could not be nicer. I have never had a bad experience here. Products are also stocked. The store is clean. There are always plenty of cashiers that get your through fast. They even bag your groceries and will bring your stuff to your car. The produce is fresh. Great meat products. They sale Boars head deli meat.

Meat department review, simple request about cutting an item from their display case in half. It was almost 5 inches wide. 2 people behind the meat counter and 2 different reasons came out at the same time why they couldn’t do it, I Put the item back and I left the store.

Amazing customer service, not a standard Publix set up so it takes a bit longer to find things but, the incredible staff more than makes up for that.

The shelves are always well stocked, the staff helpful, and the checkout lines move efficiently, with more opening if theres a backup. Makes shopping a pleasure. Seriously.

I always buy chicken tenders from Northgate Publix because they make it better and tastier. Today I was disappointed, I ordered 2 pounds of tenders and requested freshly made to be ready in 30 minutes. When I arrived it wasn’t done. Staff told me that I could just take it from the previously made ones. I said I ordered them fresh. He said it would be 2 more minutes. 15 minutes later I got 2 pounds placed in a unlined brown paper bag, the label would not stick so the bag was open. The tenders were overt done and the breading was thicker and hard to chew. I voiced my complain to “the meat manager” he apologized and said that he would inform the store manager. I pass the apex Publix on my way home from work and shop from the Northgate store, I hope this was a single incident, I miss the tasty tenders as I remembered them. The meat manager told me that the brown thin paper bags are new change, I will refuse them next time.

Publix stores are great, but they come in all sizes. This Publix has such a fantastic staff and shelves are always stocked and the store is always clean.

Went to the Fresh Bakery Counter this morning - about 8:00am only to discover a stack of totally empty baking sheets where Cuban Guava Pastelitos should have been. I enquired about their absence, only to be told that they were in the oven and should be in out in about 40min time. I needed to find something sweet for breakfast, so wandered over to the packaged goods islands.The Woman from the Bakery counter came out to give me an update. I asked why such breakfast baked goods werent regularly available when the store opened. Well, our baker sometimes gets behind, with some regularity, and which she seemed to accept. It seemed pretty silly for a very small bakery operation.But I guess after 5yrs of experience with this particular Publix, Nothing should be a surprise.

Horrible macarons paid 10 dollars six horrible cookies they tasted old some were misshapen, over-sweetned and the inside of the macaron is literally a sponge cake shame on you Publix eww

I shop at the Northgate public supermarket at least twice a week my mother needs a wheelchair and has dementia and she wanted to go into the store with me to shop and I have noticed previously when I have walked in to the lobby there is a wheelchair the wheelchair they provided is not safe very hard to open missing a foot peg very disappointed I am going to make a note to address the manager of the store

I shop at this location weekly. The store is spotless, customer service is 5☆☆☆☆☆ as is quality & freshness. Publix is a bit higher than other grocery chains, but you get what you pay for, right? Every Wednesday is $5.00 Sushi. Good, fresh variety sushi! It is a must have for real sushi lovers! This week, Coke 2 liters were buy 2 get 2 FREE. Great savings. The bread pudding, banana pudding and homemade salads are soooo good! I love the fresh fruit parfaits, too. Check out my pictures and you can see the beautiful presentation of these products.Highly recommend this location.

Very friendly and courteous staff always focused on customers. The bakery is lacking without Dawn and you should please return her to that role! Deli improvements have occurred and produce much stronger.

Although shopping is certainly a pleasure here, and the staff is very friendly and helpful, I cant help but wonder why there are so few people of color working there. I would say the staff is 99% white. Does this have anythinbg to do with the corporations politics?
