This has been my main Publix since they opened. I know everyone by name and look forward to seeing them. Probably the saddest experience with this Publix is when those who have worked there for years retire or pass away. Its really hard to go back and not see them smiling, sharing their stories or simply saying Hi! Good folks all the way around - a true family.

Stopped in to get subs for dinner and I had the best experience. Dominick in the deli is definitely an awesome employee. I ordered three subs and a wrap. The whole time he was chit chatting and making sure they were made the way I wanted them. He even went the extra mile to write on them so I would know whose they were.

Staff is friendly and clean and nice place. Ample parking space

Always friendly and clean. The lines were VERY backed up today with only 3 registers open, but they did finally open another to relieve some of the wait time.

This is kind of a smaller Publix hidden off the road off of 597 and Lutz lake fern. Like all the Publix they have just about everything. And the quality is decent. Publix is no Wegmans, but they havent gotten down here yet. In the meantime, Ill continue to do most of my shopping at my local Publix which is at Sunlake plaza, I stop by this one when it happens to be on my way.

Dropped by the deli and got 4 boxes of fried chicken. We were going to my sisters house and did not want to be empty handed. Everyone loved the chicken and my wife an i we admired like rock stars.

They dont really follow the sandwhich guidelines. The store is a little older so has a different set up than other publixes. But, they are clean and friendly with a wonderful selection of pumpkin products.

Love this store. So clean and organized and the employees are always so helpful.

HORRIBLE management and customer service! One manager thinks it’s okay to harass a 7 month pregnant customer and continue to come up to me with complaints. For being in such a nice area, I expected better. I was wrong. Some employees very obviously kiss up to management. Next step is contacting corporate and making sure they’re aware of these issues. This is how you lose customers!

I call grocery stores Publix and not-Publix for one main reason. The employees seem to care about my experience and making it better. We have often had a store employee go above and beyond to help us find what we are looking for not just ask how we are today. In these times people are looking for the personal touch and the desire to earn and retain the future business.Cheers publix and your service focus!

Publix is always fine. Its. Clean and employees are friendly. I wish I could afford to shop there all the time. I can only go there occasionally. Mostly I have to go to Walmart for the best price on the same merchandise.

Staff is wonderful, they make you feel like family instead of a customer.

This plaza is always extremely busy. And its because there are lots of excellent places to shop! And lots of places to eat too! Very easy to get in and get out of the plaza too!

Workers were courteous and very helpful. Store was stocked well.

Love this Publix! It isnt as crazy busy as another one closer to me, so I often drive a bit further to this location. Its quiet, organized, and staff is friendly. Albert made my sub tonight in the deli. It was a delicious dinner and he was very friendly!

My favorite place:-) I live literally within walking distance and I am probably there once a day for the last year and a half. I am always greeted with a smile and warm hello. During Covid19 this has been my only social outlet! Lol...

Great grocery store. The place is clean and orderly, there is not a bunch of displays in the way. The store is cool, but not cold. The prices are fair. Its not the biggest Publix Ive been in and the employees seem to be happy.

I was that man on Valentine’s Morning with a handful of stuff looking down the isles when what looked like one of the store managers asked me if he could help me and assisted me to one isle when he asked me if I needed anything else I named the item. He said he’d help me on my way back down the isle. When I got back up front he had gone and grabbed the item for me. This customer service is why I drive to this location even though I live closer to another publix. The entire team was nice and ready to serve their customers right at 7am. I hope everyone gets the recognition they deserve!

Happy New Year!I wanted to let everyone know that the Lutz Lake Crossing Publix location on Dale Mabry is NOT following social distance guidelines. Today on my short trip there, 2 employees were wearing masks below the nose while stocking food and etc. There was also a cashier wearing the neck sleeve thing instead of a mask. By now, we all know the neck sleeves dont do anything and is just a way to comply without actually complying. I guess it is better than nothing. There was also no mask enforcement but thankfully most customers did not have to be asked. I love Publix and really love this location but target is a mile further, cheaper and they wear masks. :(

Today as I was walking into Publix I realized I forgot my mask, I had three bags in my hand and carrying my daughter as well. Sunny saw me and came outside asked if he can help with the bags and said dont worry I have masks. I handed him the bags and he put them in the cart for me. I got a mask and he helped distract my little one as I got situated. He is always smiling, going above and beyond to help. Thank you Sunny for being such an amazing person and I love our talks as you always help me to the car or with my groceries!

Publix has the best customer service. When we were getting balloons Bill asked is if it was for today, we said no then he said if they shrink pop by and hell give us another batch.

Rarely any issues with this location. Friendly staff, well stocked, and very convenient to my neighborhood.

Very disappointed in inventory on food. We miss are Krogers..

A lot of employees and customers were not wearing masks including some in the bakery where they are making food and not dealing with pre packaged food.

This seems like a smaller Publix and not so easy to get to, but they had everything in stock that I needed.

Guy walking around without a mask, coughing. He stood in front of, or interacted with, at least 10 employees. Not 1 told him he needed a mask. Other customers were visibly uncomfortable and upset. BECAUSE HE WAS COUGHING EVERY 10 SECONDS. This was around 6PM, on 11/11/2020. Complete failure of leadership.

Before I got here, I already checked out the sale items and “clipped” the digital coupons on the Publix App. The parking lot here is spacious, and the parking stalls and wide. The shopping carts are clean and they move smoothly. Since the App tells me what aisles my items are located, I can strategically and efficiently collect what I have come here for. At check out, Marion greets me with a smile and bag my items neatly. I use the Publix App to pay. Special mention: Laura at the service desk is outstanding. I asked her a question about a previous purchase, and she resolved it for me in a friendly and efficient manner. In my opinion, she deserves the employee of the year award.

Clean, bright, staff people friendly and helpful

Walked in to pick up a cake a quick in and out and went to check out at customer service because I also had to get something from customer service and one of the managers KIM was EXTREMELY rude. This was my second time at this Publix ever! Once to place an order for the cake and the second to pick it up! Only reason I went to this Publix is to save a little time on driving. Unprofessional behavior for a manager. Especially for Publix. Very disappointing. I will NEVER be back. I will make a further trip to the Apex Publix.

Prefer this location over others. Seems that the fruit selection is wider and so are the aisles! Not as crowded as some other Publix and easy to navigate.

Nikki, Cosmo and Gabby all were incredible. I had to shampoo my carpet and they did everything I needed to make it happen. Thanks so much.

I prefer going to this Publix versus the Sunlake one since this one is never overcrowded with people! It is super clean & well stocked. Employees are really nice as well!

I love this Publix very nice and clean. And the customer services is amazing and if it wasn’t for the cashier McKenna I would have been lost. She was amazing help me find everything I needed she was very Knowledgeable and very professional.

Excellent, Excellent Publix shopping experience. I shop @ Publix in 4- 5 counties. This is one of the most superior & outstanding stores due to its incredible customer service while shopping, during checkout & even when taking your groceries out side to your vehicle, this one is better than all the others... I mean even extra attention to stocking. Everyones busy stocking shelves or helping if you ask. Theyd hand me one item I asked for... while pulling another to put right out in front again...they are sooo on top of their game, in every category. This is a Publix location located by my sons house...wish it were my Publix store where I usually shop!!! Mines a 3 star rating now in comparison to this fine Publix. Makes shopping Safe & Easy. And this was my 1st visit. Will shop again soon as I need to kidsit again! First time Ive ever looked forward to grocery shopping. It used to be one of the things on the list you need to do...now, to look forward to grocery shopping...well, wouldve never thought Id ever say that. Clothes shopping...yes...but groceries? So, you know its got 2 be great!!

I drove all the way to whole foods for sushi grade salmon and they stopped carrying it. Went to Publix and you guys pulled through. I am sorry I ever doubted you publix

One of the best Publix I have ever gone to. From associates to managers. If I were to move out of the area, I would drive back to this location, just because of service.

When you think of publix you think of the amazing pub subs, excellent service, and quick checkouts. This publix did not only that, but more. They greeted us at the door and even let my baby boy have a free chocolate chip cookie in the bakery! They were so helpful in the deli and cut my turkey exactly how I like it! Will be returning❤️ 4000000 stars in my book :)

A few years ago, I stopped going to this store when I realized their deli chickens were not as good. However, yesterday, I was driving right by this store and didnt need a chicken, so I stopped here. What a mistake! I wanted a watermelon, but they had no whole watermelons out. I asked someone about this, since its June and of course there should be watermelon in June. He went to the back and got one for me. It was frozen, which I thought was weird, but I accepted it. I was annoyed I did not get to pick out my own melon, as most people in our culture get to pick the item they want. An item is not typically forced upon us in a store. So, the next day I cut into the melon and it was total mush!!!!! I dont mean mildly mushy. I mean it was no longer even edible. Think of processed apple sauce that has been left out over night. That was the texture of the watermelon. It was perfectly red inside, so it used to be good. However, this store absolutely destroyed this watermelon by freezing it. Shame on them.

This is our favorite Publix store!

The aisles here make absolutely no sense. I had to search three different aisles just to find tomato sauce. While trying to find the items on my list, I came across almost every stock boys butt crack. Once I finally made it to the register, my cashier (I think her name was Lori or Jodi) was very talkative which I found irritating especially in the mood I was in. About five of my items rang up a wrong price, most of which the cashier just asked me what I thought the price was. The bag boy Nick had the facial expression of a man who lost a lot of money in the stock market. He was quiet and bagged my items okay, but he wasnt as friendly as everyone else. Once I reached my total, the cashier came uncomfortably close to me and gave me unclear instructions on how to go to a Whole Foods website and get fifteen dollars off some amount that was more than my order. I tried to remain calm as I was furious inside. How is an employee allowed to get so close and advertise for another store? He bag boy then offered to take out my groceries not once, but twice even though I was obviously capable of handling the small load. I thought that I would be safe once I out out of the store, but while driving out of the parking lot I was almost hit by someone who appeared to be an employee off the clock. They were in a dark green Toyota. Days later, almost all of my produce and yogurts were rotten. In the months since Ive stopped shopping at Publix, I have never had such a bad experience at any other grocery store.

I used to like this Publix.Now their salads are not fresh. The fish tastes funny. I have purchased some rotten produce a few times.The deli is always friendly and the employees seem nice.I have just had to many bad experiences recently.A few subs I purchased were also foul.They really need to get it together.Or someone will put them out of business.

Publix is a throwback to the Supermarkets of old.... top quality merchandise skilfully displayed with emphasis on freshness and service.... there are still packers at the checkout and everything was just great.Loads of choice

I normally shop at this Publix but something has changed. I stopped on my way home from work to pick up bananas.I picked up the new ad and walked the perimeter. On the end cap they had starkist tuna with a sign BOGO. So I put it in my cart.When I got to checkout they did not ring up BOGO. The cashier leafed through the ad and told me I had the wrong ones.I told her about the end cap and she blew me off.I didn’t buy it went back and took a picture of the end cap and sure enough the sign did not match the product.I can understand the store making a mistake but don’t treat me like I’m stupid. Fix the display.I was really disappointed in the cashier and the employee in customer service who didn’t even want to check out the displayIt used to be a good store, not sure what changed. They need to lose the attitude
