AMAZING. Called these guys and they fit me in that day. We had an accident to our door and we didnt know what to do, they had 4 guys come and take a look at it and said that they could help. They went out of their way to take a look at our van door that looked like it couldnt be repaired at all and worked their magic and fixed our door the same day and gave us a great deal. I dont know what happened to this place but I felt like it did not care about anything other than me coming to pick up my car when it was done a week after - I had to call them multiple times to even find out when it would be done. I got assigned a rep for my car the day before he went on vacation - that worked out great..) : so my car took a week longer than estimated - perhaps they need to review their processes and procedures so stuff doesnt slip through the cracks.

EDIT: my truck started leaking through the pillars and I brought it back in for Caliber to reassess their repair. They told me the drain system was clogged and their tech confirmed the repair was done correctly, and that I was welcome to get a second opinion. After the pillars continued to leak, I took my truck to Bill Currie Ford, who discovered the sunroof track was not aligned and I had to pay an additional $350 out of pocket to get it properly repaired. Ive reached out to my insurance company multiple times (I dont recommend Progressive at this point either), and Im supposed to expect a refund for my expense from Caliber. Ive been waiting since August. Theyve gone through two GMs since my visit, which tells me this place isnt run very well.OLD REVIEW: Melissa (front desk) and Chris (repair coordinator) were super friendly and professional. My truck was in and out in one day for a sunroof repair, and they even vacuumed my truck and freshened it up for me when I picked it up. There is an Enterprise Rental right next door, which was super convenient for alternate transportation. Fast, friendly, quality service. Definitely recommend!

They want above and beyond to get me my vehicle back. Stayed late on a Friday so I could pick up my repair. That speaks volumes considering they didn’t have to stay late especially on a Friday.

This place is amazing. From Savannah at the front desk and her amazing attitude and friendly service. To Jorge and Jacob my claims adjusters (cause both my cars were damaged) updating me at least every 2-3 days. To the parts guy Nick making sure everything was ordered. You never want to be in a situation where you have a damaged vehicle, but these guys make the process the simplest as ever. Great Great great people. Excellent work on both of my vehicles as well. I took my daughters car in on a Monday, knowing full well that they couldnt even look at it until Tuesday. They kept me updated all along the way. And the car was finished a full week before the estimated time. Very professional service & quality workmanship.

Absolutely the worst shop to take your car to get fixed. They didnt put the bolts in my caliber and luckily I was smart enough to take my car to a different garage.zero communication skills.They had my car 3 weeks and didnt even fix it correctly. Then wanted to argue with me that the work done after was all additional work. The most terrible shop unprofessional and clearly can not take care of your car. Terrible customer service.

My husband had pretty significant body damage to his car. Callibre Collision was recommended by our insurance as one of their lifetime guarantee partners. Everyone with whom we dealt, front desk, inspector, was very friendly and professional. The repair was completed well ahead of the initial date and the work was excellent. We wish we hadnt needed their services, of course, but were so pleased with the service and quality.

Caliber had my car for over a month and then told me they could not repair the vehicle, because the frame was bent and the repairs had to go to a specialist. They told me the card was fully disassembled after a week, so it took them 3 weeks to identify a bent frame that they could not fix. A huge waist of time. Not one apology. To top it off, when I talked to the specialty body shop, they told me a bent frame is the first item they should have looked for. I would not take your car there for repairs.

Actually, I just had the experience of asking one of their estimaters about some damage on my car. Even though I didnt have any work at this time, I certainly plan on going back if our insurance company approves their shop. Standing outside in 93 degrees, the fellow took his time and in great detail to explain what kind of damage had occurred. I would say he went above and beyond the typical customer service you would find at an ordinary body shop. Its got to be a great body shop with employees like him.

I took my vehicle in to be repaired and Im extremely happy with the service I was given, quality of work, professionalism from all employees, and the quick turn around time. Martin was the man that worked on my car and you cant tell I had any damage! His work is great and Ive referred friends to this shop as well as clients of mine.

Took my Ram to caliber collision because someone sideswiped down the passenger side. Upon arrival I was greeted very professionally and I instantly got the sense that this is a team that truly cares about my truck. They were very diligent with how they explained the process to me and the estimated turn around time. The next day I called to get an update and they had already had all parts needed and were in the process of prepping for paint, my truck was finished 2 days ahead of the estimated time and I am extremely pleased with the work and the 100% perfect paint color match! It looks like a brand new truck (on that side at least). From my first phone call to yesterday when I picked up my car....fantastic! They are kind, helpful and professional! My car looks great they did an amazing job fixing her up! I have eyelashes on my car and my right headlamp had to be replaced because of the accident. So instead of throwing away my eyelashes they replaced my headlamp and used their double sided tape to put my eyelash back on. This might not sound important but it is to me because they could have thrown it away or said I needed to buy new eyelashes but no they went above and beyond to put it back on. So thank you to Will, Jason and everyone at caliber collision! Also the gentleman who detailed my car did an amazing job!

Absolute terrible experience. I walked in to get an estimate for a dent removal on my vehicle. I walk in and there are three employees behind the counter and one employee sitting in chairs to the right. Upon walking in, I was never greeted with a hello or what can I help you with. Instead I got zero response from the employees behind the counter and the employee siting in the seat couldnt stand up (through fully able to) to greet me after he asked me what do you need. After advising I would like an estimate for a dent removal, I was told that they couldnt give me an estimate because the guy was too busy... and I would need to schedule something in advance... Uh, in this day in age, no, I will not come back to a business that cant give a walk in estimate and more importantly do business with company that cannot respect customers. To make things even worse, as Im exiting the door, I can hear all the employees laughing... Never will I take business here or recommend this shop.

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE EVEN IF YOU ARE NOT PAYING FOR IT! Cookie cutter repairs disguised as a quality insurance repairer! They wax your car so you cant see the orange peel until a week after you take responsibility back of the car! Panels were BASHED back into place and car fixed with knock off parts!!!

This was the best experience I have ever had with a repair shop. The are courteous, efficient, and their work was exceptional. Combine all this with their relationship with USAA and it was and it was smooth as glass.

The customer service at this location was terrific! I accidentally drove to the wrong caliber collision branch and Jason Toolee was kind enough to drive me 40 minutes to the other location. Will definitely be using this location for my next visit!

What originally started as a possible negative experience turned out to be a totally satisfied customer. There was no problem with the scheduling, the customer service, etc. Louis even offered a way to reduce the cost of my repair significantly. The problem began after the car was finished. It did not meet my expectations. However, they agreed with my assessment and exceeded my expectations by compensating me for my inconvenience and dropping the car off at my home. Lets face it things happen and people ignore it. The manager Arnaldo and Louis never argued but politely fixed the problem and went above and beyond. Their dedication to Customer Satisfaction is exemplary and deserves 5 Stars. I would recommend you in a heartbeat.
