I was rear ended 7/2/2021 and I had my SUV taken here for repairs because of how great the reviews were. I’m back to say the reviews are 100% accurate! They were AMAZING! Sent me daily text messages with status updates, worked quickly and diligently, and even vacuumed out the front of my vehicle before returning it to me. I just sent my mom and dad here for repair work because of a car accident. You can’t go wrong with this company. They’re honorable, good communicators, and they work quickly to get you back in your vehicle. 15/10 would recommend!

Excellent service, i didnt have to do anything once they took my car in. They update the insurance company and rental car company for me never had to call anyone. They called me Once my car was ready then they took the rental car for me and i was free to leave with my fixed car.
As a college student and a rookie driver who had 2 small benders from parking, they were so nice and helpful with quoting and fixing! They gave me a quote that wasn’t too expensive that it would take me ages to cough up, and it wasn’t too cheap that I was skeptical about the work to be done on my car. I left my car on a Wednesday, and got the call that it was done on Monday! And as for the actual repair, GOOD AS NEW. It looks like I just bought the car. I got a brand new rear bumper, and I’m in awe about how amazing my car looks now! I think the only negative thing about the experience was overcharging me for placement of new protective stickers on the car (I found out later how cheap it actually is), but this place is amazing!!! They treated me right, and if I ever damage my car again (which I hope is never lol), I’m coming back to Ferman!
My husband and I filed a claim through our insurance company due to some body damage on our truck. The customer service was very good but I am most impressed at how well they did with the repairs. I am also grateful for the cleaning job they did to our vehicle after the repairs were completed. We received good communication throughout the course of the repair process which put us at ease. They partner with Enterprise rent a car which also had a nice selection of rentals to choose from and one of which was similar to the truck we had in for repairs which made it more comfortable. I would go back again.

Had my vehicle fixed a few months ago and recently had to visit there facility again unfortunately. My second experience and first has been outstanding! My insurance company referred me to a different facility but after my first experience I went back because of the exceptional service. They work with any insurance company and they do it very well. I highly recommend them !
By far one of the best experiences as a consumer that I’ve ever had. Jessica specifically was truly a breath of fresh air and a consummate professional. It’s bad enough being in a car accident but when a collision center responds this quickly and has me back in my car in two days is absolutely phenomenal. Staff could not be more efficient pleasant and accommodating. My hat is off to the entire organization and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

Service is good getting parts not so good 8 months and the original task is still not completed Insurance paid most of cost including rental car in the beginning after that I had to pay my insurance for running the car for my vehicle to be serviced Personnel is still good still trying to work with me and Im still trying to work with them so well see how it is 10 months later Im still making phone calls guess Ill make another call see if my parts are in I guess were blaming August the Coronavirus and the economy for not killing foreign parts key fobs take 3 months from the dealership while who would have thought can go to Walmart and get one next day
I recently had two cars repaired at Ferman Collision from two separate crashes. The repairs came out flawlessly and they were done when promised. Everyone I dealt with was professional and helpful. I just recently had a question about the Toyota I had repaired there and spoke with Alex who was very helpful and answered all my questions and remained patient when I did not have the paper work in front of me. She was a pleasure to deal with and made it nice to deal with great customer service. I would definitely use Ferman Collision again.
If only I can rate a Zero. I have owned multiple Chrysler vehicles and never had to take one of them for collision repair. My ram truck was hit in a parking lot and had a quarter size dent in the drivers side rear under tail light that was starting to rust . I took my ram truck to them to have it fixed that I already had an estimate from them. Couldnt have it fixed at the time of the estimate so I fixed the dent and sanded the rust and painted over it so the rust wouldnt return. So when I had the time to take it back to them they said they would not do the repair over someone elses repair, but you have to sand it down to paint it correct?All it needed was to sand it and paint it... Worst Collison shop and customer service and I will be taking it elsewhere. Stay away from Ferman Dealerships!!!!

The staff is amazing and friendly and communicated with me perfectly! I had some body and paint work done from an accident and the morning to bring my car in I had just damaged a new tire I bought. They even helped and replaced my new tire for me! So amazing people with amazing hearts. The paint and repairs made my SUV look brand new from the factory! I can’t thank them enough for the wonderful work and help I was given.

This shop is a preferred vendor for my insurance company. It has been over 3 weeks for them to fix repairs to the front end of my vehicle. The first time they said it was done, it wasnt (they missed half of the repairs they were paid to make). Once those fixes were made, they scratched the grill so it had to be replaced. Then, a week later when that was done, the paint guy screwed the paint up. So now I am three weeks out and still dont have my car back. Oh, and reaching someone to actually talk to is IMPOSSIBLE. Ashley was our claim rep there and every time I call for her, I get her v/m. Fine, I have no problem with that, but at least call me back! Now, my vehicle is supposed to be ready to be picked up today, and I cant get in touch with an actual person to see if it is really ready. I do not recommend this collision center at all!
First I wanted to thank all the helpful staff that really made me being involved in a accident very easy. I was in an accident in February and unfortunately it was not my fault. I have never been in a accident and really felt clueless on what was going to happen. After reading much reviews on local collision facilities in the area I came across Ferman Collision in Lutz. I noticed that the manager was always on top of his reviews and had a sense of urgency to resolve and issues. One thing that did tell me is they are people that care on the over all satisfaction of their clientele.So after talking to my insurance company and given several choices of shops to take my vehicle to I chose Ferman.When I contacted Ferman the staff was nice and had responsive to get my vehicle in and fixed.During the time of my repair the staff contacted me daily to give me updates on the process of my vehicle. And of course I had many questions about the repair and they kept me really informed about every step.When I went to pick up my vehicle the staff again greeted me professionally and my vehicle looked like nothing happened to it. What really reassured me was the lifetime warranty on the workmanship ! Thats better than my factory warranty on my new vehicle. That really made me feel confident and safe that a company can put their name behind a lifetime warranty.Truth be told I dont want to see them again because I dont want to be in a other accident. But if I have a friend I would defiantly recommend them to go see the people at Ferman collision
I brought my car in today after a having my front bumper and grid ripped off my car by a pole hidden in a parking area. I needed to be able to drive my car until I get it fixed and brought it to Ferman Collision Center. I was greeted by polite staff and a wonderful person who took it to the repair area to see what they could do. They made it so that I could drive my car at a super affordable cost. They were wonderful, compassionate, helpful, and delivered. I am truly thankful to them for their incredible service.

I took my car in for a repair on my bumper, Scott and his team were very professional and did a great job.
I dropped my truck off on a Wednesday evening at my scheduled time to have the tailgate and taillight replaced. My written estimate said it would take 5 days to complete the work and they said that they would give me a call that Friday for an update. Well, Friday came and went and finally on Tuesday I got a text saying “Great news! Your truck is right on schedule to be completed by next Monday!” I immediately called and left a message asking for an explanation since I didn’t have a rental and had previously scheduled appointments that I needed to be at. So two days later, a day after I left a message I called again since nobody called me back. When I finally got a hold of someone and asked why my truck wasn’t ready I was told that I dropped my truck off after all the techs had gone home and that they we’re behind because of that. In other words, she blamed me for dropping my truck of at the time I was scheduled to drop my truck off. Go figure! The she told me that my truck had been sent out to have the tailgate sprayed with line-x and I politely asked if there was any way she could call and ask to have my truck fast tracked and moved to the front of the line since it was already two days past the original completion date. Her response was simply “no”. Not I’m sorry, but we can’t, just a straight “no” followed by your truck will be ready on Monday. I waited all day on Monday and never received a phone call, so at 4:30 I finally reached out to them and my truck was ready. Good thing I called or it probably would still be sitting there. I’m giving them three stars only because the work I had done was to my liking. With that said, I probably won’t return on account of the customer service I experienced. It costs nothing to be courteous and make a customer feel valued yet I couldn’t even get a timely call back or an “I’m sorry it’s not ready on time” and when I made one small request to have them call about prioritizing my truck they weren’t even willing to entertain the idea. Again, they did quality work, but I wouldn’t consider the overall experience to be a positive one.
I chose this place because of the reviews and the proximity to my home. Phenomenal experience! The customer service was exceptional and they kept me in the loop the entire time my car was there. Thanks so much Ferman Collision center!

I never do reviews for places, but this place would have gotten 0 stars if possible. I just moved to the area. I had damage to my vehicle from getting it shipped here. I got an estimate to bring to the trucking company and insurance. All seemed normal at first. The associate I was working with left the company, and I was apparently lost in the system. I called numerous times, spoke with the girl up front, got transferred to voicemails, was left on multiple holds. No one ever called me back, ever. I even stopped in again, I was told the estimators and managers were in a meeting and couldn’t talk to me. I left my info again, and told the receptionist that if I don’t hear from them soon I will take my business elsewhere. It’s been over 2 weeks since that second visit and still not even a phone call. These guys seem highly unorganized or just simply don’t care about their customers, I had between a $2,000-$3,000 job that I will be taking to their competition. Myself or my family will never use their services, or buy vehicles from this company.

I have been a couple accidents and I have never had a good expense getting my vehicle back from a body shop. I was real hesitant and a friend of mine referred me to Ferman collision of Lutz. So I called my insurance company and they told me Ferman was not a preferred facility. After doing some research that basically meant they were not on the referral program after speaking to the shop. When I called the shop I asked them if they would work on my vehicle and they stated we will work with any insurance company and make sure the vehicle is repaired properly. When I got the the facility everyone was very professional and they explained the whole process to me. I felt very comfortable when I left my vehicle there but honestly was still concerned about past experiences with other repair shops. During the time my vehicle was there i was over whelmed with the daily communication I received. I was completely informed during the whole repair process. Well I got the call my vehicle was done 4 days later and to my surprise I was over whelmed of the quality of work they did to my vehicle. I looked for any thing that Icould point out and say that it wasnt correct. But honestly to my surprise the job was flawless. Great job and if I ever need or know anyone that needs your service I will tell them to go to Ferman!

Long story below:I brought my car in for damages related to a fire. The team informed me that it would be a timely process to get parts (originally thought to be up to a month) due to COVID.Understandable and in the mean time, I notified them that there were some parts in the car which likely had to be ordered off amazon (insurance covered these parts).After a month I contacted the location and they notified me that they were still awaiting parts. We had weekly calls and it was understandably the same story(waiting on parts). A little over another month later the parts had come in and the vehicle was ready for pick up (Woohoo!). However, upon receiving my vehicle I noticed that the parts that I informed them to order on amazon were not yet received. Additionally my USB ports on the wiring harness were not working.I asked to be notified of when the amazon parts would come in and when I could schedule a day to have the USB ports inspected. The Ferman employee said they would reach out to me as soon as something becomes available or when my parts come in. About a week later after picking up my vehicle, I was notified that my parts came in, and I went to go pick them up. Unfortunately, they were the incorrect parts (used for a different model of my vehicle). I was told they would order the correct part and get the USB ports looked at.A little over 2 weeks had passed but I didn’t hear anything so I called and texted Ferman and a Ferman employee notified me that the floor mats were in. I went to pick them the same day.I was told they could inspect the USB issue in about a week. I went in a week later to get the USB ports inspected and they informed me that they would need to schedule a specialist to come out and look at it. Another week flies by and I go into ferman to have the specialist look at the issue. After waiting for repairs, a Ferman employee informed me that the specialist cant resolve the issue and they have contacted my insurance agent. At this point I had become impatient with dealing with the back and forth of service. The collision center was over 30 minutes away from my home. The Ferman employee apologized for the inconvenience, thanked me for the patience, and notified me that the next steps would be for me to await a phone call from the Ferman manager whom would inform me what repair shop to drop off the vehicle to get the issue resolved. They also mentioned that they had spoken to my insurance adjuster who agreed that a rental would be provided during these repairs. I left somewhat relieved that I would be able to have a rental for the time as traveling was now becoming an essential part of work as businesses started to re-open and recover from the COVID pandemic.2 more weeks passed and I called ferman. They informed me they were unaware of the situation and had never heard anything about their task in relation to scheduling repairs at another shop, nor did the manager of the location get notified to reach out to me. I was then redirected to my insurance agent. The insurance agent said that he was not contacted by a Ferman employee about this situation and no rental would be provided. As of today, it is my responsibility to schedule the inspection at another dealership for repairs. Almost 4 months since dropping off the vehicle I am trying to get work repairs settled........It should be noted that the quality of work done on the interior was good.However the electric work and customer satisfaction due to Ferman internal employee miscommunication was very inconvenient. After a certain point within the time frame of the car outstanding, I found myself feeling as if I should expect delays and it was my responsibility to check on the vehicle rather than being notified by a ferman employee.Update 7/30After I posted my original review, the manager of Ferman reached out to me and expressed his concerns over my experience. He resolved the issues beyond satisfaction. I was provided a rental and my car was repaired very quickly.I am extremely satisfied with the services provided.
Took my 2016 Dodge Challenger there for repairs out of my own pocket. First, the estimate was higher than other places but I thought since it was a dealership it would be better work. It was not, the work was horrible parts left off my car, the paint was full of orange peel. they used brushes to wash my car which had been only hand washed since I purchased the car (swirl marks all over it now). I also had four tires installed, the price they gave me for the tires was 1/2 of what they ended up charging me. So I ended up paying over 3400 dollars for around 2500 dollars worth work out of my own pocket!!! They said it was because I changed my front splitter to an SRT style but the other estimates I received from other places was to completely install a Hellcat bumper on my car. They even called me at one point and said it was going to cost more money when they were already higher than Courtesy! Yea, because they had to order a different part. They even left off parts! Besides, I never received any of my old parts back, and my bumper was repairable. Total mistake bringing my car here. Not only that I had to constantly call them over and over with no return phone calls!We are all busy, and performing jobs of multiple people now days. I am a very patient guy, I have tried to talk multiple times. But, when I as a customer have to call over and over and over and still not get a return call, its unacceptable!The image is a before, I cant get my camera to see the orange peel but it is there. The before picture should tell you how beautiful this car is, I baby it completely!Follow-up 8.22.2019 Scott is very good to work with, I delivered my car to them yesterday. It was explained to me about an issue they have had with the hardener in the paint. He stated that the company who sold them the paint had given them a wrong mix, or time, or something that caused the paint to pull back when it was drying and caused the issue.Looks like the tires might have been a communication issue about the price.We are following this one closely. Will add more later.

Would have left no stars (if thats even possible) but I fortunately had a pleasant experience on the final day with the gentleman who was apparently responsible for coordinating my actual repairs. But the experience before that final 30 min meeting, was horrible. Teresa was my main point of contact and she was obviously very unorganized. I made contact with them the very same day my accident occurred and they explained that my insurance company needed to contact them with information before I could arrange an appointment. So I contacted my insurance company and asked that they send over the necessary information. They did, and still no one from the collision center called. A few days went by and I called a few times, messages were apparently taken to call me back and finally someone did a week later. Teresa seemed very nice to speak with, stating she would e-mail me documents for me to sign to authorize them to order the parts I needed so theyd be ready when I dropped off my car the following week. 2 days went by and no e-mail. I called and tried again. 2 days go by and no e-mail. I was told I had been over-looked and instead of contacting my insurance company for my estimate (who they are partners with) they wanted me to send over the detailed estimate again. Finally, after another call, I get the authorization forms e-mailed to me. Then I WAS FINALLY able to set up an appointment for the following week. So I did, and I was told that the work should be done in less than a week and someone would call, text or e-mail me periodically to keep me updated. No one did. Ever. It wasnt till I called a week later that I found out my vehicle was ready. Car was clean fortunately and the gentleman who helped me finish my transaction was very nice. Finally a month later I have my car repaired! Thank god! Because that was a HORRIBLE experience!! Will not use them again. Maybe it would help if their staff was more organized, returned calls, actually contacted the insurance company when appropriate, and simply didnt outright forget about customers.

This is a preferred repair facility of my insurance company. They needed to replace the front passenger door of my Acura RDX. The result: door looks great, but it almost needs to be slammed for it to close completely. Also, they also did not wash the car, as they said they would. So..., well need to go back to get the repair tweaked... Disappointing - will let my insurer know.
After being involved in an accident, dealing with the repair process was one of the things I was dreading. I can say hands down that Ferman Collision blew me away and completely changed my idea of what typical auto body shops can be. Every single employee there is kind and professional, they updated me daily and followed up with me after everything was completed. They truly made the process seamless and stress free. Fantastic Collision center, we took our 2016 Yukon in after an accident the team was friendly and their service was quick and they Communicated with us every step of the way. They even worked with our insurance company to take care of some additional damages that the insurance company missed initially. I would recommend them to anyone for all your paint and body needs!

I am very pleased with the quality and level of service we received at Ferman, from getting my estimate to checking out. When I came in to get my estimate I was in and out in less that 5 minutes, Thomas was very friendly and informative. When I dropped my car off to be repaired Samantha kept me and my husband updated every step of the way, and our car was ready a day early. Not only did they do an amazing job fixing the damage but they also took the time to clean my car inside and out! My car looks and smells brand new. They have made a customer for life, and I will recommend Ferman to any looking to for a quality place to get body work done!

My truck was rear ended but driveable. The appraisal said a bunch of parts would be replaced but my tailgate could be repaired. I knew the tailgate would need to be replaced. I asked Ferman if I could stop by b4 my appointment (Ferman scheduled the appointment 2 weeks out to allow time for the parts to arrive) so they could see the tailgate and order it ahead of time....so I could minimize the amount of time I would be in a rental during the repair.No I couldnt - Ferman would be tearing my truck down the 27th and would be able to order the tailgate and anything else it might need that same day. No amount of reasoning made a difference...I got a call on the 30th from Ferman letting me know a technician had JUST been assigned to my truck and discovered my tailgate couldnt be repaired along with other items. So I paid for a rental vehicle for 3 days while the truck SAT in their parking lot collecting dust.I was opposed to taking my vehicle to anything Ferman. Our purchase was a wonderful experience with George and their sales team...but their service is awful and didnt want to try another Ferman service. Unfortunately, there was nothing else close by that was approved by our insurance so I was stuck. I let Ferman know this up front... that our experience when weve taken the truck to get serviced, is subpar service. We dropped the truck off for an oil change and they notified us there was a recall on the door handles that theyd be taking care of too. When we came to pick up the truck, the wires were hanging out from the door and they never changed the oil! Last time they forgot to change the wiper blades which was on the work order we filled out.I dont have my truck repaired yet and know the 10 day estimate they gave has grown to 3 weeks. We shall see.
I just had my S63 Mercedes front bumper fixed at Ferman Collision. I had 2 other estimates done prior to going. the 1st was $1800 and the 2nd was $1000 HIGHER. Tim the service manager is the best!! Straight forward and honest. The car was done in less time and came back fixed and CLEAN. I would strongly recommend Ferman Collision for any work you need done. 5 star work and serviceMark Andersen

Professional, prompt, and perfectionists; all adjectives I would use to describe Ferman Collision Centers! I have lived in Tampa all my life and unfortunately have been in more than my fair share of fender benders. Over the years I have used many shops...some good...some HORRIBLE! Im so glad I found Ferman. I have used them numerous times over the last several years and they have consistently provided outstanding, and exceptional service! I recently had the opportunity to evaluate my trucks anti-collision and automatic braking system - unfortunately it did not have one. My vehicle was brand new, less than 10 days old, when it experienced some pretty good frontend damage. Im happy to report, Ferman made it look absolutely new again! I received daily updates about the progress, and while their estimated time to complete the repairs was very reasonable, they got it back to me prior to the promise date. A special shout-out to Scott and Henny for all their updates and attention to detail. They worked with my insurance company, USAA, and I found the process amazingly easy. Reviews are often given because someone gets something in return, and I guess this is no exception. Im providing this review because I have been given exceptional customer service... consistently!
