Zaelon was awesome at Roses! I really recommend using him when it comes to finding the right furniture.

Worst experience ever!! I come to roses all the time. Recently found out Roses carry furniture. The last three visits I had NO ONE was in the furniture store!!! Why!! I needed 2 bed sets yesterday around 5:30ish and none of the Roses workers could help me. No kind of signage to inform customers that they aren’t at the store! What kind of business do you guys run? Multiple customers waiting and yet no one was there to assist anyone. Im glad this morning I was able to get my beds ($3000 purchase) from badcock this morning!!! I won’t advise anyone to go to this location!!!

Nowadays it’s rare to get good customer service. So I need to give props where props are due. James Scruggs was very patient and helpful while my husband and I were looking at new living room furniture. I’m indecisive, but he did not seem to be the least bit frustrated with me. I can’t say the same for my hubby. I will be recommending James when any of my friends or family need new furniture!!!

I would come back again and again for any future purchases. Even though we were in a pandemic and everything is not at your reach at a timely manner its worth the wait to get what you want. I was assisted by Keith. I went in with a idea in mind. Due to Covid the bed set I wanted wouldn’t be available immediately. Keith went above and beyond to check shipping and find a bed similar to what I was looking for. Unfortunately they are had later shipping dates. No worries though because he was straight forward but all sales pitches to the side and once he knew what I was looking for found all the items I wanted or something similar that were available immediately! By far the best experience I have had!

Mr. Keith helped me in so many ways it’s hard to imagine. He was so kind and very patient with me while picking out my bed furniture. He even made sure it matched my other furniture in my bedroom. Very pleasant. I couldn’t be thankful for all his help!

We purchased our living room set great quality, great sales person, great price we felt so good about how we where treated by the salesperson. wish I could remember his name, but it caused us to come back to purchase our dinnette set dames sale guy same great experience. We love shopping at roses we brought a tv stand which was missing parts but it was handle quickly and able to exchange and got one with all pieces.
