Went in and manager cut us a deal. Leased a couch that was infested with bed bugs. The one considerate thing they did is they came and picked up the couch same day to get it out of my house once we discovered the problem. Despite photographs showing the bug infestation of the couch the company wont help pay for the treatment costs to eradicate the pest problem they brought into my home. now Im without a couch and im stuck with a $800 exterminator bill.
