This was by far what I call amazing customer service. The lady was so humble, kind and welcoming. She knew he stuff as well as giving great advice on the products located within the store. I had a great time visiting and will visit for future references.

Needs more variety of hair and products. Need to upgrade air conditioning in the summer so customers wont rush and buy just to get out the store.

I love the variety and everything except the fact that they watch me like a hawk. I’ve never been a thief, therefore I don’t know why I have to be stared at the whole entire time that I’m shopping. It makes me feel uncomfortable and it makes me want to shop somewhere else because owners at other beauty supply stores don’t do that. I don’t know if it’s because I’m black or what but I have no reason to steal anything if that’s why they stare so hard.

Great Great Items! If You Need Something Specific, They Are Very Well More Likely To Have It. The Guy Owner Follows You Around Makes You Uncomfortable, Almost Like They Dont Trust You In Their Store, But Other Than That, Great Store With Great Prices!
