Lots of quality stuff on sale but most big sizes are gone from the rack.The staff here are friendly and helpful .There is this particular lady,I didnt get her name .shes was very helpful to me in getting my correct size .What impressed me she left what she was doing to personally help me out and when she was sure I was ok, she went back to her job. I guess shes passionate about what she does and likes helping out customers .I just wanted to say thank you to her and I will make sure I do that next time I pass by.

It was a good experience. The person that checked me out was very nice. I wish that this store would not close. Just keep the sales going.

The manager refused to sell a pair of shoes to a senior citizen overc21 cents. She was willing to take an extra dollar though and and refund no change, and was very rude to the senior lady. Do they not realize most seniors, especially this area are on a fixed income and cant afford extra. Im sorry lumberton is losing JC Penny, but I do hope this manager goes away. A pure disgrace ! Rude, unapologetic, loud, unprofessional an overall HUGE disappointment to both the customer and store. I put my things down and left

Looking for a 12 month old a decent coat but this wasnt the place they all ranged from 3t up, and not one time did any associates ask if we needed help. Was very disappointed!

I like the deals that they have when its the $10 off $10 coupon. They also have a wide variety of childrens clothes to choose from. The only thing I would suggest is opening/ bring back the salon that use to be there and opening more registers, that way people wouldnt have to stand in a long line. But other than that the have great customer service.

If you would like to be profiled, this is the place to go!! Where a lesbian woman can’t buy a pair of pants without security being called, lovely right? And management, condones the behavior by laughing in customers faces when the try to rectify the issue. I hope that corporate becomes aware of how customers are treated here and makes some changes

Stood in line waiting because they only had one register open in this whole store. Finally walked all the way to the back of the store to customer service and was given great service. This is the second time I have been there this week with the same results. Dont understand why such a big store had only one register open.

Always clean and nice clothing, trendy designs I and love clearance seasons but new employees, Sheri cannot compute..online returns a problem also for newer employees

Went here a few weeks ago to purchase some clothes for my son. There were several sales going on which I assume is why there werent very many sizes available. The store was crowded and there was only one register open so I ended up putting the items back after standing in line for 15 minutes.

My experience was great. The salesperson was very knowledgeable, helpful and polite.

Great workers, JCP is our favorite store. We wish they would get more items like the store in Fayetteville. No matter what, it will always be our #1 store to shop!!!

Didnt have to much to choose from for me. The lady at Customer Service Desk was very friendly and nice. But the store was not very inviting.

My trip at JCPenneys was awesome the two ladies that check me out they was awesome to and I will give you a 5-star rating excellent service doing this busiest time of the year thank you for good workers
