To me personally...there is nothing more uncomfortable than needing assistance and walking up on sales associates complaining about their employers. I know not to ask because Im either going to get the famous lineNot my department OrThe finger pointing me awayThey need to keep this conversation off the sales floor.

Needs a big selection of products. It should be a Super Walmart. It not only would bring more jobs but it would also generate more business.

I must say today was not your typical day at Wal-Mart. Even tho they didnt have what I want there for. They actually had employees on the floor. We had opinions of helpers. Not only did they have employees, they had knowledgeable employees that didnt mind helping and they knew what they were talking about. That alone was an A plus for me. Minus a star because they didnt have what I needed. Said it is a Christmas item.

I purchased a 5qt. jug of oil and when I went to have my oil changed it had been opened and used oil had been poured in the jug. So when I went back to replace it they implied that I had done this. The lady in the service department who said she was the service manager said she personally is responsible for stocking the oil.So its very clear to me that she doesnt do a very good job. I did get it replaced and I will get her name so everyone will know who not to deal with. Check before you buy that the seal is intact.

I know so many of the team members at our super Walmart center. I cant call them all by name, from the door greater, Mr. Larry, to the Walmart To Go Associate, Mrs. Monique, they are all so wonderful and dear. They make your day from the time you step into the store, until the moment you leave with your grocery. Awesome folks!

Great store, just cant get any advice on a good Chromebook due to the salesman never being there. Asked the associates where is the Chromebook salesman and they tell me he is never there. Makes you wonder why Google pays employees to sell Chromebooks and they are never on the job.

Had everything I was looking 4,need more cashiers but the ones that were working were customer friendly.

Been more than once on my vacations to the KOA. Helpful people . Surprised that one person didnt seem to want to answer simple questions.

I stood in line at cash registers for 30 minutes. I couldnt go to self checkout because I only had cash. Because they only have 2 registers open you have to wait in line FOREVER!! What sense is it to have all those registers but only have 2 open. I think it is really stupid to only be able to use self checkouts if you use a card.

Use walmart for everything. Love the fact I can pay online and pickup at the store. Or even us my walmart app to find anything in store.

I only went to this store to pick up a few items so at this time it wouldnt be fair to rate this store. What I will rate is the parking lot and entrance! This was the absolute worse experience I have ever had at any Walmart! To make this short they might as well have never paved parking lot or travel Lanes! What painted lines and parking spaces you could find (and they were few) were covered in trash and sand! Lots of sand. The lack of non existent parking resulted in what appeared to be vehicles parked wherever the drivers stopped. Vehicles sitting everywhere and anywhere. As this is a busy store the result was a very confusing and chaotic experience. The owners of this property need to clean up and repaint the entire lot before someone is killed or critically hurt.

I actually expect a little more variety.The strawberry cupcakes in a cup are plentiful and delicious! You will find them right beside the bakery in the refrigeration section.

I am disabled and at 9:45pm July 11th 2021 I tried to go out the home side with my stuff in my cart. I was told I have to use the other door. I said I’m parked in the Handicap spot right there. Manager said I don’t care where your parked these doors are locked. Don’t shop here they are very unprofessional and rude. There was like 10 yellow vest and they all just laughed.

This location never keeps the food stocked up. The fresh food look old half the time. Other than that its a Walmart

Even though I didnt find what I was looking for, you will always find something in your local Walmart. The associates are always nice here. There are specials every week. The store is always neat and very clean.

We purchase a large amount of cat food every week. For the last six weeks it has proven to be an exercise in futility attempting to buy any cat food. Even though the online inventory listed stock available, neither the Superstore nor the Neighborhood store had the required products. Both stores have had consistently empty shelves and employees that can only provide shoulder shrugs in explanation. Do better Walmart!

Well for starters they have as many employees as they do customers so one would think that you would get out as fast as you get in but undoubtedly only a couple of them know how to run the cash register cause you have 20 registers and only 4 of them are open its a little frustrating standing in line longer than you shop very poor customerservice the only thing there good at is asking for donations and that I dont mind helping with but sirousley try fixing the getting out part of the shopping experience

Anyobe can find almost everything here, as this is a only biggest super mart in the town. Service is good. Not always crowded.

Went to get some clothes to where since my suitcase was in a different state than I was. Not much at all to choose from.

I have only been inside a Walmart store once in 16 months. I go bi weekly for online order and pickup. Never had an issue with pickup. The Walmart associates are always nice regardless of rain, snow, or extreme heat.

Pickup order was delivered to my car quickly after I arrived onsite. Krystal brought out the order and was very courteous. A very good experience for my first pickup at this location.

PLEASE start stocking Impossible Burger Patties. You have the Chicken product. THE BURGER PATTIES are must.

Because we are RV travelling we always shop at Walmart, good food, good prices, convenient and lots of camping necessities plus they let us stay the night in the car park in return.

I go to the neighborhood market out of convenience due to the close proximity to my home and it being on my commute home from work. I shop there several times a week after work which is between 5:30 and 6:30 pm. I can’t understand why during this time they would choose to put out freight! Wouldn’t the early morning be a better time to stock shelves when most people are at work, commuting to work, or at home sleeping? On my visit today I needed an item that was directly behind a stocker so I said excuse me picked up my items and noticed said stocker stomp to the side of me, place his hands on his hips, and glare at me. Not sure if it was my race that made him mad or the fact that I needed to purchase something that was beside an item he was restocking regardless I would have at least acknowledged a customer with some sort of comment! I have worked retail for many years and realize that without customers to purchase items I would be unemployed however I don’t think these stockers realize this concept. The majority of the times I have had any interactions with stockers at Walmart they are rude. There were several tonight walking towards me with a cart that almost hit me and of course no apology was made! The management of the neighborhood market on Elizabethtown Rd in Lumberton NC is no better. They witness this behavior and do nothing to correct it! I think I’m going to have shop elsewhere! Maybe Foodlion or IGA would be more appreciative of the 500.00 to 600.00 I spend a month in groceries!

Like all Wal-Marts it is always full of local people shopping, But you are in and out in a timely manner. The employees are very helpful and nice. The only thing I hate about this Walmart is that they great you at the door, then on the way out they search your bags on the way out.

Terrible at Auto Ctr.Was too lazy to give us a oil change. We called the manager but he would not even call bk. Not professional at all here.The auto dept is only good for tires & windshield wipers. I would not even trust them with a oil change at this point.

Miss Micheala, in hopes i spelled her name right is amazing! She normally pushes the big blue carts picking up items and every time I need assistances she never hesitates to help. I come to this Walmart often and she is there a majority of the time and every time I do she has a welcoming smile on her face. Her smile brights up the whole room even with her mask on! We need more like her!

This Walmart is better than it was after a makeover and re-design. The staff are you pleasant to deal with and the shelves are fairly well stocked. I think this is an older Walmart and Lumberton could benefit from a new one to serve the community better.

Walmart depends on where youre at where you live what state there are Walmarts that are so to the point with the way they handled the store the people the attention to the products and then are a Walmart swear youre walking and it just seems like where is everybody when youre looking for somebody to talk to and get help Walmarts in Florida Fantastic couldnt believe it when I was down there they have Walmarts that are just food Walmarts that are just Pharmacy and home Walmarts in Jersey are just as good as their combined rather than the Florida Style the one in Lacey has a lot of stuff in the service is very good and with the Culvert its been hard for them to keep up on stock of vegetables and and things like that but theyve done an outstanding job I give him a thumbs up

OTHER than being harassed to show a receipt when leaving the store it was fine. And I didnt show a receipt. Im not a thief and dont care to be treated as such. If Walmart is so concerned about checking receipts and items purchased, let them START PAYING CASHIERS TO RING MY PURCHASES UP. UNTIL THEN I do not intend to stop to have a receipt checked UNLESS the alarm goes off from a security tag. THEN I would let them check my receipt.

I cant say enough about shopping online and during this pandemic the people who mask up and cheerfully load your order to your vehicle and are so extremely helpful and courteous to me and to the hundreds of people who also take advantage of this invaluable service in such difficult times.
