The shoes are nice but I swear I walked in there and I felt the soul leave my wallet.

I visited this store 5/14/21,the customer service was the worst,no greeting when entering the store and the employees stood around talking like they was at a family reunion instead of assisting customers. I took my business somewhere else!!!!

Need to have more sales

Overpriced!!! Insoles that should cost $20 or $25 was $38.......thats outrageous and the selection was limited. Young sale associate was on his phone from the time I walked in the door. He put it dwn to walk over and ask me if I was finding what I needed I expressed my dissatisfaction with the choices and he went back to his phone call. Drive to Fayetteville or Florence to shop bypass Lumberton.

All the years Hibbett Sports has been in this location I had never been until a few months ago. I took my 15 year old son who happens to be 64 shoe shopping for back to school. We started at Foot Locker and they didnt have any size 14 shoes in stock and if we ordered them online they wouldnt be back before school started so we checked a couple more places with no luck. On my way back home with a very upset child in tow I remembered Hibbett Sports and decided to see if they had shoes. As soon as we walked in the door my sons face lit up they had a great selection of shoes and I asked the young lady behind the counter about size 14s in either Jordans, Lebrons or Kyries. She went to the back and came back with 5 different size 14 shoes that they had in stock and and stayed right there with us until we made our decision and rang up our purchase and even signed me up with the stores rewards card. I was VERY pleased with the selection, the prices and most of all the customer service and will definitely keep coming back!

It is a little pricey but their clothes, shoes and sporting goods are excellent
