The absolute worst customer service....all the way to the rude manager. I never been in store that let their employees treat customers any kind of way. I wish I could give them zero stars!!!! This is for the Cross Creek Mall location.

Ive always loved this store, so much to choose from.

I had ordered nike shoes to be sent to the store. I had to call the 1800 number to see if my order had reached the store I was told it had arrived at the store 2 days ago I tried calling the store all day and no one picked the phone up. I was to get a email when to pick them up have not gotten a email either. This is truly sad for the money that you spen in this store. Never again I will drive to Fayetteville for now on.

Employee was too busy talking to a friend to bother with helping, & then had an attitude when I asked for help. Never a good selection of shoes either. Wont be back!
