There were some issues at first in the Service department. However, the Service Manager fixed the issue, counseled his team, and we received a great price on new tires and alignment. It took a little longer to get the vehicle back but worth it!
If there was a way I could rate this dealership with 0 stars I would. My Expedition was there back in December for a repair of the down shifter which left me without a vehicle for almost a week. I got my vehicle back and I was still experiencing the same issue. When I called I was told to drop the vehicle back off and it would be about TWO WEEKS! I asked if I could essentially get in line without bringing in my vehicle since the problem wasnt addressed. I was told no. Realistically, who can be without a car for that long? Just a few days is bad enough. So I continued driving the vehicle hoping that I would be able to get in with less of a wait time eventually. Unfortunately I had to take it back in on Monday without choice because my key was stuck in the ignition (stemming from the same problem). When I arrived I was told THREE days before they could even look at it. ZERO rental cars available and I am due in Houston tomorrow by 1:00 PM! They actually got the part today but wont be ready until tomorrow. Now I am in a HUGE pickle trying to figure out how I will make it to Houston! I will NEVER ever return here for service and I suggest you dave yourselves the same grief and go elsewhere. I moved from Houston and they would always have my car back to me the same day or no later than the following day where I went. this place lacks it ALL!
This place Gene Messer Ford is the absolute worst service Ive ever had. Oil change, tire rotation, not sure if they even changed the filter. I do know they never rotated the tires, had to bring it back, took another hour to do that. MY AD6IS NEVER BUY A CAR OR TRUCK FROM THESE IDIOTS, ANSD SURE AS HELL NEVER EVER HAVE YOUR VEHICLE SERVICED HERE. YOU WILL REGRET IT ...
If you like your money dont go here, needed a new key, they quoted me $200+, another servicer did it for $80
I took my car in for a horn repair. When the repair took a different route than I was expecting, Bryan Womack took the time to make sure I understood the process of the repair and why certain decisions were being made. He went out of his way to earn my trust as a customer.
Customer services horrible. Got hung up on twice. The price for the job I was looking for was a change of intake manifold for a 2011 Crown Vic price with labour over $900 they are insane. Please make sure you check other places.

Poor very very poor one star is not enough Ive tried and I tried to schedule an appointment or talk to someone and I could not even do that they send me to a automated 1-800 number customer service center and they never returned your call
This time it was good. Johnny was helpful on drop-off and getting us home, and keeping us updated on status.
