Made my little car a much cooler place to be! The edge work is better than I had imagined it would be and a superb job on a huge windshield. All in one day to top it off. I definitely recommend them!

Website had mostly good reviews at a 4.2 overall score, so I decided to try them out. Greatly disappointed with the finished product. I have a 2011 f-150. I requested the two front windows and the windshield be tinted with ceramic film and include the visor strip on the windshield. The website states that all peices are computer cut to fit. This is not true as the front windshield clear ceramic was cut by hand to just barely meet the black boarder around the windshield(looks terrible). I asked that the visor be cut just above the a1 line before they installed it. They did not. In fact they passed the a1 line making it illegal. When I brought this up, Mr. Acey told me if I have any problems with it to bring it back. Still havent been able to reach him after leaving multiple messages. Furthermore they cut it in two pieces at the rear view mirror and joined them together creating more of an eyesore. I had to take it back twice for the windshield, after the initial installation, and they could not get it right. Im not happy about this at all. I tried to show the the problems so we could be on the same page, but the lady at the front desk yelled at me and said they were done trying to help me and would not give me a refund. There is much more I want to add about the mistreatment I received here but would not have enough time to type it all.

Well I can say enough about the staff and the work done. Outstanding. Very reasonable on their prices and knowledgeable. Very matter a fact and no sales pitch. Went in to get tint put on and was very pleased. I will be returning because the offer so much more than just tint. Like the displays they had. Go there and tou wont be disappointed.

My husband and I went in on a Saturday just to get a quote for tinting for our personal truck. Mona was so sweet, we set an appt to get the work done right away! The entire Lubbock team was friendly, helpful and kind.While the tinting was being done, we asked about a new horn (ours sounded like a Prius!). The gentleman said since our truck was under warranty, we should take it to the dealer to save some money. The Chevy place wasnt very helpful and said it would take several days to complete. So back up to Tint World he went. They said the horn was bad, they called the Chevy place, and went up there to get a new horn and installed it for us in less than an hour!!And it actually SAVED us money having Tint World do it!!This team went way above and beyond anything I expected . Nicest bunch of people I have come across in a long time! If you are looking for quality, honest work, this is the place to come. If you need help trying to teach your own team great customer service, take a page out of their book.Highly recommend. Thank you Mona, Brian and your team!!

Was looking all around town for a body shop or audio shop to install my after market taillights. Only two places out of the hundreds I visited either referred me to another company or just flat out said they werent capable of performing the job. Luckily I was referred to Tint World! Brian was the person responsible for the great installation. I was quoted a nice price but because Brian wasnt shy about his work I was able to see the destruction and reconstruction of my vehicle from start to finish. Being able to see the whole process I also learned the the word plug and play doesnt mean swap one part for the other with no splicing or running extra wiring. Wrong the install made him back track a few times but he is an expert and the job got done without reading any manual. Thanks Brian for the customer service and installation! Never been so happy to give my money away.

The only place I take my cars to have the windows tinted. They do a great job never had any problems with anything they’ve done.

I surfed the web looking for a window tinting shop and came across TINT WORLD...Man, I was very impressed with their online video so much so that I left work early to drive there last Monday to either have windows tinted or make an appointment to have windows tinted... Big Mistake! The first two employees I spoke to was some young guy and the female cashier... did not even bother to at least look at my auto they simply quoted the tinting price starting at $1000.00 dollars... Then a third employee named Andrew came in from the shop and actually greeted me and asked How he could help so I spoke to him and we went to look at my autos windows Andrew was helpful and said wednesday would be a much better day to have windows tinted. so I ask this third employee Andrew for the managers card which he gave to me. I emailed the manager to request a rate quote AND.... MAYBE formally complain of the fact that a couple of his employees need more experience in dealing with potentially future cash paying customers... Employees manners ...with the exception of this Andrew, in short, Very Unprofessional ! However, it appears that this shop is lead by example. I got no reply from Brian the Manager. Obviously these employees had the same training when it comes to dealing to customers.

Great job on the window tint and it has a lifetime warranty. Have had 3 vehicles worked on here. Will definitely recommend to anyone interested in getting tint done...... Oh and the also have stereos and remote start systems and professional vehicle detailing.

Called got quote for tint of a car and made appointment. Arrived for the appointment and then got some what of a run around. Not sure could do it without damaging rear window, and not sure would be done today. I wanted to confirm the price that was quoted which was 229 dollars. The person tells me 209 for tint oh ok kewl 20 bucks less, however 150 dollars to remove old tint which was never stated before. Needless to say I left and will find a better company that is much more professional about dealing with customers.

We had our headlights completely rewired and an alarm and remote start installed by Brian. We recently started having problems with the vehicle thinking something was draining the battery. We thought it may be something with the alarm and Brian took our truck went through the whole damn thing just to tell us our battery was going out ( mind you we had it tested at oriellys and they said it was good). Anywho. Brian went above and beyond to get us taken care off. I highly recommend tint world and Brian!!!!!

Stole my wallet, and customer service was supper frustrating to deal with. They told me that things like this never happen, but its clearly shown in the comments that this has been an issue. They also conveniently had all of the security cameras off.

Excellent tint service they are fast and was able to fit my vehicle in on very short notice. Windows look great and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who needs tint done on their windows. I only needed two of my windows done due to a break in and was in and out in less than 15 mins.

Everyone at Tint World are so friendly and professional. I had a backup camera installed by Brian. He is so knowledgable and explains everything he will do. Brian really knows his stuff and wont try to sell you something you dont need. He told me to call or come by if I have any questions or concerns. I would highly recommend this place. Recently moved here. Many things unknown, but was VERY happy with my choice of Tint World. Some Honda windows are a problem, however, the staff did an excellent job and love the tint. Customer service is over the hill marvelous. Thanks so much guys!

First visit they were polite and answered questions. Second visit they acted as if they didn’t want to work or answer questions. Both times the car was dirtier than when it was brought in.

This is my second review, my first being on Yelp. The reason for my visit to Tint World this time was to get my windows tinted. Not only was the staff very helpful as usual, but the work done is absolutely wonderful. The tint looks great and the tech cut the tint to fit the windows so closely that you almost cant see the cut off on the edges. Ive recommended this place to several people already and will continue to do so!

They installed a stereo and back up camara for me. When i showed up i had another aftermarket radio that another place had installed incorrectly. Guys at tint world were able to fix the issues i had, and make all my features in the truck work correctly again. They did it very quickly, and are very professional. I will be taking more stuff there again for sure. Very great customer service.

All I can say is WOW! Went into Tint World to get a detail on my vehicle. I was way more than impressed with the way they took time to explain how they would get the swirl marks out of my vehicle. They worked my vehicle over and did an amazing job. Had them then install the Tint World Pearl Nano ceramic coating to my vehicle and everything just washes right off now. Water beads up all over and just blows off. Excellent company to do business with. They have earned my business from this time forward.

I brought my 2018 Hyundai in to get the tint done on the car. They not only did an amazing job, but they warranty the product for life of the car. Its been a couple of days and windows seem to be doing really well. The car looks amazing!The owner stayed late working on my car and the customer service was awesome! This is by FAR the best customer service I have ever had when it comes to someone dealing with my car. They were extremely respectful of me and of my property and they answered all my questions to the fullest. Deffantly go see Acey at Tint World!100% recommend this company!

I took my corvette by Tint Word thinking I would just clean it up. I entered a car show in Lubbock and took 1st place in the Corvette Division. The car looked great when I picked it up and so glad I took it by them to detail it.For the best detail job ever! Tint World Lubbock!!!So proud of our trophy!

Awesome tinting and great service with a smile

I took my car in for detailing but It was not satisfactory at all. The swirl marks were still there and the car does not look like anything after a good exterior detail should. I own a 2017 Honda Civic and I took it in like after 10 days of delivery to get a proper detail work since the dealership detailing is crap. The detailing service I got was not good at all.

Where do I even start? Dropped my car off Thursday May 24 for a detail, it sat all day and I had to leave it overnight and not get it until the end of the next day. If that wasn’t inconvenient enough. My $400 radar detector was stolen. Yes stolen, I left the car there with a radar detector, got it back without one. Call it what you like. I didn’t initially realize it wasn’t on my windshield when I got the car back, and thats my fault. I got it back right around closing time and they sent me on my way, it wasn’t about 30 minutes later I had realized it wasn’t there, I called back and no response, I was too far out and figured I could just call in the morning and pick it up then. I call and come in, and they tell me they haven’t seen it (how?) I talk to the lady at the front desk and ask about it saying perhaps they misplaced it when cleaning the front windshield, she brings out one of the workers and he instantly gets an attitude with me, at no point did I accuse him of stealing, but his behavior was totally uncalled for, he brings me back to the garage saying “Go ahead look around we don’t steal around here” with a rude attitude and I’m keeping cool reassuring him I didn’t think that of him, and that his behavior wasn’t needed. We come back, I make a phone call and after he goes “Have you figured it out yet?” And I go “Hey man I’m 95% that Radar Detector was on there.” He yells back at me in front of customers “Well you’re 95% wrong!” Like excuse me? At this point I have no doubt in mind he could be a suspect of stealing it, if he didn’t he wouldn’t be so hostile. I talk to the owner he tells me “It could have been taken outside when it was sitting but we have cameras” and I respond “So you guys don’t lock the cars?, no disrespect thats a little unprofessional” he completely changed and comes back at me with an attitude and questions I assure him I didn’t want things to go south and he goes “Whatever you come at me with I will do the same” I insist on looking at the camera footage, he tells me to come back later around closing. I come back around closing, wait an hour and 15 and finally get to see the camera footage just to find out the quality of it is so bad you can’t even look through the windshield and there wasn’t even a camera near my car, and it just so happened a boat was covering the camera at the garage it was in. The whole experience was terrible, unprofessional, unpleasant and rude. I would not recommend Tint World to anyone, very uncaring to their customers concerns as well as their personal belongings.

Had car stereo amplifier and speaker system installed, took a while, but Acie, is good to his word. I had a problem with wiring and He was more than happy to take me in to do the extra labor to correct the problem. I look forward to doing more business with this company!! I live out of Midland and the drive to get things done is worth it for anyone wanting a new car stereo...

The problem I had was the pricing. How you gonna try to charge me over 400 dollars to do a simple install. I see if there was some custom work being done but no just simple wiring and tuning. I wont be going back there again.

Said I needed the tint done on my kia optima SXL and they said theyd have it done no longer then an hour and a half. It only took the about 45 minutes and they were completely done! It looks great!

I highly recommend not going to Tint World. To cut to the chase, I caught them lying to me on several occasions, and I refuse to do business with a company that isnt up front with their customers. They installed a new radio into my car incorrectly and wanted to charge me $405 to fix it. I took my car to a competitor company and was told Tint World installed my car radio incorrectly, blew the back-up camera, and it would cost me $250 to get it fixed. When I took it back to Tint World I was told by three employees they would, make it right and ensured me that whoever I spoke to previously that gave me the $405 figure was sorely mistaken. An employee came out and said the radio was bad and it needed to be replaced, that the competitor was wrong and it was the radio, not the installation. I was told a new radio would come in the next day, and it would take about 20 minutes to replace the bad one. Two days later, I got a phone call saying the radio came in. When we took my car to get the radio replace, after waiting 2 hours, we were told it would be $230. When refusing to pay, they (for all intents and purposes) held my car hostage until I spoke with the owner. To make a long story a little shorter, the owner said to me, Of course they said it was the installation, they are the competitor, I would have said the same thing. What?! Secondly he said, We arent charging you for the installation or labor, just the price of the radio. When I told him no, I was still not going to pay, he said, I dont understand why you were going to pay them $250 but you wont pay me $230. It makes no sense. Simply put, I told him, Because I dont trust you all to tell me the truth anymore. I told him, You can either give my dad the key to my car and he can leave without paying, or you can put the old radio back into my car and I will go have it fixed at the competitor. Three hours later, I got my car back. The owner told me he, was just going to have to eat the price of the radio. Now... the worst part about this whole story?? When I went to change my XM service to the new Radio ID, it was the same ID number. I didnt need to have a new signal sent to my radio because it was the same one I was using. For anyone who understands SiriusXM, you will know, it wasnt a new radio put in my car. It was the same radio. However, the back-up camera worked now.... which means, I was lied to the ENTIRE time by Tint World. The original radio was good, it always worked, but it was installed by Tint World incorrectly.

I wish there was an option for 0 stars. I took my car in for tint on the front to windows (surely they can do it - its in their name) because we bought it out of state (brand new) and now that I had to get my 2 year inspection here, the tint the package came with was too dark for Texas law.Well, I was thrilled that they only took about 1.5 hours, but then I found out why... There were HUGE scratches on the drivers side window (the glass, not the tint), and both windows had a lot of bubbles due to dirt and stuff under the tint. When I brought it back and complained, they said that it was either there before, or I did it. Please explain how I can scratch my glass without making a mark in the tint on top of it?! They said they would fix the passenger window tint and redo the drivers side to make sure it was the glass. This time they had my car ALL DAY. I get there to pick it up again and there are still issues with the passenger window (a few less spots), and even a few little scratches in the glass on this one now. Also, they had a piece of Limo tint on my drivers side window to show me that maybe I just didnt notice the HUGE scratches with my dark tint from before. IT WASNT THAT DARK BEFORE, and I was driving it for almost 2 years!After fighting with the owner, he agreed to do whatever I thought was right. He agreed to replace the drivers window and tint it again. Well, they had my car for the whole day again, and when I got it back, it was the WRONG window! We had even talked about my car coming with Laminated windows in the front in stead of Tempered. Apparently, Laminated was more expensive to replace. Also, one of the guys asks me if I had been in an accident that could have damaged my window before (again trying to blame me) because they pulled the carfax on my car and it said I had an accident. REALLY?!! They send me home with my untinted, badly scratched original window until they can get in the new correct one. A week later, I called because I hadnt heard anything. Yes, it is in. Again, they had my car all day. When I finally call to see if it is ready, they said they hadnt even done anything to it because the window they got in was damaged. They will order another one.I called them in a few days, that shipment was also damaged, they will get another one a few days. I call, it is in.Surprise, they had my car all day. When I get it back, the owner is not there. I told the guy who gave it to me that there were scratches yet again (I took pictures there this time). He said they were just marks in the tint and they would go away in 2 weeks. They didnt.I have tried to get in touch with the owner numerous times with no response. I will be filing a Better Business Bureau complaint and request as well. Below are pictures of their work. The windows look horrible and their customer service is seriously lacking.

I came by on Saturday...Good sign they were very busy means they must do good work.. was told it would take 45 min to an hour.... Price was not the cheapest but reasonable.So I made an appointment for Wednesday afternoon.Fast forward to Wednesday afternoon... I showed 10 minutes before my appointment time only to find there was nobody there that do window tinting. theyll be back in a few minutes ... ... ..TWO HOURS later i finally get my keys back... i can understand things happen..delays etc... but when the person that showed up 45 minutes AFTER i did with a later appointment time gets her car completed before me... Thats pretty much CRAP.The only reason i gave two stars is the guy gave me a bit of a discount and the windows look like theyll turn out good. (I HOPE**)I still need to add step rails, spray in bedliner, foglights, and upgrade factory stereo with amp and subwoofer. After todays totally CRAP service experience... Not sure ill be back ...
