I had my car completely changed to a different color. From a black color to a custom color. Everyone at the collision center are professional, nice, and communicated with me throughout the whole process. They all did a very thorough job, were extremely detailed, and honestwith me! The paint department did an amazing job because they helped bring the color I was thinking out onto my car and it couldnt have been anymore perfect than it is now. Thank you all for your hard work and attention to details!

My driver window was broken in. Sam did an excellent job at fixing the window. His attention to detail helped spot additional damage done to my vehicle that I hadnt noticed. They were very patient with me and explained everything along the way. I received updates from Sam way before my insurance would call me.

I was truly surprised to have the results, I received. My truck look so perfect, as if no wreck had happen. Sam is very professional, respectful, and pay attention to detail. The guys that worked on my truck truly seem to have a passion for thier skill, and take pride of thier job. Thier was no over spray, on my windows. Cant stand that. I am very picky with my truck. I handwash and wax on regular basis. I was given a rental car at thier expense, not some junk, a new Subaru forester, with 350 miles. If I called 100 times a day the phone was answered very courteously. I understand insurance company drag thier feet, so I always take that in consideration, while waiting on my truck. After my husband and kids were in a wreck, we took our vehicle to Scoggin because we knew they would take excellent care of us. From start to finish, their customer service and communication was top notch. The quality of the repairs and attention to detail exceeded our expectations. We were so thankful for the loaner car program as well. Fair, honest, and kind. We will definitely use them again if ever needed!

I gave this Collision Center a 2 because we have used them several times before and they have done great work in the past. But you are only as good as your last job. So I am trying to give them the benefit of the doubt that they can do good work. But... this time we had a friend who was visiting from out of state for the holidays and he had tried not to kill some of our Texas wildlife coming to Lubbock. The Collision Center said that it just needed body work and it would take a couple of weeks. After the first week, they said that customers had to be taken care of and they just couldnt get to it. I told them that our friend needed to get back home and they knew he did not live in Lubbock. Alex said his boss, Cody, had said that customer cars needed to be fixed. That told me a great deal. I wasnt even considered a customer. This was not a major accident. It was estimated to be 3 days of body work and then paint. So much for Texas hospitality. I am so embarrassed that we recommended Scoggin-Dickey to our friend and that a business would treat someone who did not even live in Lubbock so poorly.

The workers were exceedingly helpful and friendly, my car was done quickly, and looked amazing after. They also have loaner cars available to use should you not be able to get a rental car. Very grateful for their service and would refer friends and family to them in a heartbeat.

Went to get an estimate for my car for minor damages from a rear ending accident.Gave me an estimate of over $5,000. I’ve been to three other shops after who have given me estimates of $1,800.

They have had my car for three weeks in collision center. No calls with updates from them. When we call them it’s “by tomorrow end of business “ etc. STILL NO CAR! They are not notifying insurance company as directed for any additional repairs needed. HORRIBLE place. Will never use them again nor buy another vehicle from them. I am also posting my experience on social media so, hopefully, no one else makes the mistake of going there.

The professionalism at Scoggin Dickey Body Shop is amazing. The attention to detail is 2nd to none. I have taken my car into them a few times to have a door ding fixed, and some damage done on the back driver wheel well from someone hitting me, and the quality of work is as if nothing ever happened. This is how it should be, but other places I have been to in the past just did not pay attention to the details like this body shop does. Cody, the body shop manager really goes out of his way to ensure things are done to perfection. Thanks Scoggin Dickey Body Shop!!

Doesn’t comeplete in a timely fashion. I had some minor repairs and my car has been in the shop over a month with no updates from them.The Past 4 times that I called they said it would be finished “no later than tomorrow at the end of the day” still no car
