He and his staff were very professional and he helped me with my insurance company, getting the car inspection and reassuring me that my car would look in pristine condition. My car looked brand new and at first, I thought, that it was a different car. It looked so new. I am so glad I waited to have my baby( my car) fixed. As soon as I walked in Paulo was there to greet me. He asked how he could help me. I flat out said i had no idea what I was doing and how to go about taking care of my car. He took it from there. He told me step by step what needed to be done and not once did he treat me like a ATM machine. He was very personable, he treated me like a human. I really appreciated that. He helped get my claim going and let me use the courtesy loaner car while my car was in the shop. He kept me informed when the adjuster checked my car. I got my car back in 5 DAYS! Needless to say, I could not be happier with the end result. My car looks like new and it was a very fast turn around. At first I had doubts about them concerning the loaner car they had for me but they corrected that and I was very impressed with that. This was the first time I had ever heard they had a light that could detect dents not easily seen with the naked eye. Again, I was impressed that I did not have to come out of my pocket with anything and how quick the job was done. What they reassure, they kept their word. Ive called a few friends and have recommended them. Good job!

These guys are amazing. Took my truck in all beat up from hail damage. When I went to pick it up, I thought it was someone else’s brand new vehicle. They did an amazing job and even took time to detail the interior for me. They were very friendly and worked quick. Highly recommend Hail Repair Pro.

Worst business ever!!!! The man is from Brazil, so hes very confusing on how he speaks to you about what hes gonna do to your car, and now I know why!!!! He destroyed the interior with some kind of spray which ruined a pair of $225 sunglasses and the interior! He didnt add any of the parts he said he ordered, I still had hail damage all over my car, and the windshield was still broken! I have never seen such a terrible paint job on a car... He told me to bring it back and let him fix it, when I did he asked my insurance company for approval for more parts I didnt get back to me for over two weeks and then told me he was going to sue me for the total of my car!!! Literally go anywhere else but here!!!Update: after I posted this review the man had his son call me and start harassing me. Very professional.

Hail repair pro in Lubbock did a great job. A+ all the way. They had a lot of new cars from local dealerships in queue for repairs (for when the new cars get hit by hail). To me that’s an indicator of the quality of their work and professionalism.

Honestly I really thought they would take long to do this, but no. From 1st time in really nice and helpful. Although I struggled with guico they helped me immediately. It took them 2 days to do all dents and replace windshield. Not only that they washed my van and they provided rental car. Far exceeded my expectations. Thank you so much
