AS Dent was amazing to me and my family. They finished their work before the time they said they would and delivered excellent work! Erich was the best to work with and took extra care of us. They pride themselves on work but overall I wasn’t expecting this level of customer care along with the ease of working with my insurance so I didn’t have to. They have made me a lifetime customer.
I found this place on google after looking for a reliable honest and straightforward place where they would fix my 2019 chevy sonic that got hit badly by hail.I have to say, this place did exceeded my expectations, the staff was really friendly, they did an awesome job on my vehicle and they even helped me out in my deductible. I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs some dent/ hail damage repair done on time and the people are honest about it. Allen and his team are total rock stars they were very professional and easy to work with! After a giant hail storm that demolished my tundra and my Lexus they exceeded all my expectations in their timeliness and quality of work. An amazing experience!Id been fighting my insurance company about the hail damage on my truck for 5 months and these guys took over and solved all my problems.My 2003 Ford would likely have been totaled if not for them, they took my estimate and fixed all my visible damage in less than a week, theyre absolute life savers.Their facility is clean and well kept, and the employees are so kind and helpful. Plus theyve got some really sweet dogs on site to help ease the stress of car repairs!

Yesterday, I had the hail damage on my truck fixed at AS Dent Shop, and it was one of the best experiences I have had with a company in a very long time. The staff from the get go was very helpful and friendly. They walked me through the process over the phone and got me set up to drop my truck off. When I arrived for my appointment it was snowing and very cold and a guy named Eric had my insurance loaner vehicle sitting at the front door running and heater on to make sure it was warmed up for me, which was awesome. They proceeded to walk me through the details of the repairs that were going to be made and to make sure I understood everything and that I didnt have any questions. I didnt feel like a number or just another dent customer here and they were just a pleasure to work with. The next day they called to let me know that my truck was ready (which was actually sooner than they originally promised) and when I went to look at my truck and inspect the work completed my truck had been washed and my truck looked brand new with no dents to speak of anywhere. You would never know it was ever damaged. I was very impressed. Allen Scott the owner runs a very well oiled machine that produces a quality product and its definitely structured around customer service. I would highly recommend this dent shop to anyone looking to get work done right the first time. I will definitely be back if I ever get hail damage again. Thanks AS Dent Shop!

A.S. Dent Shop took great care of us. They worked with our insurance to get everything fixed & our car looks amazing. Alan, Eric & the A.S. team were professional, friendly, & hard working, definitely would use them again.
First and foremost, the shop did an excellent job on the actual exterior hail damage repair. HOWEVER, when it comes to caring for your internal plastic trim and entry points for the tools they use, they absolutely destroyed my car. Almost every piece of interior trim had damage, screws that held trim were lost and never replaced, they attempted to hide issues using double sided tape, foam inserts, plastic coverings, and other temporary measures to get you out of the door. They also scratched the exterior paint by setting tools on the roof. Don’t get sold by their personalities, get sold based on the quality of their work.Long story short, if they only need access to the exterior of your car, you should use them. If not, please don’t use them.

I want to give a big thank you to AS Dent Shop for exceptional customer service. I recently damaged the side of my husband’s pickup while driving it. Unfortunately my damage was a scrape and not a dent, so not really in AS Dent Shop’s wheelhouse. I asked Eric what he thought if I were to touch up the paint myself because it would probably be quite expensive to fix and wasn’t that bad appearance-wise or as to functionality. Eric was wonderful; he asked me to give him 15 minutes to buff out the transferred paint and also found some matching paint and touched up the exposed metal. I am so pleased with their efforts to help me!
Eric at AS Dent Shop is extremely helpful and very nice! He was very knowledgeable from the start of the process of fixing my car after a car accident. He kept me updated every step of the way and even meet me at the shop on a Saturday when they are usually closed so that I could pick up my car when it was done and not have to wait until Monday. And my car looked fantastic when it was done!

I recently was caught in a hail storm on the west loop headed home from work. My 4Runner was pretty beat up on the passenger side, the roof, hood, etc. Needless to say, I was pretty upset. I called the following morning and they got me in right away. They were kind enough to let me use one of their vehicles until my insurance got me a rental. My vehicle was there about a week, but let me tell you the job that was done was exceptional! Attention to detail wasn’t unnoticed. Definitely the place to use for this type of work. This is by far the best place to go in all of West Texas----we traveled from the Permian Basin just to have A.S. do our repairs. They provided vehicles for us while we waited on our repairs to be completed, and they offer lifetime warranties on all of their repairs. The staff could not have been more friendly and helping; plus they have the two cutest dogs that hang out in the shop with them. Allen is a great man and will treat you like family. I would not recommend going anywhere else.
