Latoya was super helpful. My husband and I came 30 minutes before close (we didnt know we were cutting it close) and she still took the time to explain our options and help us switch carriers and upgrade our phones. She was super positive, helpful, and she didnt mind staying an hour past close. She took her time with us. Cannot recommend this store enough!! She was so sweet!

I noticed this place had a lot of glowing 5 star reviews. After going there, I have to say they seem to live up to them. The staff was knowledgeable and polite, and I dont really have any complaints.

I come to this location because they always try to go out of their way to make sure that my experience is amazing. They talk me through the whole process. An make sure I am getting the right device for my needs. And they are so Friendly. I love going to this location

We went in 4/14 at 6:30pm to add a new phone line. We left there very happy. The costumer service was excellent and they did not try to pressure us into anything. It was very relaxing and we left happy.

The service in this store is amazing! The manager (Mikki) is super helpful and patient. I was there waiting for my phone and he treated each person with above and beyond service, it did not matter if they had a question or wanted to buy a phone.His staff was helpful too. Awesome place to do business.

The two employees working in the store the night of my visit were both truly delightful. Beyond their personal demeanor, they were both professional and knowledgeable. I had visited the store in hopes of obtaining a means to charge my phone while away from home or electrical outlet, and I was able to obtain just that! Mission accomplished! What I was most impressed by, is that neither of the employees pressured, asked or even attempted to sell me anything more than what I had asked to see. This is unfortunately rare when shopping in mobile phone stores, typically the salesmen are asking or even acting pushy with you as they attempt to sell you something you did not ask for or about, however I had nothing short of a perfect visit and am very appreciative for both employees.
