Today I was helped in the store by Kat. She was extremely helpful and was able to break down each phone line on my plan so I could understand it. I highly recommend this location!! The employees that were working tonight on Thursday are great & they all do their jobs very well!!

Aaron was a great help today. He was patient and made sure I understood everything before I left.. After having a miserable experience at Walmart it was nice to deal with someone who has excellent customer service skills. I strongly recommend going to see him if you need any help with your metro pcs related needs. 10:10 hands down and on a Sunday when nobody likes to work.

I love this place and the staff are very helpful. I have a question though. Is the paying machine in the entrance open after 8pm? I need to pay my phone bill in cash but i get out of work at 9pm.

Absolutely disgusting customer service here. Manager, employees rather sit in the corner eating snacks and listening to music than to serve the line of customers. Super rude

The people are incredibly nice. But not very thorough. I purchased my phone. The salesperson did not offer a case or a screen protector or to transfer my contacts or to transfer my pictures. This will be the third time Ive had to go back to the store due to employees choice to not set my phone up completely the first time. I will be going back today for the third time. When I mentioned my frustration about coming back three times to the salesperson, he said well at least you get out and enjoy the weather. He didnt discuss my travel from Chelmsford. Three times... My need to pay for parking three times. And the time it took to travel back and forth three times.......Wish me luck

I usually don’t write reviews but this place deserves one . I was just there to switch from a different provider and Jim went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and set up the new phones. Very friendly and pleasant experience.

You have no respect for long term customers I was screwed around for months and next issue Im going to any company I can keep my number at your service is awful

I have had a Metro PCS phone on the unlimited$50 plan with $6 insurance for 2 years but was a little low on cash so I ask one of the sales associates if I I cancelled my insurance or didnt pay at that time, would I be able to get my insurance and unlimited service back. I was told yes definitely. Well, that was NOT the case. When I went to put the insurance back on, I was told no, then my phone was stolen within 2 days. Since I was inside the 90 days of a new upgrade, I had to wait until then to purchase a new phone. They offered me absolutely no solution. I brought a phone in from a friend to to if I could use that, for which they said yes. Took my money for activation ($10 + $10) and sim card then I was told the phone wouldnt work and the money was non refundable! Then I decided to add a line for $30 and buy a $100 phone at 50% off the price promotion. Just to be able to use a phone but I have to keep that line for 30 days. All I wanted was to have access to my phone number because thats the only way to even look at my email due to the new 🔑 security! Grateful for the security but Very disappointed in this predatory market.

They are professional and really friendly! I feel confident with this location specifically because they take their time explaining everything to me and respect their customers! They have excellent plans and really neat phones. I really enjoy my new LG stylus they had at the time! Soo helpful! Thank you Metro PCS!

Went there to buy 3 phones not knowing anything about Metro PC and was treated so awesome! James the man who helped us was so helpful and patient with us and was very attentive to what we were looking for! Great recommendation from the three of us!

Every single time I go in here the people who work there are awesome to me!! Alot of other stores or authorized dealers are straight up rude or do not care ... So i always try to go to this store! Tonight went here to get phones and Eleanor was such a big help and so friendly!! Thanks Eleanor!! 😊

Had a complicated situation to handle and the staff was knowledgeable, courteous, and accurate. Process took a while longer because the phone ran a system update, otherwise it could have been relatively fast and better than doing it over the phone.

They could do better on wait times

Okay i been costumer from metro almost 5 years i think? And they have some phones thats are good like the zt max is cheap but good phone so my point is that i crack the screen so i when to buy another phone the lg stylo for couple more bucks and is so bad it frezzes when i go into snapchat or any other aapp cost more and a is bad piece of electronics from mps i just tru in the garbage almost 200.

Had Minor issues but store has definitely changed for the better one manager in particular helped me far and above what the aspects were thank you! A.👈 you kno who you are ☺
