Great service! We had to activate my phone and also make some changes to our existing phone plan. Matt was the one who helped us. He explained everything well, kept a great attitude, and helped us with everything we needed. He even helped me put on a screen protector for my new iphone! Dedicated worker. Thank you Matt!

They have fraud people working there. Someone was able to walk in give partial of my moms name & was still able to walk out with a iPhone 12 Pro. Make it make sense, we’ve had T-Mobile for 20yrs and never been able to do anything without proper ID. But somehow they thought it was a typo smh

I came in with my parents a while ago to switch from verizon and had a great experience! the guy we worked with (i think his name was Raphael) was so helpful and made the process so easy. we came in just to switch but we ended up getting my little brother a tablet for christmas as well and he loved it :)
Today my boyfriend went in to trade in his phone for an upgrade. He had a crack on the back of his phone but everything else was fine. No damage to the lcd screen and no water damage! Phone works perfectly fine. I think the manager will need further training on when to take in a phone and when not to take in a phone. We had to drive out of our way to do this trade in.

Ive never had any location or employee issues here. Got what I wanted and they did the job decently. If one employee couldnt do it, someone was there to take over and take the charge. However, what ever happens behind the doors is unknown to me as a customer. Did they bring me a new phone, or a returned phone thats been repacked and sealed to look brand now. Some retailers do this- sell you a new phone, thats not entirely fresh out of the box. I felt this when buying a phone from there, but I hope thats not the case. I will admit- there is a lack of professional appearance in T-MOBILE stores generally, I felt no difference walking into this T-MOBILE store versus the fancier candy-tized Apple store inside Pheasant Lane Mall. Its all the same. I give this store location a 4 start rating because its not serving high end customers with set standards, the store appearance and employees appearance is basic. Branding is everything- specially how you look and portray yourself, what you sell + how you sell it, and how you treat customers. For me, they treated me fine here as they did at the Apple store, but its the other things that should be looked at, here/there. #Good times!
This T-Mobile location has to be the most unhelpful, unprofessional, and non-authoritative store there is. I initially went in to get a new phone. But the staff were all so consumed in their own conversations, it was as if they couldn’t be bothered. Each and every representative working acted as if they were in Junior High, very unprofessional. I asked to speak to a supervisor, only to be told there wasn’t anybody there at that time. Then, I notice a man walking in with a little girl and realized he was a manager due to his name tag. So I said oh, he just came in, I’ll wait. I’d like to speak with him. So the manager comes out but only addressed me after he said his hellos and hi beautiful to a female worker. Once I heard that he too was unprofessional, I just said forget it and left. Little did they know, my friend was still in the store. They all started to talk smack about, including the manager. I was in such disbelief. Never again will I do business there, nor will anyone I know. I’ll be going to another provider. And you can thank this location for that and it’s staff
Ive been w/ -T-mobile for about 2 years. I was satisfied at first but, now I am not happy at all with my phone service.. I have a iphone that I pay monthly along with and iwatch Im paying off aswell and just a phone protector screen.. This was all $120 a month.. They told me if I added my fiance with a FREE phone the bill for his service would only be a few dollars and the bill for both of us would be less then $120, so I believed them. My first bill appeared as $210 which they had to fix to $150.I had other equipment which I fully paid off and they told me it would bring it down $10-$15 so I believed them too.. then this month they said it was $170..In reality and am not saving because I am techincally still paying $120 for my stuff and my fiance $50.Makes me doubt alot of things.. not so happy with T-mobile after all.

The wait can be long at times. Reps are very nice and courteous though. Some will go above and beyond to help!
Avoid this Joint...Employees Dont care of my needs. There were 5 workers behind the counter waiting on one client. I had to request if any one has time to help me. The one that decided to listened my request suggest I contact T mobile by phone and acted like I was not heard any more. Almost cancelled my service with T mobile.
Terrible. Went to return a Mophie, that did not take a charge, 9 Day later well within the 14 days Had the receipt, the credit card used, my drivers license, they refused to refund me, as there was no name on the receipt. What???? When you buy something from T-Mobile, tagert, sears a restaurant, no one puts you name on the receipt if you are buying, i did not finance it. They should have honored there policy and simply refunded my money to the card use to buy it.
Went today and was waited very quickly. Extremely polite and proficient bunch of guys...left with a 2nd phone and even better plan

I went in to buy an LG G4 and the lady didnt even know what phone I was talking about. I had to point to the 4 foot poster of it behind me. Then she says Oh we dont have access to phones right now we are locked out. Youll have to come back in a few hours when a manager gets here. So you open a store and keep all of your product locked in the back for half the day...makes sense. I wish the people in phone stores would get some training on what they are selling because it just makes them look like idiots. This is why people buy online.
There is usually a long wait time here, but when you get a representative they are extremely helpful.
Went there a couple of days ago to acquire more info about an upgrade, seeing that TMobile sent me a message about eligibility. Simply put one of the guys blew me off and told me to come back when the new version of the phone comes out. Environment there has changed since the former manager left. Glad I only go there if I really need to.
I would have a 0 star if possible.The worst experience ever. Never go to this place I was there to ask for a upgrade and the staff was reluctant to help and were asking me to wait for 15 min and were acting weird.
I don’t know if I’ve ever been more disappointed in customer service. It took two salesmen to argue with me about what I could or could not do. If they earn commission, you sure can’t tell. I’m going to complete the transaction online and stop by here every once in a while to buy nothing.
Just stopped in to replace the screen protector and case on my S-7 Edge. I was told by the salesman We arent stocking those any more, just the S7 and S8. The Edge was released just 14 months ago and already supplies are no longer stocked? Talk about a scan!

This is not a corporate store. Its is an authorized retailer and they tend to be rude and arrogant to customers. I have had several incidents there with employees. Ive reported them several times to customer care.
Tend to be rude .Let the customer cu the line if they have a small problems .I asked to update my data to 3GB and ask how much they charge me per month they said $10.I went home and checked, they updated my data to 6GB and it s $15.
