After fixing my broken screen, my phone started getting hot for no reason then he wanted to charged me again to change my screen even tho he just changed it 2 weeks prior to that, like what? I think he does it on purpose so u can go back and have it fix it again. I will NEVER go there AGAIN. Dont trust him.

Stay far far away!This guy is as big a Crook as Ive ever seen in any business !I went to buy a cell phone from him, off CraigsList.I figured I would get it from an established store, rather than just anybody…He said the phone was T-Mobile compatible, but many of the features that have come to use on my T-Mobile cell phone were not available on this one..When I asked him for a refund, he said oh sure, I have the money. Just call me in the morning, and you can come by. .So I called in the morning, with no answer..This went on for about two weeks .Several times I drove to the store, during his storefront listed store hours. He was not open during these times..Finally, After many days and attempts for Refund, I met him at the store..He tried to keep $60.00 out of 200 (thats 30%) telling me that he needed to reorder something and something ..But when he handed me the refund, he accidentally only kept 40.00 ....He came running out of the store afterward,him; hey I accidentally gave you too much. Give me $20.00 back. me; no, Ive driven here many times, and you didnt have any shipping fees at all. I came and picked up the phone.Him; you want me to call the police?Me; hey, tell you what, Ill call them right now myself Him; never mind, keep the extra money.(if you read some others of these reviews from this guy, youll see that this is not the first time the police have been called because of his bad business, and run around with the refunds)Bottom line…Stay far away!

I wouldnt go to this place to buy gum let alone fix my laptop. The guy was unwelcoming and rude. But hey I just wanted to get my laptop fixed and I left my laptop over night just for him to check it out!! Big mistake!! Not only next day he didnt have my laptop but when I asked for my own laptop he didnt want to give it back because someone else had it and he didnt kno when it will be back.?? I have to get Lowell police involved to get my laptop back. This has to be illegal how he does business. FYI my laptop had screws missing and didnt start up right when I got it back so I had to go to different place and shell out 75$ just to fix his mistake!!!!! I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Be aware!!!!!

HIGHLIGHTS: The owner is sleazy, a rip-off, and rude. After all these years, I cant forgive him for this experience.This happened in 2013 when I was a high schooler with a minimum wage job. I had been saving up for an iPhone. [I chose to talk about this now because I was too embarrassed to talk about it then]I bought my first iPhone here. The owner had said that it was guaranteed unlocked and said it was refurbished. However, I came home and put my SIM card in. It didnt work. NOT ONLY THAT - I found some porn in it and other history. So obviously it was not refurbished and unlocked at all. I think it was stolen.Anyways, I came back to get a refund and the owner had told me there was no refund. I told him about the issues I found. He said you shouldve known there was no refund beforehand then. I repeated this is unfair and he would respond well too bad. I was so frustrated and ended up crying. I had spent $400 on this phone. Even when I was crying, he threatened to call the police on me just to kick me out.The nerves of the owner. Thinking of this now, it is messed up because I was young. I didnt know any better. I did learn a lesson from this: to not trust all businesses. But still, to take advantage of a young person like that is messed up.

My desktop cannot boot after upgrading, so i brought it in this place, owner called me after 2 or 3 days later, said my power chip was fried. I said ok, and waited whole 2 weeks, no calls back. I decided to get my computer back and walked in the store, when i ask my computer back he told me he has his rules and I cant do whatever I want, I was like thats my computer, I just want it back, he said get out my store! I ended up called the police, but eventually I didnt get it back because my computer was not there. Later, I got it back after he FIXed it, which was still cannot boot. When I run the hardware test at Microsoft store the staffs said my hardware is fine there is no problem with them.There is no customer service there, not honesty and quality. If you need to fix your computer dont forget, HE HAS HIS RULES!!!You are nothing!!!

Never buy laptop or even a phone there, the guy doesnt take care of it and its all broken, asked for my refund and he refuses to give me my money back and hopefully his place is getting reported and i hope he runs outta business. BE AWARE!! he even begged me not to write it on review about him cant even fix a laptop nor a phone but i dont care, everyone deserves to know how he works and how he runs his business

My sister gave me her old(2007) HP desktop computer but forgot the password. He reset the password AND installed Windows7 which I needed.

The store is rarely open, electronics are used and way over priced. Service is slow and unreliable. I do not recommend anyone waisting there money.
