I had my broken rusty exhaust replaced here. They explained everything to me, let me know what the problem was and what they would fix. I told them I had a tight schedule and they ordered the parts and did the fix all in a single day.

We went for inspection sticker. They changed one bulb that went out and got a new sticker. It took about 20 minutes (had to wait for one car to done before us).We left very satisfied!

Last week, on a Friday before July 4th weekend, my cars rear differential went while my girlfriend was driving it. Luckily she was close to Two Guys Garage and she immediately brought it there. They immediately brought it in, told us what was wrong with it, ordered parts, and scheduled service. They also gave her a ride home, and after dropping her off, they came back once again because I left my wallet in the car! Doug, Tyler, and the team at Two Guys are fantastic and reliable. Always a pleasure working with them.

Im very satisfied with how professional they are at Two Guys. Unfortunately things happen with our vehicles especially as they get older but they were straight forward and to the point. I got my engine fixed in the time they said and I left there with a good feeling and not a feeling that I got screwed. Thanks again and hopefully my Jeep doesnt keep having problems but Ill bring it there again knowing itll be done right.

Got my car inspected there, failed me for “exhaust leak and left front end loose”, went to a separate shop that I trust to get it checked and they told me nothing is wrong with my front end. I’m assuming its them trying to get me to het it “fixed” with them but could just be a difference of opinion, either way I wouldn’t trust them.

Great service here. Had my valve cover gaskets replaced and the job was finished on-time and done properly. They even shuttled me home on a windy 15degree morning. Thank you Two Guys!-Chris

Ive never had any issues with Two Guys Garage. This most recent trip was so smooth. I dropped off my car to a garage that was full already; there were several others also dropping off at the same time as well. I thought for sure I wouldnt get my car back until closing time. After completing an oil change, new front brakes and a tire rotation, I had my car back by noon! I couldnt have been happier. As for the price, all work done has always been right in line with any other shop in the area. Im happy to bring my car to Two Guys. I have confidence they can take care of all of my car needs, or direct me to someone who can.

I was looking for a mechanic for a third party inspection and even though I live in Somerville I needed to find someone in Lowell close to the dealer. Based off a suggestion and the good reviews I called here. The person I spoke with on the phone was super friendly and we scheduled an appointment for the following day no problem. The price was good and they were kind and helpful!

While I didnt like the news, they were honest and respectful and gave it to me straight. The things that could be fixed were done quickly and correctly. When I did need to junk my car, not only did they offer to do it, but when I explained the money was going to a new car, they told me where to go so I could make that happen. So far so good.

Great service from Two Guys Garage. Even though I only brought my civic in for a State Inspection I will definitely be back if anything breaks. They do everything, oil changes, brakes, shocks and struts, maintenance, they were even replacing a transmission. Ive only been here once but you could tell by the way Doug talked that he knew his stuff. Best part is it is they are actually Family operated. I did have to wait 30 min to get my sticker but that was only because there was 3 people in front of me when I got there. Keep up the good work!!

I had an unexpected problem when my check engine light came on. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it within a few hours on the same day even though they were extremely busy! Ive been going to 2 Guys since they began business. They are fair, efficient and courteous! THEIR MY NUMBER ONE!

Excellent shop! I go there for all my car needs I trust Bob and his brother when he was there as Im sure the other mechanics are also trustworthy. They were honest with me (especially that Im a woman) from day one when I started bringing both my cars there. If I need my tire pressure checked Bob always checks it for no charge at any time the warning comes on. I have also brought my car in for minor needs and they didnt charge me. I definitely recommend this shop!

I know my way around an engine but came here for an MA inspection and was very impressed with the counter guys diagnostic abilities, listening to the phone calls and other customer interactions. Hes clearly been around them for a long time. Been to a few garages in the area and if I couldnt do the work myself I would trust these guys to get it right.

So far Ive brought all my cars and truck here for repair and service. Im very busy with work and they manage to make everything fit together with my schedule. I moved to Burlington last year and have 3 reputable shops near my home but I still make the drive to Lowell just for these guys to give them my business. Ive referred family and friends here as well due to the level of service i receive and most importantly, the strong feeling of not being taken advantaged of. I needed a new mechanic in the area, and the people at Two Guys are a perfect fit. I had a shock mount break on my car, and I took it in the morning to the shop. Tyler greeted me warmly and recognized that I knew what was wrong when I explained the problem and wrote up the car right away. An hour later he called me back and laid out my options clearly and concisely. He presented changing out the mounts as option 1, but that replacing the shocks would also be a good idea since while not failed, they were old and would likely need to be replaced in a year or two anyway. I know my car pretty well (Ive done my fair share of wrenching) and I knew that the shocks were old and had a year, maybe two left, so it makes sense to replace them while youve got the rear end taken apart and save money in the long run from labor cost. There was no judgment or hard sell on either option, just clear explanations. I got a call back around 1 PM that things were all done and the price was very fair. I know the going rate for parts and labor and I have no quibbles with the bill.Ill be bringing my car back to get regular maintenance done by the Two Guys crew. They treated a first time customer like someone whod been visiting them for years. I would have no hesitation recommending them to drivers of all enthusiasm levels.

I honestly wish that I could give this shop more than five stars. They were amazingly professional, honest, and provided great customer service. I have never felt comfortable with bringing my vehicles to shops because of bad experiences and the fact that most shops well take advantage of women thinking that they know nothing about vehicles. The shop owner or manager was very friendly and insured me that they have cameras on The Bays that ensure that they are doing quality work. He shared an unfortunate story about a customer whose vehicle happened to have engine problems after they did an extensive amount of work on it and how he went about handling the situation. They work really hard and go way out of their way in order to provide a great experience for customers along with putting customer satisfaction first. So happy to have found this shop and I recommend to everyone!

Headlight blew out after having constant issues with car in February. Blew out again before I could replace the electrical assembly and they replaced it free of charge.

I have been going to this garage for the past few years. They are friendly and have clear, upfront prices. They always take the time to explain what is going on (even for us non car experts). The place is nice and right off Chelmsford St which makes it convenient to find. I felt a bit guilty going because I already have another car garage I go to where they treat you like family and explain everything to you. But the service was fast and they gave the inspection sticker.

DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP, so I went to go get a sticker because I saw good reviews, they failed me on needing new ball joints and I got a RED R.My car has no signs of needing this at all,no noise no steering issues, nothing.They quoted me $600 to fix this, I went to two other shops for opinion, both I never went to before,one of them does mass inspection. I told them the issue and price I was quoted, both shops laughed said for one the most it would be is $350. After both looking at my car they found no safety reason of needing this,still plenty if life left in the ball joints. So I got a sticker no problem. Do not go waste $35 to get failed,and quoted $200 over actual price to fix.

Excellent service, honest and helpful. Went in for an inspection, they found a known issue (to me) with the vehicle and gave me a repair estimate for cost and time. Made an appointment a couple weeks later. During the repair they found a related issue. They called before doing the work to get confirmation. I approved and they completed the work in a very timely manner (done before my lunch break!). Total cost was just slightly more than initial estimate, though was not calculating the unknown issue at the time. Would have been much more in labor had I opted to get it repaired separately.

My family has been going to Bob Stevens for years now. We had a 2000 Buick LeSabre, a 2003 Infiniti, and a 2004 Cadillac that they have worked on for us through the years. They provide great service at a very fair price and will always recommend a great specialty shop if you have a problem they cant fix. They will never try and trick you into thinking you need a repair job that you dont actually need, they are very trustworthy. The more you go, the more youll like them and if you are a regular customer they will look over a used car that you are considering buying for no charge.

Just what I needed.. a new place to bring my jeep for state inspection ( I just purchased it) my old mechanic didnt want to do anything with it. After reading the reviews I decided to give a try and Im glad I did it . very friendly staff.no sugar coating around, my wipers had to be replaced, I loved to fact that Doug gave me the choice which one I want and not just put them on and here you go thats what you have to pay for. Ty for this good experience and Ill be back if something needs to be fixed.
