Ive been CP&T client for 15+ years. They are professional, courteous, and very friendly. Always explain in details what the problem is, discuss the options, and give reasonable quotes.

Employee from the office area is very unprofessional and rude. He has no manners whatsoever. If you want good service I suggest you choose a different mechanic shop to go. I will never return for any services.

Replaced the radiator on my 06 STi and let me know clutch was on its way out, made sure my tire psi were good, overall couldnt be happier, thanks to the technicians and chris for making sure my car was in tip top shape before it leaves and I meant to pump gas after repair but they even gave me half a tank!

Great shop. Very fair, they will tell you what you need... and what you should do... and what you CAN do. They dont rip you off.

They only know how to fix Hondas dont bring a BMW there my car sat in there lot for days didnt have a clue how to fix it i brought it somewhere else 2 hours it was done if u have a honda or Acura or a old car u should be good dont bring anything new

DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP!!! They only care about money not safety. When I pay $35.00 to have my vehicle inspected I expect to have it checked. This shop does not check anything. They took my Honda in and was surprised how quick it was. Went for oil service at another shop on the same day. The shop found that one of my wheels was ready to fall off, I had a brake light out, 2 license plate lights out, and needed 3 tires. When the shop doing the oil change first told me all these issues I did not believe them. They brought me into work area and showed me all issues and it was true..If you care about safety and really want your vehicle checked do not go here. If you want an inspection sticker where they do not check anything and will pass your vehicle even if your wheel is falling off than this should be your new shop.

I have been using CP&T for close to 30 years and always have had positive experiences. They are honest and fair.

Great place to get repairs with great people

Went in today for a oil change let them know I was going on a road trip and I felt my brakes maybe going and I was also concerned about the front tires John looked over my whole car even took the tires off to check my brakes pads for me . He easily could have scammed me because I was willing to install new ones instead let me know everything looked great which was a big relief since it would have cut into our budget drastically. My front tires did need to be replaced but he got me such a great deal and my car was in and out quickly. I left feeling relieved and assured my car would be reliable for my road trip and best of all my budget was still intact. I definitely will be going back and recommend them to all my family and friends its a honest and trustworthy place. -

Came in for an inspection and oil change.they got me right in which was nice but while in the waiting room there was no heat so i was freezing, even the people behind the counter working had hats and jackets on...i had to use the restroom and it had to have been the most disgusting, nasty bathroom i have ever seen!!it was visually just dirty everywhere like it had never been cleaned and the worst part was there was no soap for me to even wash my hands.The guys doing the work and pulling the cars into the bays were very aggressive while driving other people cars... one of them even squealed the tires of a customers car to back it up and bring it in a bay! if it had been my car i would have complained!their lot is very small so there really isn’t a need to be slamming on the gas while driving them.It took them less than a half hour to do both services so i’m just hoping everything was done correctly.They are also just not friendly or caring they just want you in and out and don’t explain/tell you anything except how much your bill is.Usually at other places they show me my air filter to make sure it’s clean and assure me they changed my filter but i got none of this here.Definitely going elsewhere next time.

Finding a right place to fix your car is hard. But CP & T Auto definitely is the right place for me and anyone else. This place you dont have to think twice about leaving your car. Ive been going here for a couple years now, and I am satisfied with everything. They are incredibly honest and hard working. They are friendly and courteous especially Joe. I highly recommend this place to anybody for anything they need. Great service department.

Fast, honest service. Scheduled an appointment by phone, 45 minutes later the car was being inspected. Waiting time was maybe 15 minutes, no hassles, no surprises. Just good, hard working guys that get the job done! Definitely will be my go to mechanic in the future. Highly recommend!

I always bring my car here for everything. Honest, Fast, Good. Price fair, Not cheap. But if they were cheap you they wouldn’t be fast or good. Plus if am carrying my family in my car i want to be sure repairs are done and my car is safe.

This is the best mechanic I have ever worked with. They are incredibly honest and hard working. They have made special arrangements to work around my schedule on multiple occasions.They have worked on 3 of my cars, I sold them my last vehicle when I upgraded to a new car.I cannot more highly recommend their business.

Went today to check my brakes, do an oil change and my inspection and John definitely did great explaining everything and didn’t try to sell me on anything extra without knowing all details which was great! Great customer service definitely would recommend this place and John of course!

I went there for MA state inspection and was in and out in about 20 minutes. No hassle, No BS. Got my sticker and left. Ive been to other places to get state stickers in the past and they hassle ya and tell ya your lights arent quite bright enough or your windshield wipers make noise and then they fail ya for inspection just to drum up business. This place was straightforward and honest and I appreciate that.

I have been to this Auto shop earlier for oil changes and inspections etc. Stop-by last month with a friend who was trying to get an estimate for an exhaust line leak. CP&T quoted us an extremely reasonable and realistic price that beat the current Auto shop that I have been going for almost 6 years. Second occasion it was my car last week for starter & AC issue plus an oil change and yet again their pricing was reasonable. They were short staffed the afternoon I dropper my car off and were able to finish the job as promised. Infact they reduced (by $80) to the earlier quoted price for the job ...saying “we dint have to refill your AC refrigerant so we didn’t charge you for it”. Who does that these days ! Their service is great around the area and staff consist of all family members. Can improve a little bit on customer service but, considering them being a small shop CP&T and their staff does great job overall.

Bought a car from them in late August and was given a very fair price the day of. I had it looked at and it needed a wheel alignment and the sway bar fixed so they fixed all of it for just the price of the parts. Would recommend going back again

We’ve owned some pretty rough cars over the years, but the staff at CPT always takes the time to show you what repairs need to be done, explain why, explain the process, and present options that make sense both for the safety of the vehicle and your budget.We don’t take our cars anywhere else.

Went to get oil Change today on May 4th and service was bad. Employee had a attitude wasnt happy and took it on me. When Joe was there it was better service .I asked The staff one question and yelled and told me to ask the owner . BAD Staff SERVICE .. I recommend to go to the owner son Joe new location Doctor Auto in Lowell.

Terrible customer service rude asian lady always trying to upsell. The shops Own mechanics tell me to be careful. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE. Damaged car and malicious behavior on my vehicle. I am not the only one. I have a friend as well with an awful experience with his sports car.

My first time coming into the auto body . Came in for a brake fluid leakage and John gave me a clear diagnosis of what was wrong with my vehicle and got to work immediately! Fully recommend coming here . Great service hospitality!

Horrible place. Came for an inspection. Due to my health condition I have darker tints on my car with a legal notice from MassDOT and was accused of it being fake. On top of it, he was pointing out unnecessary things unrelated to a car inspection. Furthermore he specifically had the audacity to say, “if you feed my wife and kids, I’ll pass you”. Absolutely an unprofessional place with horrible staff.

In and out today on a state inspection. Friendly, fast, didnt pull any strings. Be back for anything else I get!
