Great location; been going there for years. The one star is for the treatment I received on my last visit, yesterday, by a guy I’ve never seen before. I get the parts I needed and proceed to pay. I politely approach the guy with the elongated earlobes and indicate that I was ready to pay. It is no exaggeration when I say that the guy acted extremely annoyed and talked to me in a way that belongs in no American business. Worst part, the manager was standing there and did not do anything about the matter. I had to go back for a tool I forgot, and patiently waited in front of the cashier just to be ignored as other were seen. I acted as a civilized person and wished them a good weekend as I left the store. However, I will address the mistreatment on the spot next time it happens.

I definitely recommend this autozone. Everyone here is so friendly and helpful. Also The supervisor Will is awesome. I always get the help I need busy or not. Thank you all. 😊

Came here for starter, they gave me a alternator, came back to tell them their mistake, asked for a starter for a 4 cylinder model, gave me a v6 model. I shouldve check instead of trusting them. My trip here was 4 time.

Went to check my battery, the gentleman who helped me test and change my battery was extremely helpful and patient. I will definitely be going back for any other autoparts needed

I bought a duralast gold battery for my honda fit 2/12/21 at 11:14 and the salesman went above and beyond his job when he delivered me to a honda dealership to get a pin number do i could use my navigational system so i could find my way home. My system had died when the new battery was installed. He had me follow his car to the dealership. he would not take my $20 tip in recognition of his very helpfulness. I did not ask his name. I would like his efforts to be recognized. he was truly a lifesaver for me because i cannot get around without my navigational guidance system.

Its an autozone. Nothing crazy here. Their selection of hardware/tools/cleaning supplies is average. Nice people work here and they have always been helpful. Exactly what you expect. Autozone in Chelmsford has a slightly better selection of hardware and tools they seem to keep better stocked.

Jakob is such an amazing worker. Spoke to him on the phone & he made me feel so welcomed. After meeting him in person hes what I expected. Such a great helper & loves to keep his customers happy. That man needs a raise or he needs to own his own store! Id follow him wherever he goes. Thats how great he is at his job. Always getting out there getting dirty. He also knows his products which hello, its a plus! Caleb is right there with him! Always making sure the customers are happy and satisfied. Always going out of his way to do so. Its no wonder this location is busier than the other one on bridge st. They have amazing workers! Keep it up guys!!!

Worst customer service, manager simply walked away into the store leaving me speaking to the air. Went to O’Reilly right after and got more than 200$ in parts. If you want good customer service and some actual help, don’t go to autozone.

THE BEST SERVICE WE HAVE EVER RECEIVED!!!We had a little bit of an emergency with our trailer carrying our boat where the wheel bearing broke. The associates at this AutoZone were friendly, knowledgeable and physically helped us fix the problem for 3 hours until we were ready to get on the road again. We cannot thank them enough for how quick they were to help us and their professionalism while we were in crisis mode.

Part stores arent what they used to be, need something as simple as getting an oil filter and you have to go to the front counter its kind of ridiculous its just my opinion

The staff here were INCREDIBLE! I came in for windshield wipers and I was shown variety of brands and the associate helped with all of my questions! She also came out to install them for me! Will definitely be coming back =)

I stopped in to just find some screws for license plates. I also needed a tool to remove the screws as well as put the screws in.The man who helped me went out of his way to find the right screws and showed me a tool kit that was on sale for under $10 make sure that everything fit. The service he gave was fantastic I would go there again

Store Manger from this location has amazing customer service, He truly cares about his customers questions and answers them to the best of his knowledge. He helped me switch out my side mirror with in seconds when he didn’t even have to. On my next visit he remembered my other car troubles & was curious to see if I was about to get it fixed... this man truly cares about his job, employees & customers (I’m a store manager)

Security guard running the parking lot is a sociopath. Basically if hes bored or feels like he has a tiny pee pee he will pick fights with you, even if you are legitimately parking there to purchase good and or services. How he manages to have a job is genuinely astounding. Oh and if his pee pee feels extra small, hell try and gang up on you with employees from AutoZone which explains the garbage and apathetic service you receive there as well. Basically if you see a black pick up truck with a guy in it that kinda looks like he failed the psychological test to be a cop, dont bother trying to get out of your car because hell just harass you until you leave.

They are very good at what they do 24 7 and i give them 10+ well done number 1 in my book

I can say having had to venture to this location a few times. I will say that it is run like a Doctors office. The employees are professional, patient, and polite. A simple characteristic not often displayed. That is the type of environment I can spend my money in. #2thumbsup

Great service. Helped me figure out a battery issue. Repair shop wanted to replace the alternator, and battery. Autozone tested it and said I only needed a battery, saved $400.

Dont believe them when they say theyll install your battery.Learned that the hard way.

Not that good the gas cap for a wrangler trial you guys dont have it. Have to go to CAP auto parts and they have the rigth gas cap with key. With you I have to buy 2 different gas 3and neither work. That is a shame for a big auto parts like you.

Useless and apathetic customer service. I stood in line for 20 mins trying to pay for a light bulb while the staff wandered around and didn’t seem to be interesting in helping anyone. They also seemed to think the place was a club, they had a radio playing so loud, customers were complaining and you had to yell over it to talk to the employees.

I am a regular customer here. I always buy car’s part from here. They gave me wrong part two times. The latest ones is about struats. My car is of 2007 and they gave me 2004. Where I had to pay a double price for labor charge to machanic. I got no consideration on prices.
