Found Underground is one of my FAVORITE places to shop in Louisville- in person and online! It offers beautiful, fashionable, and clean clothing at super reasonable prices. The best part about this resale store is the respectful and caring way Nancy treats her customers. She delights in her customers stories, their pets, their children, and our community- and this personalized and loving care makes customers feel like family! Numerous times, Nancy has organized generous fundraisers for patrons with cancer, for our local teachers, and for organizations in need. I truly appreciate and value this store, and think Found Underground to be one of our special treasures of Louisville, CO!!!P.S. Check out these AWESOME boots I found there! Cool, right?!!

This place is one of my favorites for clothing! Found Underground is run by some wonderful, friendly people (Nancy is awesome!) and it has stylish clothing selections for a variety of styles. Both my mom and myself (Im 22) shop here frequently. My favorite dresses and pair of jeans I bought at Found Underground and last year I found everything I needed for my college graduation weekend attire here! Im always impressed with the selection and store atmosphere. Ive also been impressed with how Found Underground has conducted business since the COVID19 pandemic--online shopping options and requiring masks and social distancing in-store. Im glad that Found Underground has been able to continue to provide accessible shopping experiences while also keeping customers safe. Found Underground is awesome!

This is by far my favorite womens consignment/thrift store. The clothing is always in first rate condition, well curated, and priced fairly. And the folks that run it are wonderful human beings. They deserve your business. And youll get to look fabulous. Its win-win! Also, they are completely non-judgemental in gender/fashion choices, and will give good advice on how things look.

This is truly the best store in 100 miles(or more, but I have not visited the stores a hundred miles away so to be fair, I will only say 100 miles). If you dont find something, come back in a couple of days because they always are getting new looks. Great for work, casual, and gifts. Great jewelry, purses... really- check it out. Consignment is green, benefits local women, and saves you money- talk about a win win win.

Several weeks ago I threw out my entire spring, summer and fall wardrobe, and hit up arc, birds of prey, found underground, macys, nordstroms rack (and zappos.com), and was able to get a full brand new spring, summer and fall wardrobe for $700. This includes 3 brand new pairs of shoes (one good for fall, the other two good for spring and summer), three new summer hats, one handmade belt, a leather fanny pack (to go with the handmade belt); and lots of skirts, Jeans, dresses and tops. Found underground was so helpful for me, in my quest to become a brand new person. I brought in the skirts and tops I had found (for really cheap) at arc and birds of prey, to find tops at found underground that matches with them. Nancy and her friend were super helpful, in helping me combine outfits, and now I have a bunch of brand new outfits. I feel like a brand new woman (in the best way), and I have Nancy and her friend to thank for that. Thank you Nancy!

Fabulous and charming consignment store with a full range of on trend womens clothing, shoes, and accessories. Love it! I have had the pleasure to go to Found Underground multiple times, sometimes with the intention of only dropping items off -- and going so far as to leave my keys in the car -- and frequently dont even make it in the door before I have a few items displayed outside or in the shops lower level entryway. The owner Nancy is a lovely, delightful, humorous, and kind hearted individual. I could tell by the frequency with which she greeted customers by first name and asked about events in their lives, and her reaction to and actions after finding crusted lint inside a purse I was buying, that she is truly customer focused in her bones. Ample off street parking is available immediately across from the shop. I cannot say enough good things about Nancy and her gem of a shop!

The clothes at this place are always up to date, good quality, and Nancy is the kindest, most helpful owner EVAH. And I love the $5 room.

Discouraging and not fun at all! I have been consigning in the Boulder area for more than 20 years. I also own a wardrobe consulting business. Switch in Louisville went out of business so thought I would give Found Underground a chance. What a disappointment! Not friendly, lie about their policies and Nancy, Owner, extremely arrogant and confrontational. NEVER going back!!

I had the same awful experience as Liz. The owner lied about losing (or keeping) one of our high-end pieces and was arrogant and defensive about it, pushing the blame on us. I will never shop or consign there again, and will recommend to my friends that they dont either.
