Staff was friendly and store was well stocked and cleaned. Was looking for a crib which they didnt have but ended up leaving with a super cute stroller. Lol. Always a great deal there.

Color coordinated used clothes! Lots of strollers. When I went they had 1 crib and 1 changing table. No car seats, they do not sell them or buy them because there is no way to tell if it has been in a wreck. I bought some jeans for my son! 24 month boy jeans did not have hardly any he is not quite 24 months so bought the 18 month size he at least wear the a couple times!

Very friendly and clean place to shop and sell your kids things when they out grow them like toys - beds - bikes - shoes - clothes etc. Only reason why I did not 5 star is some the clothes I have taken there was new never worn and they rejected them and also some racks are so full you cant really see whats hanging there . I love the staff 100% .

Very polite, but I was at door when they opened at 10am and 90 min later still had not got to my small tote of clothes to sell. Apparently they were having a sale and it was obvious that they did not plan accordingly and were woefully understaffed. If you value your time I would recommend you skip this place and I am guessing you definitely would get more value selling at one of the kid sales such as Little Treasures or Kid Stuff. For me next time I will just drop my box off at the donation center no waiting required.

Nice, clean and very organized. I had a bad opinion of once apon a child and had not been back in years finally a friend talked me into going with her and it was 100 times better then years ago. I will be back

Rude no help poor customer service ....they dont want to help. Tried to find a stroller they said they didnt have any and I found 3 myself while browsing through. But they over price over used items.

Love this store. I dont have kids at home anymore but I wear a 4.5 in shoes, so I shop here for my shoes. Especially my jordans

Super nice staff and good selection

My visit to this store was to sell clothing that my daughters had outgrown. The staff member I dealt with was super friendly, professional, and accommodating. When I mentioned that I would be taking the leftover items to a donation center, she told me that they are a collection site for a disadvantaged womens organization. I was very happy to take advantage of this option. In summary, I received excellent customer service and recommend this store.

They require you to wear a mask despite having no signs on the door or in the store stating so, yet they allow the employees to wear their masks below the nose rendering them useless. They require you to purchase a disposable or reusable mask, the disposable ones are $2.11 each even though they are nowhere near that expensive when buying a box. So they are literally profiting off a pandemic. Nice. Wont be shopping at this location anymore.

Great place to shop for kids stuff.... good prices and a huge selection. Also their rewards program is great and you earn by buying and selling. I love trading in my kids clothes and being able to get more nice stuff without breaking the bank. Great deals on school uniforms Moms and Dads!

I didnt have a good first visit. Not greeted or helped. But they do have a large amount of childrens clothes, toys and baby needs. I did find several great outfits for a 9 month old boy. Some things were overpriced you can find on sale at dept. stores.

The staff is so much friendlier than the Taylorsville Rd location & the clothes are better quality!

Unorganized, messy

I was an employee under the previous owner and I have to say the store is so much better now!! Its totally worth your time to go find great clothes, toys, and any baby equipment you may need.

Im usually a regular customer. Always enjoyed buying and selling items. Until last Thursday I went in to sell 2 bags of clothes and shoes and was told I would get a call when my items were ready....well no call and when I call and ask about it they said theyve already donated it!!!! WHY DIDNT I GET A PHONE CALL???!!!!

The store has a real claustrophobic feel to it, having lots of space length wise but very little width wise. It also feels like theyre trying to cram as much in as possible, making it even more suffocating.The staff was nice but it took three hours for them to review my trade-in, and we barely got out before the store closed. They also claimed that most of the things were too worn down or stained, when most of them had only been worn a couple of times before being put it. It was a very disheartening experience.I would also suggest not going for PJs, outerwear, or swimsuits for toddlers. The selection was awful, the quality was awful and the prices for said quality was awful. Ive been going to various Once Upon a Childs for a long time, this was by far my worst experience, the staff and mix matched selections the only saving grace I can give.

Associates are super nice, not a lot of baby sleepers but thats not the stores fault. One of the better ones Ive been in.

I have been to at least 3 of the locations in Louisville. This one on Outer Loop has made a lot of changes for the better. I dont sell my childrens clothes there, so I cant say how that process goes, but I do shop there a lot for my children. Prices have gotten better, you used to see items for just a few dollars less than buying it brand new at the store. Some times it is a little crowded with items but this is usually at the end of the day or during a big clearance sale. Love to shop here.

Extremely helpful employees at both locations! Love their deals and selection at both stores as well! We do majority of our shopping for our son here.

Far too expensive for used clothing.I just went into the store yesterday and they wanted $7.50 for a used pair of pants.I can catch Dillards, Pennys or Macys in the off season and get brand new pants for an infant for cheaper.Youd be better off purchasing your baby new clothing.They really need to drop their prices

HORRIBLE!!! went in to sell things on Friday was told by the owner they would be ready around 330 pm to give me a offer on my items. they didnt call me I called them back later that day the owner said i have not gone through the items yet I will CALL you when Im ready. i waited all day no call waited all day Saturday no call i go in Sunday morning to see whats going on. they said here is the items we would like to purchase from you. I said okay where should I pick up the rest of my things. they said oh no we donated it. WHAT!!!!! Yes we donate it if the items arent picked up that day. no one told me that. well we donated it and the items are already out of the store! this place is a joke. do t ever do business with them!

Lots of stuff to choose from. Many articles of clothing with original tags on them for great prices. The staff was very accommodating and very nice.

The price range, quality and variety varies often but it seems to be getting more organized and the last couple of times I was there I didnt hear inappropriate music playing. It felt welcoming.

Came here while on vacation from Colorado bought a wonderful pair of shoes took them home and realize they forgot to take off the security tag came back 3 Days Later had staff treat me like I was a thief take my shoes back wouldnt return them to me wouldnt search the cameras to show when I showed them or told them the day that I was there after I called the police they still wouldnt do anything about it do not go to this store at the staff here and the owner and the manager are incredibly incredibly rude this store needs shut down also my clothes that I bought or torn

I tried to sell to this store twice and drove 20 miles for them to tell me they weren’t accepting any items for that day. The next time, I called to make sure they were still accepting items, they told me as long as we get them there before 6:00 because they close at 8:00. I sent my husband up there and he arrived at 5:30. They told him they weren’t accepting any clothes today because they were closing early for the holiday! Strange since they didn’t say anything about closing early to me on the phone.

Nice staff, they always have good deals on kids clothes. Very picky about what they will accept for resale. Found a great deal on a jogging stroller here!

I wouldnt recommend anyone that has valuable items to sell here.I had a brand new jacket that was worth 18.00 in they offered me $2.32 and they was gonna re sale at $11.58 so please beaware when you bring in items to sell they are gonna give you low,low prices for your items and then resale double or maybe triple the price.Also the lady at the checkout was very rude,some of they workers are not friendly but other than that they got nice clothes.I will not be returning I had a bad experience smh

I have been in this location a few times 2 week ago to sell but was treated very unprofessionally by staff! When being checked in I was asked what I was there for and got eyes rolled at me, tried to ask a question but was ignored, said would get my items done in 30 min but took over an hour because she wuz runin her mouth a gofin around.Then told me she would only be giving me $6! When I asked why she rolled her eyes! Then said my stuff was not good enough for the storeThe second time I came in same girl as before said they were not buying anymore for the day but when i called no one told me that I asked to talk to manager she said she was manager i asked to talk to one higher she said won’t one so I left I said I’d never come back!!But me and my husband decided to give it another try today walked in staff was very friendly I was happy to see but store is very hard to look through tried to find sleep outfit for my daughter but gave up. Went up front to ask if they won’t buy tomorrow and was told to hurry up or they wouldn’t be able to do it!Seems like onlyntime staff is nice is when ur not trying to byeWon’t be giving it any more tries!!!

I drove over 20 miles twice to try to sell at this store. The first time they had a sign on the door they were not buying that day. The second time I called before I went. They were buying so I drove there once again. When I got there she told me it would be over a 2 hour wait. I left and will not go back again.The store was very cluttered and the toys looked dirty.

The owner of the store on Taylorsville road is a complete condescending son of a dog! I called the store looking for a certain minnie mouse walker and she said they had it and it was quote on quote brand new with tags on it and never used when I drove all the way over, it had food and dirt all over it and the wheels were dirty, it was plain filthy, I was livid!... dont lie and tell me something is brand new when its not and then not to mention her idc attitude. I literally wasted gas for no reason that store was no where near my home and traffic was horrible and she didnt give a care in the world for lying to me over the phone. Stay away from that place they dont cater to my kind.

This staff member should be fired! I went to Platos closet next door to this location first and had a great experience selling clothing . It was quick and painless and even though I did not sell as much as Id have liked they were very professional and polite. But ONCE UPON A CHILD WAS A NIGHTMARE. The woman did not speak to me at all when I walked in never smiled even though I stood right in front of her for a minute with bags in hand. Luckily another woman came over and gave me a form to fill out . She asked the rude woman where I should put my bags and she said she should put them here without looking up as if I was not right in front of her and she couldnt have told me. I then took this time to browse the store with my child. I was second in line when I arrived to have my clothes looked over. Fast forward an HOUR later and I find her sitting around not even looking at my bag as I stand at the register obviously wondering what is taking so long . We are still waiting with no real reason why Im still waiting . The cashier was nice but this other woman has not smiled not once not acknowledges anyone other then her fellow employee. I am the ONLY person now left in the store . While one checks clothing in and hangs and the other prints out forms on her computer. I have NEVER seen such horrible work ethic from an employee. Especially when working in a kids store. If you want to sell your childrens clothes I would say DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT go to the store off outer loop. You will wait while they talk about getting paid and filling out paperwork . It is now an hour and a half later and she is JUST NOW looking a out items. Had there been a long line this would be understandable but to be second in line and still waiting is crazy. I think I will go ahead and get my money and go instead of buying the things I have in hand .Update: still waiting. My child needs a diaper change at this point but I cannot leave store and there is no bathroom .Update: now they are gossiping about some employee named April and Anika (or something like that)Update: now the girl has checked my clothes but not called me over and is now going on break and says to me in passing she is going to pay you out and walks to the back!!!IS THIS SERIOUSLY HOW THIS STORE COBDUCTS ITSELF. Im embarrassed for the owner that they would even tolerate this type of bare minimum customer serviceUpdate: they are checking other peoples clothing now!!!Update again: the girl who checked my clothes has come back from the back and is grabbing her coat to go take her break. Terrible costumer service ever! I returned a couple things, they told me I have store credit and I need just to bring receipt and ID to get it. I tried to use store credit today and they told me they gave me a wrong receipt, there are supposed to be two of them. So I lost my money. it is a scam.
