This place is truly a hidden gem! If you are a true shopper this is the place to go. The items that caught my eye the most were the amount of wedding and formal dresses shes managed to fit in there, but mainly the HEELS, HEELS, HEELS!! This is not an in and out store. This is a shoppers paradise in the South End!! In other words, bring your friends, pack a lunch, and be prepared to fill your closet and get your moneys worth because I didnt see any junk. Not one item! The pics i took are only one section of the shoes i was only taking for a friend.

Ill tell you Ive met the store owner 3 times Im not family, a friend, neighbor, or paid for this review in any way shape or form i just wanted to address the few comments about being followed in the store like a shoplifter comments . First yall do realize that its not the goodwill its a consignment shop right?? So when she sells something its essentially like shes taking care of 2 customers at once the person shes selling to and the person shes selling for and if it were my things you were selling I would hope she would make sure that they were shoplifted just saying furthermore its not like youre going to the mall its not a Tini store but its not a big one and it is full so at any given time its not like you can really get that far from someone else if theyre in the store with you I say if you think youre being followed or watched as a shoplifter what are you doing to make yourself paranoid that thats whats going on look within instead of at the external to find out what the problem is just my opinion and if after that you still feel like thats whats going on and youre not really shoplifting then leave your purse at the front or in your car and then it will solve that problem but to vilify a store owner thats been tasked with doing 2 jobs at once is unfair

I really enjoyed myself today shopping at twice as nice consignment I also purchased so many wonderful namebrand items and look forward and returning and shop again The lady named Tracy she was absolutely helpful and adorable I had a wonderful time talking and shopping with her she was more than happy to take her time with me and I had an awesome day will be returning again can’t wait also I purchased my precious new couch black bag just beautiful my new baby lolThanks again twice as nice for a great shopping experience

Store has some great finds. But its very crowded really needs a bigger location. Store owner was nice

She followed my daughter & I around the whole entire store.. & prices are way to high. All she kept talking about was name brand stuff & had apple bottoms priced way to high. Who wears apple bottoms any more. Geesh lady

I needed an outfit for a job interview and both women working were SO incredibly helpful and led me in the right direction for my style and what fit best. I would recommend this store to anyone!

The prom dress selection seemed about a decade old and not really anything anyone would wear nowadays. Also the dresses are used and cost hundreds of dollars. Was disappointed when everything even outdated clothes were more than they cost new ten years ago. It was annoying how women were following me around as I looked at anything asking if I wanted it..

It has been a year since i have shopped at twice as nice. I used to be a regular customer despite the pushy overbearing owner, Its only possible to find a good bargain when the clothing is out of season and goes on sale. I would usually spend $50 to $100 each visit. After ringing up my purchases i was told by the owner that she had a new policy of searching purses, I was extremely appalled and embarrassed. I resisted at first but refused to let her think i had actually stolen something so i consented, I later found out this is totally illegal and she had no right to search my purse without calling the police first. I was shopping at another consignment store shortly after that and relayed the story to the owner there. She said Dont tell me you are the one that got your purse searched. This definately added insult to injury. I work two jobs and certainly dont have to shop at second hand stores and if i was going to steal something it would not be something from a consignment store, I would never set foot in twice as nice again. I think she should change the name to twice as greedy or better yet give up the retail business and go to work for the F.B.I. that way she could legally shake people down. I regret that i didnt pursue it and sue

Too expensive. Tried to buy some shoes and it was crazy.

Tried for dress shopping last year just looking . Owner was extremely pushy and have tried to work with her about purchasing prom dresses for her store . She wants to low ball and sell for retail value . Will not EVER go back here and definitely would not send anyone here .
