The staff at Von Maur treated my lady with courtesy and respect. They were helpful in finding things for her to wear to a day at the races. I was impressed.

Great selection of men’s clothing. Southern Tide is really hard to find in Louisville — Von Maur carries their product! The gift wrapping is also great and prompt! Employees are also very friendly!

Von Maur maybe a great place to shop, but I love the live piano music. I often go just to listen to the lovely Music. Keep it up Von Maur I love youfor that.

First time shopping here. Brought daughter in to look at 1st Communion dresses as several others had recommended this as a place to look because they had a large in- stock selection. I will say they did have a nice size selection and some nice choices. The only reason cant go with 5 stars is the pricing. I have to say the prices for many of these dresses were well above $100 and varied up to $300 which is extraordinarily high compared to other retailers. Walked around and checked some of the pricing of other girls clothing and found those prices to just be really, really high as well. Sixty plus dollars for just shirts and tee-shirt type clothing for kids. I will say they had some nice selection, but theres just no way that Im can see pay the kind of prices they have for young children clothing. Other than that they were very well-stocked and clean and appeared to be a nice place.

I dont visit Von Maur very often but their shoe department often has brands/style I cannot find elsewhere, locally. Their prices are a bit high though.

On someones advice, we went to Von Maur in search of a bra that could be worn under a dress where the typical strap or even a racer back would show. The sales woman in lingerie was extremely helpful and offered such professionalism when fitting my daughter in an unusual size and a very versetile undergarment.I would definitely recommend Von Maur for hard-to-find delicates!

I have ordered multiple items online for in store pick up, only to receive emails the next day stating that my order has been CANCELLED. This has happened to me, twice in a row, and I’ve tried calling the store in regards to this but no one answers. Those were holiday gifts, and now I’m having to resort to other things because of their poor customer service. Not to mention it will take days for my money to be refunded.

My favorite store ever! During normal times (Im writing this during the CoronaVirus pandemic of 2020), Von Maurs customer service cant be beat! I love their selection of brands, the esthetic beauty of the store, displays, attention to details, organization of departments, etc. The piano music adds so much to a relaxing shopping experience and the ambiance. Once Im there, I could stay and look around for hours!

Can be overly priced compared to other stores selling the same items.

It was very pretty, but the Macys was selling the same stuff for 1/5 of the price.

Ive been shopping here periodically since they opened. The top 8 reasons I keep going back: 1. They can be a little pricey, but the merchandise is top quality & worth the extra Ive paid. If your $200 dress still looks good in 5 years youve definitely gotten your monies worth. I have one older than that & it still looks fabulous. 2. While they dont have sales as such, they do have racks of marked down merchandise. Ive gotten quite a few bargains on these racks, some items over half off. 3. The mark down shoe room alone is worth the stop. You may not find those $200 shoes youve been watching, but they have loads of quality shoes marked down to relatively cheap prices. 4. Depending on when you go, you can rest in a chair on the first floor & listen to live piano music. 5. Their employees are unfailingly polite, helpful & friendly. 6. Free gift wrap. 7. If your purchase is a gift, get a get receipt & the recipient will have a no hassle exchange. 8. No interest store charge card. Yes, you read that right. As long as you abide by the terms of the card there is no interest. Whats not to love about this place?

We love to shop at Von Maur. The store is gorgeous. Selections and service is top notch.

My husband and I arrived around 5:30 on Sunday (closing on Sunday is 6:00), but we were not rushed. We actually went to Ladies coats, where I purchased a raincoat and then to the Mens coat department to get one for him. Again, we were not rushed. We didnt find a raincoat for him but well be returning because this is one of my favorite stores!

If you don’t dress like you have money they’ll treat you that way. My advice is to use this store as a fitting room and purchase what you want online much cheaper. You’d think such a store wouldn’t exist in today’s society/economy but it does. I found the same pair of Allen Edmonds I wanted online for $109 less.

Its always nice to visit this store. Its immaculate, the staff is friendly and helpful and if youre lucky, youll even get to hear someone playing the grand piano.

Super friendly staff and large selection of clothes. They also provide complementary gift wrapping for any purchase, which we take advantage of at Christmas. They have a good selection of wrapping paper and even provide tags.

This visit was my first time at this store. It is unfortunate that we do not have this store in Central Florida as we need stores like this on the East Coast of Florida. This store carries high end products at a fraction of the retail cost. I have to report that Every and I mean EVERY employee that I encountered was pleasant, helpful and down right NICE! This work enviroment is hard to come by. The store was clean and the clothing was hung or nicely folded which was a surprise to me because of the busy Christmas season.I did go online and found I could order products from the site and have them shipped for free once I open a credit card with them. I am very happy my BFF introduced me to my new favorite store even though I have to shop it online.Next time, I will pack light and fly back home heavy filled with my favorite things from Von Maur.

When I feel like shopping or actually need something I shop at Von Maur. All staff is extremely helpful and cheerful. When my severely disabled husband needed an outfit for our 50th high school reunion I took him there. They were so patient and understanding. Measuring and holding him up, talking directly to him about his choices. They modified and made alterations for free. He looked great. Its my go to place.
