Just to add to my earlier review. I contacted customer support this morning about a dispute with my dress. They refused to allow me to talk with corporate so unfortunately I had to hunt down the contact information for myself. This is the conversation I was able to have with the chief executive of the company. I have still yet to see a copy of the contract I signed. My service was awful from the time I walked in the door. Absolutely would recommend finding your dress anywhere but here.

I have a missing shipment and haven’t got a replacement just yet. The sales rep though is absolutely amazing and has communicated with me around the clock on resolving the issue. She has went above and beyond and out of her way to keep me calm and positive. Once I get the actual dress I’ll review the dress but I’ve never seen a company so on point with communication and quick and personal responses, to fully investigate and help and research solutions that would make me just as happy . Future reviews yet to come

It was my first time there and I had a wonderful experience. I went to USA Bridal to find a dress for a wedding. Hannah and Sarah took me in without an appointment, moments before closing. They were both super helpful and Sarah is a hoot! Sarah can be my becky with the good hair any day. Lol!😆 I would definitely go there for any bridal needs whether getting married or if your part of a wedding party because they have a broad selection. Thank you Hannah and Sarah you really made my day a Happy one.🙂

It was appointment only, the only reason im giving a 3 is because i wish they would cater to plus size like myself as they do for smaller people, the plus size was very very limited and living in a small town you have very few stores to choose from. thats the only thing i have to complain about other then that it was great

I made an appointment for prom dresses for my daughter . The lady helping us was very nice and good at finding lots of pretty dresses for her to try. The store is beautiful and clean. Our whole experience was great and they had a lot of gorgeous styles. I would absolutely recommend for prom and bridal needs!

I’m a very indecisive bride, but Molly was super patient and even gave me extra time to make a decision! She helped me find the dress that I could see myself walking down the aisle in! Had so much fun while doing it too!

The lady that fitted my son and myself was extremely professional. All my measurements were spot on. My sons measurements were a little more tricky but she was able to get him a different shirt within minutes of trying them on only a few hours after we were fitted.There was another customer who I guess wasnt in a good mood and was snoody because he wasnt clear on which tux he wanted and the wrong one was pulled for him. The worker ( sorry I didnt get her name) took it better than most people I know would have. He said well you guys pulled the wrong one in a not so friendly manner. She mad sure to go over to the displays and specifically make sure she was getting the correct one this time. No attitude or anything back from her.

We have purchased a dress with this location before. The lady that helped us today was nice but not very personable. There was a very small selection of prom dresses and I just got the impression that they don’t want to serve us because we don’t look like we would make it financially worthwhile for them. Tough loss because we turned around and purchased a $500 dress at Geno’s.

They were so easy to work with they had had the dress that we wanted they are shipping it to us as quickly as possible they confirmed our online purchase for us by text which was very convenient the communication was awesome will definitely use them again!!!!

I love my dress, however there was a lot of confusion regarding pick up. On 2 different dates I was supposed to pick up my dress and it was not delivered to the right location. I was disappointed today when I picked up my dress in Elizabethtown and the dress was in a clear cheap plastic garment bag, and I had to pay an additional $15 for an opaque bag. When I paid over $900 for my wedding gown I expected it to come in an opaque garment bag to protect from light and to protect from it being visible to the groom.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Bobby who helped me find the sleeves for my dress. I couldnt find it anywhere near me here in Ontario and being in lockdown unable to leave the house, she was very helpful!I cant wait to recieve them.Wish everyone great healthThank you USABridal

Although I had so much fun shopping for my wedding dress and accessories at USA Bridal’s Elizabethtown location prior, I had a very negative experience when scheduling my appointment for suit rental.We went to USA Bridal to get my fiancé fitted for a suit for the wedding. When we got there they wouldn’t let me in because they have a COVID restriction that children under the age of 10 were not allowed and of course we had our child.I had called two weeks ago to make the appointment and confirmed that I was speaking with someone in store and not in their answering service. I was not told about any COVID “restrictions” and did not receive any texts to be told either. I also called before my appointment to confirm my appointment time and they did not mention it then either.If they are so concerned about COVID and maintaining restrictions I do not understand why they are only enforcing some of their previous restrictions but not all. It’s also important to note that employees and other customers were not wearing masks. My only assumption is that they do not like children and are excluding them from their store.We will now be getting fitted through Men’s Warehouse. If I could return my dress I would.

I made an appointment only to begin my search for my wedding dress. I had no idea what I was looking for but Molly was fantastic! She was so patient and offered suggestions when I just wasn’t sure. After tolerating me trying on about 20 dresses without finding one that really felt right, she convinced me to try on the one dress in the store that I had already deemed “the ugliest one in the store”. It wasn’t even white. Needless to say, if Molly tells you she thinks this will be the one, believe her! It was perfect and I never would have found it if it hadn’t been for Molly at the Elizabethtown store! Thanks again!

Do NOT recommend this place for your wedding gown OR bridesmaid dresses. They are so rude and had attitudes. Their staff was also not trained properly to be working with the public. The lady who was checking out the bridal party had no clue how to check everyone out. It took far to long!!!! They made us pay a rush fee for NO reason. I do however suggest Geno’s or David’s Bridal.

I don’t ever leave reviews, but I have been feeling uneasy since I left the store. I got engaged this past Saturday, and my mom and I went to go look at wedding dresses. I’m not 100% on what I would like, so I was wanting to try on a variety to get a feel of what I liked best.Ann was the assistant “helping” me. I’m Asian, so I’m a smaller build, I wear small in just about everything. She asked what size I was, I said two. She said “no, no, no”, we proceeded to try on dresses. The selection is SLIM. Every time I tried something on she said this won’t fit you, you need larger. I’ve never had body image issues until that very moment. Ann ruined my moment of trying on wedding dresses. I’m too self conscious to go to another store and try on dresses. I weigh 115 and now feel the need to go on a diet. Even if I found a dress I loved there, I would find it elsewhere and buy it.I read prior reviews on google and people were saying how great Ann was, so I’m not sure what type of person they got that day. The Ann I got was rude, made side comments, made me feel fat, and again ruined my entire wedding dress experience.

Don’t get your dress 5 months prior to the event... they’ll have a rush fee and not even get it in much before your wedding. I went wedding dress/bridesmaids dress shopping with my best friend at David’s Bridal and had the best service ever. Genos is great too!

I do not recommend this store .I made a apt and wasn’t told of any store policy regarding Covid. While making this apt the lady never said we needed to wear mask or that I wasn’t allowed to begin a child . I show up and they turned me anyway . We wore mask because we were not sure but because I had my daughter we couldn’t come in the store . A lady called me and said it was state policy . No where have I found that to be true as she’s went in other bridal store without issue . When pools and amusement parks are open in our state I don’t see how this can be true. The lady who called was rude and said I must have not read my messages . I double checked no emails or texted messaging about this. Only one text saying i have a apt and a discount code . I will not be back here as they wasted my time today .

If I could give this a ZERO, I would!!! The groom and two of his groomsmen were fitted for vest at the store. Two of the three were wrong! That’s a 67% percent failure rate. We did not realize they were wrong until the day of the wedding and we were over an hour away (one way). We even had part of someone else’s order in with ours as well. After the wedding I spoke to four people. All apologized and Bobbie said if she could do anything to correct it after the fact that she would; however, a refund wasn’t “anything” to her. No refund!!! Thanks for the total screw up for our pics on the largest day of my daughters life. We even bought her dress from them. Never will I recommend USA Bridal!!!!!!!! This order has been messed up for om the word go. She says the order was ready early. The call was on Tuesday I believe but was originally told when ordering that they could be picked up the day before the wedding. So my daughter had made arrangements and an appt to pick them up on Thursday as previously told. Also she was told that they had to be back on Sunday by one lady and then told they had to be back by Monday by someone else. Never was she told she had to make an appt to simply return vests. I called on Sunday to check hours and was told I had to have an appt to simply return vests. Stay away from poor customer service is my advice. As usual they’ve replied that it’s someone else’s fault. You have been made aware of the problem, but have plainly said you will not make it right. Poor poor customer service. You expect someone to believe you would rectify the problem ahead of time when you will not even refund after the fact for YOUR mistake. Surprise surprise! They only care until they have your money! BEWARE!!!

I had a very good experience with staff. My consultant Jeannine was wonderful, very helpful and friendly. I am happy to say that I found my wedding dress here! I was told that any bridesmaids and mothers would receive a discount if they bought a dress there. I had chosen satin dresses for my bridesmaids. While USA bridal had many satin dresses pictured on their website, they only had one in the store to try on so we had to look elsewhere. Overall I had a great experience and would recommend them!

Initially, I was skeptical about ordering a wedding dress online, as most people are. When I realized, however, that USA Bridal has brick and mortar stores, my anxiety subsided. I ordered my first dress on a Saturday and found out on Monday that it was the last one and someone had grabbed it a little more quickly than I had. My first instinct was to be upset at the company. I was heartbroken but, hey, things happen and the bridal business is pretty tricky it seems. Jackie did everything within her power to ensure that my broken heart was reassembled. She suggested other gowns and promised to check the inventory before I processed any order so I didnt face heartbreak over another dress. She was patient through all my complaining and indecisiveness and seemed as happy as I was when I chose a dress and she had it in stock! Truly exemplary customer care! I am proud to be a USA Bridal customer and I cant wait to see my dress! One suggestion to those of you who cannot make it into the brick and mortar stores....please call ahead to ensure that someone hasnt already purchased your beloved dress! It will save you a little time and disappointment and they are happy to help you! Good luck finding the perfect dress!

Do not order your bridesmaids dresses from this company! They do not do alterations or pay for them to be done! They measured me and my dress is WAY too big. Called and spoke with management and was told figure it out on my own. I am stuck paying for alterations that cost almost as much as the dress! Hundreds of dollars waisted and the wedding is in 3 weeks! They do not care about you.. Just the money they can make off of you!!

My daughter went in for a dress fitting for a event at school. The experience she had when she went in on her own was unacceptable. They claim to have been busy. If that was true I still feel like you should have enough time and staff to accommodate customers. Needless to say she came home unhappy and I went back with her so that she could get help. The manager was apologic and said it was busy. Being in management myself I know that using the line we were busy is a cop out. However my daughter picked out her dress and left happy. Well the night of the event they did not have the dress she chose that day and gave her whatever they wanted her to have. As if the manager was making a point to let me know that its her store and shes in control. I just want her to know that she didnt stop the show for my daughter,my daughter actually in up loving the dress and she worked the hell out of it. The crowd said it and WE loved it! So with bridal USA trying to make a teens night bad in up being good!! You ladies should be ashamed of yourself and they will not get my business. FYI go with your children when trying on dresses. Did not think people were like this anymore.

This was my first time in the new store, I had been in the old one before. Ann was the lady that helped me. I am very grateful because she made everything so easy. I am complicated when making decisions and she was very patient with me. I cant thank her enough!!! I got my dress and its totally the most amazing dress for me!!!

This is in response to the very strewed review below mine. What this woman fails to mention is #1 her daughter was not a paying customer. Every year, the employees at USA bridal and the company donate their TIME AND DRESSES for the John Hardin Fashion Show. Something the school does not pay this business for. The girls (about 30 of them) each get to pick out 2 dresses that they would like to wear to the fashion show. They pick 2 dresses in case 1 of them sell. These are dresses that are currently for sale for prom. It is out of the employees control if dresses that are picked, are sold before the show. Multiple girls had to wear dresses that they had not picked out because of this exact fact. Also the young 17 year old consultant who was working with this young lady was also working with a paying customer at the same exact time. So before slamming a company who spent their time and money to make the night of 30+girls and guys come together, maybe you should step back and THANK THEM for the overtime they put in to HELP:)God bless.

Rude lady who claimed to be a manager insulted and demeaned my future bride. She insulted her weight, her taste, and her budget. She then had the audacity to ask to bring her back something for lunch. It was a horrible experience that I hope no one else has to have. Avoid at all costs.

Im only giving one star because 0 isnt an option. Weve been in several weddings and the customer service had never been anything above mediocre, but we were absolutely disgusted with them for ours. We had ten suits and only 4 of them fit our guys. My husbands was supposed to be a 34 and it was a 43, my poor papaws pants were 5 sizes too big, the junior groomsmens pants were hemmed shut at the bottom, and a couple pairs werent even hemmed at all. The pants dont have belt loops either. I didnt know about this until after the wedding (Thank goodness) but i am still infuriated. It worked out thanks to our ingenious and helpful family and friends, but i am baffled at how more than half an order could be so completely screwed up. Two weeks before the wedding I went in to look at the pants we were renting and they told me they didnt even have them there that they had to be ordered. We told the manager and all she said was sorry that never happens She also told us that we could have came and swapped the pants out, that they have everything in stock in the back.. So evidently the woman who told me they didnt have the pants was just to lazy to go to the back and get them. This place is the worst. Please be wary when looking for bridal party outfits, you do not want to deal with anything like this on your wedding day. This place is awful and the workers are useless. I would never recommend to anyone. Ever.
