Good dealership with real nice cars.

This place is the worst experience Ive had when purchasing a vehicle. Went there to test drive a vehicle I seen on the internet and it runs out of gas in parking lot before getting a chance to test drive.I found another car I was interested, 2019 Civic, at first they didnt want to stand behind theyre internet pricing. After fighting tooth and nail, finance manager Gary agreed because I advised its misleading for business and not trustworthy to consumers. Our salesman, Joshua never had answers to my questions and didnt know much. I start application for approval and they changed the price on me, never went over APR with me, never asked how long I want to finance car, keep showing me the MSRP price not price we agreed too. Gary stated he sent information over to a bank for approval without going over anything with me.Finally asked for finance manager, Gary, he comes come out and speak with us. Oh boy, he was rude, hostile tone, stated he dont work for us, advised we wasted his time because we didnt agree to numbers they kept showing us, and stated he dont have to sell me a car, slammed down folder and walked away. I asked for his name, he stated, he didnt have to tell me this is his store and continued to walked away. I asked my salesman Joshua for name again and he basically shrugged his shoulder, and didnt provide name. This was very unprofessional on both of their parts. Ill definitely shop elsewhere.
