Our home looks like the Contemporary Galleries showroom. We have purchased from them for years- always a positive experience. The latest is a beautiful dining room table from Italy. It is ceramic and is very heavy but the delivery guys did an exceptional job getting it in and setup.

The movers lost screws that were in a dining table that I bought here. We called the store and they arranged to have replacement screws mailed to me. Wonderful customer service. I really appreciate this store. Highly recommend.

Needed help with the repair of Fjord Atlantis Swing Relaxer electric chair that was out of warranty, and I had no dealer close by to where I live. Contemporary Galleries is phenomenal-from the sales floor to the delivery! My husband and I purchased a loveseat with Chris and saw a sectional we fell in love with on the way out. Chris, who is awesome, gave us color samples to try out in our home. When we came back to purchase, Kate assisted us and gave us great cleaning information for our new pieces. She was fantastic! She was even able to put both pieces, plus a coffee table we found, on the truck for the same delivery day. When delivery day came, both deliveries had not been put together. Our delivery guys were amazing! They went back and picked up the sectional and coffee table. They were back at our house within 20 minutes. Now that is customer service! What a team! I have window shopped at this store for a while. Recently, I made my first purchase. I was pleasantly surprised to find the item that I purchased was in stock. The salesperson said they could deliver the following week. My desk was delivered today. Justin, Johnathan, and Kyle (the delivery crew) could not have been more polite and courteous while they were in my home. They delivered the product promptly and efficiently and even called ahead as I had requested! It was such a nice pleasant surprise when I found them cleaning my desk before they left. I feel the service I received was above and beyond, and I highly recommend!

Great experience all around. When an item was back ordered they called and let us know right away. I felt as though we were always updated on the status of our order too. When they delivered our desks, they put them together for us and even gave us the time of day to help with other desks. I had good experience with Contemporary Gallery Furniture. Todd and Bob, the store owners, went out of their way to replace a table top that was damage and out of warranty. I thought it was very nice for them do that. The two delivery persons that came to replace the table top were nice and very professional.Thanks will buy again.

Their products have outstanding quality and look (hard to find in Louisville market!). We had the pleasure to deal with Kate and Beth in the store who actually did an amazing job helping us to pick up our pieces. We ended up ordering some stuff from the catalog, and upon delivery everything looked spectacular!!. Kyle and his delivery crew delivered a bedroom set to our house today. We have new floors, steps, rails and paint. They were very careful and did not leave a mark on anything. The furniture required fairly elaborate set up and they did a great job. They were friendly and courteous. They used felt pads on the bottom of everything. By far the best delivery service we have ever experienced. Night and day better than what we got from one of their competitors a couple of years ago.

Our beautiful new sectional arrived 3 weeks early. Kate was our sales person and she is WONDERFUL! She helped us arrange the room, bookshelves and all. My experience was one of the best. My salesperson, Chris was very helpful and knowledgeable. We bought a desk on a Tuesday and it was delivered on Friday. Brian and Kyle made the delivery, put it together and even moved it a couple of times so we got it positioned just right. I was hesitant to shop there for office furniture. How about this for after sales service. The manager discovered several weeks after we bought a table and 8 chairs that the two end (carver) chairs that we bought had actually been invoiced to him as a pair and we had been charged individually. He (Bob) kindly phoned to explain the mistake and refunded the cost of one of the chairs. Honesty and professionalism! This will be my first port of call whenever I look for new furniture, pictures and modern accessories. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Purchased an area rug. Everyone that I worked with on this was great. Had rug delivered and the two guys were great with laying it out in living room. They had a great selection of beautiful modern furniture, and extensive catalogs for more antique looking items. I called several places around town looking for a metal bed frame without wheels. They had one for a very reasonable price. I cant wait to come back and look around some more.

Cool furniture, neat vibe, and some nice home décor items. Overall, pretty pricey and unusually weird hours. Of the last 5 times my husband and I have tried to go there, it has been closed 4 of the 5, including typical business hours for most retailers. Its a great place to check out if you can catch them open. We have bought some furniture from them and they were good to work with.
