When we got locked out accidentally Willis Klein was very understanding, courteous, and extremely prompt in getting us back in.

After a mishap with a lost key, I needed to replace a lock on my main, exterior door, and I needed it done ASAP! I looked up information on my door lock type, which was at least twenty years old, I knew what type of lock it was, and how to replace it, but couldnt find anywhere locally, (think big box home/construction stores,) to find the parts.After going to Home Depot, (see my review on them,) I was directed to Willis Klein Locks. They not only were able to talk to me about my lock, but had everything I needed. They even asked if I would need then to install it, or if I was going to do it myself. They were understanding, helpful, and very friendly.They saved me a lot of time and money, in more ways than just by providing what I needed.

Amazing experience, people and products. I am a home owner and DIYer. I have no experience in plumbing, fixtures, etc. so I was completely lost. I am very detail oriented and specific to my tastes on my projects. I went in with an idea and based on my description, they were able to find an array of products across many different price points for me to choose from. I only have experience with their key & lock department. They are the BEST. Always helpful and they are knowledgeable. Always go the extra distance to help me. I have used their mobile service for door lock repair & replacement. I called first thing in the morning and they had a repair technician to my site in Oldham County by 10:30 AM. Couldnt repair my lock, but had choice of 2 new locks on the truck. Highly recommended. They know how to take care of their customers!

I called and needed a key made for my 1990 Mazda Miata, apparently not an easy key to get made. Their “competition” who makes an inferior key wanted $35. To my surprise he said he could make it for $5.50! Was very polite and helpful on the phone.My key was split long ways, the guy who handmade my key said it might not work so he waved the costs, well IT DOES work!That’s how business is done. I will be returning next week to get house keys made. Great business.

Willis Klein has the best product selection and service. I had many different projects (e.g., door hinges, kitchen knobs and pulls, front and backdoor deadbolts) and each time Willis Klein delivered. Trista is my go-to person: she is communicative, transparent, and most helpful; in fact, Trista was the bright spot in my renovation rollercoaster. Allison is also very helpful and knowledgeable. Overall, my experience at Willis Klein was great and I highly recommend their services and expertise.

5 stars all the way! Honda wanted to charge me between 75-$150 to cut a new key. I still had my old key fob but it was old & fell apart. Bought the new key fob on Amazon for $7 & WK cut the new key for $17. Couldnt be happier!
