A complete disaster of customer service. Wholesale only! I have bought parts in the past and went today to purchase a heating element for my dryer and was told they only sold to people with accounts and they do not sell to the public anymore. Ready and able buyer trying to purchase a part and they not only won’t tell me if it’s in stock, they want me to call an out of town call center to place an order. No Thanks.I’m my line of real estate work customer service and referrals go along way. I’ll make sure my clients know that customer service does not exist with this company.

Pathetic this company used to be great, but they now only apply to businesses and corporations. Unless you want to pay $17 to shop to the public. Absolutely ridiculous! I hope this company gets terrible reviews. Its all about the mighty dollar...

This used to be a great place to walk in and get parts. Not anymore, sadly.

HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE!Save yourself time, money, and headaches and order your parts elsewhere. I ordered a part and had to return it. Their policy is to review your return request then approve it or not. My request was approved, I copied the return codes and address from a link sent from them via email. I sent the part back and never received my refund. I called them on the phone just to get the run around from customer service. Now I paid for a part I dont even have, sorry way to do business. The only reason I gave them one star is theres no option for zero.

Received team here is hands down one of the best in Midwest. Thank you for quick unload every time Im here.

I bought a replacement part for my dishwasher that did not fit...it was wrong part sent to me. I called to return it and never got a paper to send it back. Total waste of 76 dollars!!

Ordered suspension rods for an lg washer which is priced at $75 for a set of 4. Received a single, out of original packaging rod with a piece of paper taped to it with a handwritten part number on it. No way to even know if this is the correct part given the number on the part is covered in tape and half missing. Will not be ordering anything else.

Ordered main board for dryer machine. Very fast and easy. Work great. New OEM parts. Recommended 👍👍👍

They had what I needed which was great. It was priced slightly above online retailers but thats the price you pay for local same day service. The service was slow and the number system is antiquated. At one point I counted 16 customers waiting. There should be separate departments for commercial and residential customers. It would also make more sense to have warehouse personnel grabbing parts rather than the front counter employees running to the back.

Overpriced, slow service, know it all attitude from staff. Went in for a thermal fuse. She tested it, said it was good. She even said, By looking at this I can tell its fine. By looking at the part. I bought a new one anyway. Tested old one again at home, still bad. Tested new one, good. Installed new one, dryer heated again. Also, individual fuse: $58. Pack of electric and gas dryer fuses: $30. Whatever, buying online next time.

HIGHLY recommend this place. They had exactly what we needed. And the wonderful gentleman at the counter took his time to make sure that we knew exactly how to install the part we were purchasing. If I could give it 6 stars then I would!!

Always friendly and helpful. Lots of parts in stock and most arrive within just a day or two if they have to be ordered.

Dont read the bad reviews. This place is Awesome. Mark is the best at helping customers with their concerns. Its a busy place because of that reason. Trust me its worth it.

A part on my washing machine went out and no one i called could get me this part as quick as i needed it. I called these folks and they had the new part sitting at my front door in less than 24hrs. Great customer service I will be using them for all my future parts needs and will recommend them to others. Thanks

On the phone for over an hour. Was told 5 minutes. Then 20 minutes. Then. 10 minutes. Then 5 minutes. I left a call back number but have never had a call back

This has got to be THE worst customer service. I don’t know why they give you the options to choose so you’ll get to the right department and a quicker response when all they do is transfer you to multiple departments and they don’t even tell you or apologize that they’re sending you to someone else to talk to, they’ll just do it. You’re speaking to them and boom you’re being transferred. Complete useless sacks of (bleep). Never doing business with them again.

Waste of time now, it used to be THE place for the DIY person to get appliance parts immediately. Made decision to do wholesale now, only dealers can pick up parts. Person came outside was rude, telling me I can still order online and they would ship me the part. Doesnt make any sense.

Great prices friendly staff. Robert has helped me with my many questions or requests for advice. He is always patient and friendly not to mention knowledgeable and has not led me wrong yet. Keep up the good work!

Very disappointed. Called the store during their normal posted “business hours”. I got a recording that said that I called during non business hours. If you post business hours of 8 am you should be answering the phones if someone calls at 8:30. It is very difficult to believe that any of these four or five star ratings are legit, whenI can’t even get someone to answer the phone during business hours

Good people. Theyre helpful and affordable. You can fix almost any appliance with their parts.

Needed a 55/10 capacitor. Sold me a 55/5. Took it back in and they said oh it will work. We live an hour away. It didnt work!

Stood in line for 35 minutes, bought a timer for my washer got it home it didnt work. Took it back stood in line for 20 minutes, very rude lady behind the counter said how do you know it doesnt work I can tell it hasnt been plugged in by looking at the terminals I said it was plugged in then she says well you cant return it. After standing in line all this time twice I didnt care to do business with a company this poorly staffed. She went in the back and talked to the lady whom I spoke with on the phone and she said we will only exchange it we cant sell this now. Really didnt want a part anymore from a company this rude but had to take the part. It worked when I got home I was right their part was defective. Who has such poor return policies in this world anymore ? On line parts stores will kill this business.

Needed a Main Control circuit board for our Whirlpool dryer. Marcone had one in stock! Sure saved us from a week to 10 days waiting for a part.

The workers are helpful and they had the parts I needed.

Terrible customer service, set it the store waiting to be helped to get a part for my dryer. Never got any help so i left. I then thought why not call and see if i can speed up the process. They quoted me $107 for a part. I then checked online to see how much it cost, it was $17.
