I love this place. I love the staff.

My final thoughts on my boot run road trip and the results are in from the Modesto, Turlock and Los Banos locations! I just left the store a little after 6pm today 5/22. The 5 STAR BOOT BARN SUPER AWESOME (VERY FRIENDLY LIKE FAMILY) GOS TO.... THE LOS BANOS STORE HANDS DOWN👍in my opinion! and my opinion really counts these days. I spent over $700 today and I feel great about it. Remember this, Its not what people say to you, its how they make you feel when your around them that matters the most every time. Great place really staff is wonderful and great prices especially when they are on sale I went yesterday and got me some good cowboy boots. Its great, one thing though the staff was great like I said but jeese there was lady meaner then Karen.

Love the store but the lady behind the counter by the name of Erma is not a friendly person. She looks like she is in a bad mood at all times. She needs to go to customer service retail training.

I was so happy to see this amazing store go up in Los Banos too bad the customer service sucks the amount of courtesy you can get from Isabel is 0 and her coworker was even worse. my son was short changed and instead of greeting me and handling the situation with respect they were rude and inconsiderate all they had to do was have a little common courtesy. Lesson learned go to the Turlock or Modesto store where they obviously have higher standards in customer service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION AT ALL

Not very helpful this happens to be a few months ago also do not buy Cody James style C9PHR8 the souls are completely shot within a few months (both boots have great tread but are split all the way across right behind the toes)with no heavy use worst boot I’ve ever spent $120 on...stick with your Name brands like I should’ve
