Based on the reviews I went in seeking advice on hardware and bulb/inset for pendant light I want to convert to a hardwired light (I brought the item with me)I explained my situation to the person on staff. he said he had no idea what I would use and continued to play hisgane on hi phon. I told him Id come in because door is listed as electrical supply and lighting, andand did they only sell intact lamps? no hardware or bulbs? he said they sold I could see. I think thats what he said it was hard to tell over the game sounds coming from his phone. hope this wasnt Mario.I suggest Google reclassify the store as HomeGoods not an electrical supply and lighting store

Ordered 3 lights but only one arrived in a timely and useable manner. Info Lighting has taken my money, refused to refund me a defective light and then ghosted me. Item 1: the website said it was in stock-- but it didnt ship for 6 weeks. Item 2: looked completely different and much worse in person. Was told theyd consider a refund / store credit, had me send pictures-- then have refused to call me back for over a week despite multiple attempts to reach them. Item 3 actually arrived on time and looks like advertised.Its a shame, because the individual Ive been talking to (Milton) seems really nice and responsive, but when all is said and done, Info Lighting has done a terrible job of actually selling me the lights I purchased, and Im out hundreds of dollars. Milton gets a star.

Info lighting sold me a chandelier for $3,000, that keep breaking Again and again for 4 times. Not only they never took responsibility, I had to chase them and wait for the replacement for about a month each time. A month ago, after the 4th one was broken I asked them to replace it without extra charge(each replacement is $140!) guess what, three emails, zero reply.

I have always found Marco to be helpful and efficient, but this time he did even better than I could have expected. I bought three ceiling lights, one of which was a fan light, but I was not able to get them installed until several months after I bought them. I did not even open the boxes. Finally, our electrician began to install them, and not only was each one exactly what I ordered, in perfect condition, but more importantly every screw, every wire, every piece was there making the installation as smooth as it could possibly be. These days we know it is pretty rare to find this kind of service and attention to detail.

Info Lighting is THE PLACE! If you are looking for something special and unique, you should definitely go to info Lighting showroom. They carry the most amazing lighting fixtures in town. I promise you that you would find what you are looking for. I went there with my husband and Michael helped us to pick the lights that we needed for our house within the budget. He was very knowledgeable, professional with a great personality. I highly recommend this place!

They have a great selection of lights. Marco is very knowledgeable and helpful. So many great unique lights for a variety tastes. Plan to go back for more lighting. Would highly recommend them!

This lighting store has a wide selection to choose from. The staff is also very knowledgeable.They have many samples in their showroom so oyu can see exactly what something will look like, not just a picture in a catalog or on a box. I have several lighting projects to get done and i know I will rely on these guys to help me make the right choices.

Marco is a professional. He has no time for people who are looky-loos or information vampires. He cannot give installation advice because he is not a licensed electrician. He sells lighting. Marco has always been very informative when it pertains to lighting design and if a person gets POd because he does not give you what you want, go somewhere else.
