Compare to others, LA Furniture one of my favorite places. Huge inventory giving you opportunity to choose any furniture: bedrooms, dining rooms, leaving rooms and much more. First I bought beautiful and very comfortable leaving room set, it was delivered and placed as I asked them. I enjoy every day. Then after I went and bought TV Table and Buffet, black and gold, amazing looking. My leaving room looks so beautiful now. Thank you LA Furniture. I will definitely will do more shopping there

Love this new couch. It is a great piece with many options it can be one or it can be two pieces. Got my furniture delivered on time and in a very tidy manner.Installation was smooth and the sofa was delivered unscathed and clean.

LA Furniture Store shipped my new bed very quickly but during setup, I notice one piece missing. Luckily, it was the final piece needed. I reached out to customer service and spoke to Lynda where I was able to text her an image 9f tge missing piece. Within the week that piece was shipped and out for delivery the next day. Lynda provided excellent customer service and I would purchase from them again.

My first experience with ordering online from LA Furniture was wonderful.I ordered a modern sectional sofa which was delivered promptly (two weeks ahead of schedule!) at no additional cost and arrived in perfect condition. I was very pleased with the quality of the furniture. I have seen comparable sectionals at over double the price. The sectional I chose was accurately represented by the description and photographs on the website, and it looks great in my living room!Communication with Lynda, their online sales representative, was wonderful. Purchased a bed during their Presidents’ Day sale on Monday and bed was delivered Wednesday morning. I had them do white glove delivery and assembly and they were quick and respectful. Super pleased with our Nova Domus walnut and cement bedframe and night stands. I was a bit nervous placing the order online but everything went smoothly. The delivery guys were super careful carrying in all the heavy boxes and gave me time to inspect each box for damages (one even did the inspection with me). I walked into LA Furniture in February of 2020. My niece had purchased furniture from you and both my husband and I really loved the look. It is modern yet very functional and comfortable. We bought a full dining room set and a living room. Upon delivery in May into our new home I noticed that I needed a second buffet in the dining room, mostly for storage. I ordered it and it was delivered in mid September. We saw immediately that the second buffet was taller than the first one. I asked for one to be the same size as the first one. It was located inside one of the showrooms, however, the legs were damaged. After much discussion LA Furniture delivered me a brand new one the same size in height as the second one. It is beautiful and we are very happy with our purchases. We will be back to purchased more items as we see the need. Thank you for your professionalism

I ordered the Alexa table, I love it, and it needed a little bit of an adjustment to some screws and they came back the next week and fixed it. It had a 1 yr warranty thank goodness, I had no idea about it. They also followed up before and after the service call. Love it. Highly recommend.

I’ve never had such an easy time buying and receiving furniture. I’ve been searching for a particular desk for months and was just about to give up when I saw it on LA Furniture’s website. I called them to see if it was in stock and it was, so I placed the order quickly on the phone and signed a couple e-docs. 2 days later, the white glove delivery arrived and set it up in my 2nd floor loft space. Easiest transaction and I absolutely love the desk!

My experience with them was very bad. We went to the Flagship store in CA from NJ hoping that I get to see before I buy what I need to furnish my whole house. We worked with a designer and picked all the items needed and that process took like 2 full days. I had only one special order item and the rest of them are in stock at the Flagship store so they informed me that they will ship it to me in the next 3-4 weeks. I was OK with that.. Since then, we received parts of our order after 6-8 weeks and everytime we call they inform us that it is on the container or the container doesnt leave for the next 2 weeks.. I have made numerous calls to them asking for status and they dont follow up promptly. During May, I got a call from them to let me know that some missing items in the order will take time and if I wanted to cancel. Without hesitation, I canceled and they refunded me the money. I was told my special order will arrive in 10 to 12 weeks and it is 16+ weeks and I am still calling them till today to find out where it is and so on. Till date, I havent heard anything about the special order item. They are extremely disorganized, they lack the sense of customer service, they dont respect or value customers time nor do they care anything about it. I would suggest that if you want value for your money in terms of customer service, please dont go to them

Hi. Ive had a very disappointing experience with LA Furniture Store. I ordered a bed frame and set through the LA furniture website.The website claimed the good was in stock. I receive an e-mail a day later from a representative named Sergey -- who asks me if I would like to refund or buy another bed frame as the one I selected was out of stock. This seems to be the case with a lot of their goods. I asked for a refund and I received no response. I check a couple of weeks later and my refund has still not been processed.Please double check with your orders as the service reps will not actually refund you after you request one. Really a horrible followup from a service rep and its just really annoying from a customer perspective to call in and e-mail multiple times to get your refund (for a good that is out of stock, in which your website says it is in stock)

Excellent.Tony, the manager was the nices guy on earth. He was very informative and patient . I was there with my son and we was there for almost 3 hours asking him about every thing. He stayed back almost an hour after the close time and he helped us find a gorgeous dinning table call Harlow. Tony even helped holding my son so I can inspect the table.. :) I received it just 3 days after . Im very happy and definitely will come back to this store because they have the best stuff and the best customer service.
