Ive already walked out of this location multiple times because they dont have stock on general items, or employees just have such a bad attitude i rather go to a different shop. If you ask any of the supervisors or managers for help or even a quick question they glare and react in slow motion with the typical eye roll. Unhappy employees equals unhappy customers. Im definitely not the only one that experiences this. NH location is where its at.

Staff was friendly and understanding. Has a variety of nutrients. I got the last bag of clay pebbles. Reasonable prices! Definitely coming back.

Good place to shop, huge selection. Willing to price match with other Hydro shops. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars was it took a minute to be helped. But, once I was David Hernandez was very friendly and helpful.

I went to this place for the first time and I had a horrible experience with they person over the counter, he was very rude when I asked about ordering some products, poor customer service, definitely not coming back

Great stuff to grow vegetables

I set up an account with GreenCoast Hydroponics and deposited cash while they attempted to get me prices on Earth Juice five gallon nutrient buckets. Since their price was much higher than my local hydroponics store, I opted not to purchase the products from GreenCoast Hydroponics but was told by a sales clerk that deposited money could not be refunded from the account; only in-store purchase are allowed with funds. Multiple emails to GreenCoast Hydroponics sales teams have gone unanswered. Very unprofessional sales practices. Anyone considering opening an individual or corporate account with GreenCoast Hydroponics should take precautions to assure guaranteed return of unused funds. I ultimately recommend finding an alternate business for any hydroponic purchase.

Awesome Hydro shop in downtown LA. They have a HUGE selection of supplies. Great staff thats is knowledgeable and ready to answer questions. If you are in the Downtown LA area I would definitely stop in and check it out.

They seemed very knowledgeable and I even opened an account with them! Same day I made and order and payed for it! They said my item would come in a week and they would call me so I could pick it up, 2 months later not 1 call or hey heres a refund! Nothing!
