Best customer service and most amazing prices in LA County

Called for product availability/pricing and was told to come down to the shop because they are unable to give the information over the phone. I was told they had a bunch of the product I was looking for though.. When I came to the shop absolutely no one is wearing a mask. Worst part is that they didn’t have all the products I was looking for! For the 3 step system the only had part 2 and 3. Their pricing was above average per bottle too. Very disappointed that I had to make a drive for nothing.

Nobody was wearing a mask the first time I showed up. I waited at the back door and waited for them to put it on.Little to no help, seemed to busy talking with each other about different things. Three weeks have gone by saying they will restock next Friday. I call back and they send me to the Hollywood Store instead, saying they havnt restocked but MAYBE they did..

MY GO TO! Amazing shop with tons of product and even more amazing customer service. If anything goes wrong they will make it right, no questions asked. Now thats how you do good business. Thank for everything guys!

Just like that other guy said, Ara and his Girlfriend are awesome but that other guy with the tattoos looks at one as if beneath him... Doesnt feel like my shop anymore, just the run of the mill. Five 🌟 for Ara minus one for Tatt dude.

Ara is is cool knowledgeable help full hooks it up . Its feels good to shop there. But theres this white guy with tattoos I dont like him he has an attitude looks at you like your going to steal something and is less helpful idk if its because he is less knowledgeable or he lacks customer service skills. Sunland is good but I will admit I shopped at other hydro stores do to the white guy with the hood ie

The worst service I have ever received in my life. Im so sorry and disappointed because of all the great reviews. My husband was left standing at the register for service while the employee brushed him off and went on a break! I still cant believe it. What a shame. We just left and will not be returning.

Very first time I went there I told them my needs and that I was a beginner Gardner. The normal guy thats there ive now noticed, being a frequent customer for four years now, got me going in the right direction. Explained a few basic things, nothing over loading for a newbie, hooked me up with some good magazines and some nutrient samples to try out, which he actually always does too ive noticed. They are always knowledgeable on not just gardening but also all the latest products and what may be good or bad with them. They always make you feel like a personal friend, never trying to up sell anything or push anything on you. Love this place. Wont be going any where else.

Great products, great service, very knowledgeable staff, have the best deals and Ive been to a few hydro stores.
