Dr. Sherman is experienced and knowledgable, and mostly, she really cares about her patients and doing the best thing that will help them with their hearing issues. Adjusting and finely-tuning the hearing device to meet your particular problem requires skill and sophistication, and in that respect, Dr. Sherman is the best I have encountered. Overall, Caring and Professional and you can trust her judgment.

Towers Audiology in the Cedars-Sinai Medical Towers are absolutely fantastic. Right after I got released from my heart transplant, I went to her to inquire about getting my Resound hearing aids fixed. Ive had them for a while and Ive just had a major open heart surgery. This was right when COVID was starting to set in as well. Dr. Sherman and her team ensured I was taken care of and were absolutely fantastic. There are very few audiologists that deal with resound, when Resound is perhaps one of the best modern brands of hearing aids.When I can afford, and am ready for my next hearing aid set I plan on going here for them. No question about that.

Dr. Sherman is very dedicated to finding you the perfect hearing aid for you and then adjusting it multiple times in order to make sure it is working to your satisfaction. She is excellent at fitting the aid to your ear and following up on you.

Ive postponed dealing with my deafness for years. Dr. Sherman made my entire visit very comfortable. Shes knowledgeable, kind & patient. After the exam, cleaning and hearing test, shes informs on the best type of hearing aids for your particular problem but doesnt push any product. Dora and Ashley are a stellar part of her team.My wife & I left Dr. Shermans office feeling I am fortunate to be in her care.

When it comes to hearing issues Dr. Sherman is the person to goo to.She conducted a most thorough examination and hearing test for me originally about four years ago, when I bought the first set of aids from her. She and her staff have ALWAYS been there for me when an issue came up.They are most professional. As excellent communicators they take the time to explain all the idiosyncrasies of the aids. I just purchased a new,, up dated aid with amazing technology. I feel I can forget about my hearing problem when I wear them. Thank you Dr. Sherman. You are the best!

Dr. Sherman is a wonderful doctor and born communicator. She tested my hearing, but in our conversation about my ears and conditions that affect them, I learned so much about several things that had been bothering me for years. I received what I came for and gleaned so much more information.

I had a great experience with this office. They really go out of their way to cater to their patients and they are very caring. Michelle, the audiologist, took the time to sit and explain my results and treatment options in detail, which was greatly appreciated. Its obvious she is very passionate about her work. They worked with my schedule to fit me in and Ashley, the front desk coordinator, is always very polite and easy to talk to. She goes out of her way to make everything easy, from scheduling an appt to getting my medical records. I recently took my mom to Towers Audiology Center to see Dr. Michele Sherman. My first impression of the office was that it was clean and organized. The first person you meet at Towers Audiology Center is Ashley, the front office coordinator. Ashley was incredibly polite and warm each time we had an appointment or when my mom or I would call the office to confirm an appointment. Ashley took the time to make sure that we were comfortable (I had my nieces and nephew with me; all are under the age of nine). She even gave the kids coloring pages and highlighters to color with while my mom was getting her hearing tested. Ashley was very kind and thorough when she showed my mom how to wear her hearing aids and maintain them (cleaning, changing batteries, etc.) Dr. Sherman was equally kind and compassionate during all the appointments that my mom had. She was very patient and took the time to explain my moms condition and the possible treatment options to both of us. Dr. Sherman also exhaustively researched a hearing aid that would enhance my moms hearing and compliment her current hearing condition. My mom has had major hearing loss and after being tested and fit for new hearing aids by Dr. Sherman, my mom cried because she could hear clearly for the first time in over ten years. Dr. Sherman and her very caring staff at Towers Audiology Center have given my mom a new lease on life that includes being part of daily conversations with her family (especially her grandchildren). I cannot begin to thank Dr. Michele Sherman, Ashley, and the rest of the staff at Towers Audiology Center for helping my mom to regain a portion of her life that has been lost for so long. You all are amazing, and the work you do has no equal. I cannot thank all of you enough for your dedicated work involving people who suffer from hearing loss.

My wife and I were examined by Michele Sherman, Au.D yesterday. She did a thorough examination, discussed it with us, presented options to my wife and suggested things to think about before making a decision. We found her to be non pressuring and very empathic.
