Dr mock is seriously the best, you feel so taken care of when you’re with her. I’ve had terrible tinnitus and hearing loss for a couple years now and she introduced me to a very simple and discrete hearing aide that solved all my problems!

I have been a patient of Dr. Mock for over a year and she is simply great. She has helped me fit a pair of Lyric hearing aids. She is not only an expert on Lyric with extensive experience on how to fit them, but it’s her personal care and attention that make for a great experience. It took a little while until we got them to fit just right, and then I had some occasions where I had to temporarily remove them. She was always 100% supportive, doing her best for me. I would highly recommend her to anyone considering hearing aids.

Dr. Mock is great! I love that shes a one-woman shop with very customized care. I have taken my mom there a handful of times this year. My mom not only has some hearing loss but also a buzzing sound in her head, which was her main concern. Dr. Mock has been able to get the buzzing sound decreased, which is a blessing for my mom!Dr. Mock is very caring and is willing to see you as many times as necessary. Its all included in the hearing aid cost.So while yes, it may be pricier than Costco for example, you get a very knowledgeable audiologist who is available by phone or email anytime and someone who will work with you on specialized needs. Concierge Hearing Group is amazing. I have used their services myself and have also referred several friends and family members there. All of them had very different issues with their hearing - some as simple as needing a hearing check up and others who needed help with significant hearing loss. They were all delighted and more importantly, they got the best medical attention possible. Dr. Mock is also an expert in tuning hearing aids which is THE most important aspect in getting hearing aids to enhance quality of life. I chose Dr Robin Mock based only on the 5 star reviews she received on Yelp. I am totally new to hearing loss and to hearing aids. Dr Mock takes the time to ask questions about my lifestyle and is great in explaining the entire fitting process, how the hearing aids work, and what to look for in real life situations outside her office. I met with her numerous times over a few months. We tested and discussed situations that I experienced in real life. When I finally got tired of lip reading and saying what? (or just hoping I either had a good idea of what someone said or it didnt matter), I decided to get some help with my hearing deficit. Dr. Mock not only found a great solution for me, she could not have made it any easier. She came to my office, evaluated my hearing, fitted me with appropriate hearing aids, and has followed up with me periodically for progress (happiness!) reports and fine tuning adjustments. Did I mention she came to MY office and fit into MY schedule. She is one of very few in the US with her pedigree - a cut way above a standard audiologist, and really knows her field. Our custom made hearing protection ear pieces are so helpful in loud environments, allowing us to hear close conversations and filter out the extremely loud background noises. What can I say? Dr. Mock is simply the best! She is caring, compassionate, patient and unbelievably knowledgeable. She is everything you could ever want in a doctor. Before I found her, I was really struggling with my hearing loss and very depressed. Having Menieres disease is a constant struggle, there is no cure and doctors cant offer much to help. Out of all the doctors that I have seen, she is the only one who was able to offer a practical solution that has made a huge impact on my everyday life. Although my hearing aid isnt a cure for my condition, it is a tool that has made my life a lot easier and enjoyable again. Dr. Robin Mock of the Concierge Hearing Group provided me with splendid service when I acquired my first hearing aid. She understood my anxieties and advised me on the options. For the first few months I had frequent visits for fine tuning and hand-holding - the after-care was exceptional. For several minor problems - usually because I had not read the instructions carefully enough - she talked me through the adjustments on the phone. Five stars.

I went to Dr. Mock to get some fitted electronic earplugs for shooting sports. She was extremely helpful in talking me through my options and even called up the company to verify the plugs would stand up to the abuse Id put them through. When the plugs came in, I was shocked when they didnt fit correctly!Again, Dr. Mock was super quick getting me a new appointment to verify the mold on the plugs, and handled the entire warranty process to get me a completely new pair quickly. Dr. Robin Mock is amazing! I am a relatively young and active 49 year old who didnt like the idea of wearing a hearing aid. That was until I met Dr. Mock. She understands the challenges of hearing loss and the stigmas related to it. She made the experience fun with her warmth, compassion and great sense of humor. The new technologies are very small and sophisticated. They are Bluetooth enabled, which allows me to listen to music, catch up on my podcasts and talk on the phone. I hear better than ever before, especially in business meetings, restaurants and social events. Most people dont know Im wearing one. I never realized how much effort it took hear clearly. While my hearing is perfect, the Sensaphonics noise filters Doctor Mock gave me really do offer me super hearing in loud environments. I wear the 9dB filers in restaurants, and the 15dBs on the plane, reserving the 25dB filters for expo halls and loud concerts.The flat attenuation gives me the ability to hear peoples voices, without having to deal with all the background racket. The soft silicone custom fit means I can wear them all day, and even chew gum without them irritating or itching my ears.Anyone who travels by air or does business in large expo halls needs these. For musicians, DJs and constructions workers, they are a must.I wear the clear ones so that no one notices them, but my next pair will be colored so that people do.#hearingconservation
