One of my Favorite places to stop when I’m in California. Quick, super yummy 😋, and always satisfied. 😋😋😋😋😋

Im not generally a fan of fast food chains, but In-N-Out really does everything well. Their burger meat is fresh and they cook their stuff well. The staff is friendly, polite and efficient. Never a problem.

Great for an inexpensive fast fresh meal. The only issue I have are with the fries. Theyre either too soggy or if you ask for them more crispy, then theyre over cooked. The burgers are tasty, especially for the affordable price, so this is why I continue to eat here every now and again. Service is always friendly, accommodating and courteous.

The car park was quite small, but thats a minor issue. The food is great as always and in a prime location. Love it.

Great location. Crazy long lines so, save gas and the environment by parking onn the side and going in. You will be served 3x faster. Great service and a motley crew of people to watch, sometimes more than your phone. Trust..

The best part of In-N-Out is when you get out…My fries had the consistency of styrofoam, milkshakes were way too frothy, and the burger was decent.It’s super cheap though.

This place is always worth the wait. The line was around the block. We waited in like a half hour at least. They not only got our order right, they were happy and glad to be at work. It was a great experience. It seems like the burgers get better every time we go there. One thing is, we don’t like the fries. They are so bland. The milkshakes we have never tried but seeing this is a basic order place we have assumed they aren’t good. We hope to give them a try and prove ourselves wrong. Way to go In-N-Out!

Friendly staff, pretty fast serving during the dinner time(avg 20mins wait) and easy to find. I will definitely go to this place rather than the Hollywood one if you are living close by both places

My food looked and tasted like it had been made with the utmost care. Very rare for a chain restaurant like this, especially when lines are so long and they could rush your order. I will be back.

The burgers were sensational, I would not recommend fries. The stereotype rings true

Can’t go wrong with IN N OUT

There’s line now as Covid, but it moves very fast, so don’t be discouraged. I always order double-double with whole grilled onion, protein style, means I don’t get the bun but it’s wrapped in iceberg lettuce instead. I finish it in the car and queue to get the second one. I should’ve ordered two in the first place. It’s the best burger and affordable.

Good burger at a good price. The drive through is a nightmare. For best results park on the street and walk in.

I Like McDonalds better. This seems like an over rated tourist trap. Workers were definitely husteling and did a good job.

Delicious burgers! The wait wasn’t too bad when we arrived on Sunday around 1pm, and we got a table straight away. They need to come to ny!

Painfully slow drive thru. Took about 40 minutes just to order. Absolute shame since I love the company.

For anyone who likes onions but havent tried their hamburgers with both grilled and raw onion you should. Double meat, no cheese, both kinds of onions. Perfection.

Love in N out, but 35 minutes for 2 fries is too much.

Great food always at base of the Grapevine. There is a dog rest area too in case your furry friend is with you too plenty of shade.

Beautiful burgers here. The best burgers I’ve had in the U.S. The fries were nice. The staff were really good and fast. Free refills. The toilets were needing attention. But over all it was delicious.

Been coming here for years instead of going to Hollywood which is far closer. Not because its better, Im sure theyre both equally great but because traffic sucks by Hollywood lol all in all, never have complaints about this place great employees.

Nothing much to say, amazing burger! This place is just like the other in-and-out. If you want a burger, that’s not fancy but extremely good, you big or the right place! Patties juicy, milkshake on point!Beware, parking lot really small, it took us some time to find a parking spot, so it might happen to you too. That is the only downside.Oh, and get the animal style fries, better than normal fries! :)

Consistent with all others. Placement is a little odd though being in a freeway on-let loop and the drive thru traffic spills out into the street.

If this had been my first visit to In-N-Out, I would not be returning! I will say this location was REALLY busy...but most if not all In-N-Outs Are. The service was friendly, but our food was sub par. The fries were so overcooked that they disintegrated as you bit in. Overall the food was meh. I would have given them a one but like I said it was REALLY busy. I will not return to this location!

LOVE In & Out, especially since moving to Colorado & then Florida. We visit this one every time we come back to LA.

I like in-n-out more than shake shack. In-n-out is so soft and juicy...

I usually go drive-thru but its very busy inside as well theres always lines. But, they do get your order out very quickly.

If youre ordering inside, you can bypass the drive thru line and go park inside. But, be aware of the cars exiting the lot they basically use the same opening for entrance/exit. There is distance seating indoors now

Its a great store food but the security is an issue. We just saw a very bad fight in the local located in west hollywood. So... great food but a little too dangerous to eat in the local in self. Its best to buy and go out quickly.

Great customer service! The line may be out into Lankershim Blvd. but they are on top of their game and the line moves so quickly! They are fast and have always gotten my order right!

Line handled very efficiently and moved right along. Fries were nice and hot!. Wish shake was bigger, but still very tasty. Reminds me of going to McDonalds when they were new and had great shakes.

Talk about poor follow through and execution. The wait for the food after ordered at the drive thru was so long. Once at the pickup window an older male repeated my order.. Mind you the order was in a box w a lid... He gave me my order after repeating it yet again... And it was in bags.. I was confused.. And he said irritated, that he cpuld put it in a box. At that point I just wanted to leave. We got to a place where we had a flat surface-- in n out can be messy//hence the boxes.. The fries were cold and as you can see the cheese was stiff.. Very poor experience the burger bun was soggy. It just didnt sit well. Ill avoid this in n out next time.

Famous place for burgers. Cheap and really good.

Went around midnight on Friday, 2/5/21. Ordered a couple cheeseburgers and they were obviously made well before we got there. No doubt about it. Employees were sure having a good time as well. Makes sense as they werent actually doing any food prep when we came through. Very disappointed as wed generally had good experiences at this location in the past. Well probably give them another shot as theyre our local In N Out but the leash has grown short. Very disappointed.

Burger and milkshake was good. Fries were alright, potentially would have been better with something on them instead of plain. While the restaurant was extremely busy, the staff were still filling orders quickly and did not end up waiting too long for our order.

Are used to live in an out burgers. Seriously for years I considered it the best burger money can buy. Cheap, delicious, and kind of cool place. No I don’t know if it is me or that somethings changed but I can say I still considered the best burger. I guess that with age tastes changes. Today it is OK and I rather choose another place to get my burgers from.

The best In N Out in all of the West Coast!Cheese is melted perfectly.Bun is warm and toasted.Onions grilled to brown goodness.Amazing quality and top notch presentation.Your meal will be inhaled in SECONDS!It was so good and well prepared and cooked I somehow didn’t need TUMS!

Everytime I visit the West Coast, this is a main stop for me. The food is always awesome. My last time I got to eat at an In-N-Out was the end of 2017 in Las Vegas. The Spread is amazing and the Neapolitan shake is the best! I highly reccomend. The only issue with this location was the parking lot. Not enough parking for the amount of customers it serves, but I wouldnt rate it a 4 stars because it had nothing to do with the food itself.

Great place for the classic All-American burger, plus very inexpensive for everything you get. Burgers are very customizable, just tell em how you want it.

East Coaster here let me say that this burger lives up to the hype. However fries left something to be desired.

Classic burgers with a secret menu if you want more meat more cheese and special requests (extra toasted, cheese on your fries and more). Took the double double (double meat double cheese) with French fries and medium drink: it was perfect and not so expensive. The ingredients are fresh 👌
