This our first time coming to the Basket Burger Cafe. The food is really good I really enjoy the pastrami and egg omelette its very good it comes with hash brown and toast. Their french is also great.

This is a bomb place to eat. The burgers are freshly made. They sell breakfast all day.The service is outstanding. I will definitely be coming back.

My first time here, and I gotta say Ill definitely be back. My brother, before he passed away would always rave about this place, and he wasnt lying. The food was awesome, fresh made salsa is the bomb, and not to spicy. The customer service is great, its Asian ran and they aim to please. I came for breakfast, but would definitely like to try some of their lunch items. I didnt see this on the menu, but they were also making beef and chicken teriyaki which looked delicious. Might try that next time. Its not a very big place, so seating is limited, especially if you go when its busy. Which lucky for me it wasnt. Maybe Tuesday is just a good day to go.

Hubby n I love this place...love their cheese burgers combo.. the cooks know I like thousand island instead of m/m/k...the waitr/ess are super kind...I do also love their teriyaki beef with rice...Ive eaten breakfast too..its all great..so whatever you order...itll be great!

The pancakes and burgers are lit here! I recommend everyone i know to go to this fine establishment. The little korean waitress is very polite and everyone there is very welcoming. This place is way better than iHop and dont get me started about McDonalds breakfast it doesnt compare. Its making me hungry just thinking about all the delicious food they have. I cant wait to go back. I wish they were open 24/7 because you know how you get the munchies around 3am or so i would for sure go to this place. Korean owned is the best.

This little cozy breakfast and lunch restaurant is fabulous in preparing a delicious meal... and they have great service...always greetings each customer as they enter. Prices are fair and portions are on the bigger side. You might have to wait a few minutes as this place is mostly always busy...

I have been on an informal search for the perfect pancake all of my life. And in my humble opinion, I have found it here at Basket Burger. The pancake is full of buttery flavor, with a hint of Sizzle from The Griddle that gives it a toasted flavor, indicated by its dark-brown color, with just a just a hint of salty goodness! Mind their hours though... As they do not have traditional business hours.

I known this place for more than 30 years. This place has not changed. It still has the best breakfast the best teriyaki plate and great friendly service... Wonderful place. Our mom Lucy really loved and enjoyed eating at this small restaurant. Thank you!

Great breakfast & lunch place. Light, fluffy pancakes(no sugar free syrup), good egg dishes with lots of combos, crisp bacon. Coffee so-so. Good omelettes but scrambled eggs done on the griddle, not a pan(as they should be). Burgers really good.

We have been coming here for at least 30 years. The owners/staff are very welcoming and the food is excellent. Always struggle ordering between their Teriyaki chicken, bacon and eggs with their delicious chili beans or their Pancakes which are the best I have ever tasted. I highly recommend this place but be prepared to wait!!! But its worth it!

This place is great,you better get there early because its a very small place and they get really busy for sure. The food is like some good old fashion home cooking, theyre only open from breakfast to lunch. Its definitely someplace you have to try...

This spot is not fancy, its really small, occupancy maybe 22 people. But, its great food, great service, their really friendly. Theyre hamburger steak is good, my fav and its fairly priced. Great for a quick bite.

Best place in town for an awesome Teriyaki Chicken Bowl cooked right before your eyes. This is an old school family run cafe open from 6am to 2pm. The Ortega Burger is awesome and I love the tuna melts here as well.

One of my favorite father & son spot in east los.. the pancakes.. eggs over easy home fried potatoes cover with chili beans delicious the wait can be really long but thats just because the joints small and the breakfasts is good. I always bring the fellows after a morning golf games or car picketing.. Expect to be asked to leave after you finish your meal others are waiting but do not take this personally. Not recommend kids ...one of the last dinner style

Really good burgers or breakfast here. Ive seen people order a teriyaki plate Ive never had it. Usually go here for breakfast the pancakes are good and the bacon is the best thing. Sausage is Ok but the bacon they cook it nice and crispy. Small seating makes it 4 star instead of 5, fits about 30-40 people max. Half of the seating is a long counter top.

My sister went to eat about 4 months ago, she said they were really rude, almost racist. I couldnt believe it, I have been there many times the daughter and her husband are a bit rude to the point of making your visit a bad experience. I was there this morning I the husband cleaning the table had a bad attitude, I walked out immediately. If they keep it up they will hurt their customers. They can be really rude or rude.
