BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!!!! PLEASE READ!!! i wish i could give 0 stars because this company is definitely aligned with the word SCAM! i placed an order and immediately contacted them literally within 3 minutes of placing the order because the items i ordered were not going to be received in the time i needed them. also i was getting ready to move out of state and didnt want them to come once i had moved. the order was overall $75. the company said that i could not cancel my order and after requesting a refund 4 times i just gave up. now 2 and a half months later i received not even half of my order! the nails were thinner than the ones you buy at dollar tree and they were all jumbled up. i contacted the company once again requesting a refund for the $50 worth of products i did not receive and even after sending the pictures of my package they still refused to give me my money back! the representative had the nerve to say she will send a rush order out for the items i did not receive!! LIKE REALLY!!! I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK LADY!! i read the reviews from previous customers and them responding saying send proof, well i have every email from the start as well as the pictures of the poor quality products they are selling saying they are custom made to order! rediculous lies!! please stay far far away from this company!!!! they need to have a F with the BBB! i added the photos and as you can see i requested to cancel my order not even 5 minutes after placing the order, so theres no way they couldve sent my order to be made that quickly especially with the fact that they keep saying they are sooo behind with orders!!UPDATE: they asked for the order number, ORDER #8565191 WEEK UPDATE: so after they responded asking for my order number still nothing was done. i havent even received a tracking number for the rest of my order that they claim to have expedited...just steer clear of this company!!

Ordered roughly two months ago and have yet to receive the product. The reviews looked good enough, and the company claims “high demand” is the reason for the delay. I was assured the lashes would ship by the first week of September, but was emailed 4 days ago that now it is pushed back to the 20th. For a $50 product, it would have been nice to know of a back order prior to completing my non refundable order. Thankfully I did not purchase these for a specific event.

I would give zero stars if I could. This company is made up of thieves. They will steal your money and lie to you. I placed my order on 07/05/21 and selected 3-5 day shipping.I contacted the company on 07/28/21 for an order status and was told it would not ship until 08/04/21. I told them that the website said 3-5 days and 100% money back guarantee so I wanted to cancel and get a refund. She said no. I asked to escalate and the rep said no because her supervisor would just tell me the same thing. Once I mentioned filing a report with the BBB I was told a supervisor would call me shortly. I got the call on 07/31/21 from someone claiming to be a supervisor who was very rude and ignorant about how to treat a customer. I was given the same response that my order would ship 08/04/21 and arrive 3-5 days after. She stated that an email was sent AFTER my purchase stating that it takes 4 weeks to ship. That was a lie. I never received that email. I was offered a discount code for a future purchase but I said I would NEVER purchase from this company again. Why would I give them more of my money if I havent even received my first order. She then offered me a gift card to compensate. It is now 08/16/21 and I have not received my order or the gift card. I tried calling again and my call gets disconnected. Do NOT buy anything from them. WORST COMPANY EVER!

If I could give zeros stars I would. Horrible customer service!! This company lacks professionalism when dealing with customers. I placed an order back on 31 July didnt receive my order until Oct. When I reached out I expressed that the item was missing and asked what could be done as fair as just providing the item and maybe like a discount or something due to the long wait and missing item. I was then asked to provide proof of the missing item. Also I was told the item was shippd I would get updates which didnt happen without me reaching out. Oh by the way the item that waa supposed to have already shipped is out of stock so I was lied to and cannot get a refund for this item that I paid for and havent received. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE BE WARNED !!!!Update.Customer service still horrible my item is out of stock and you arent offering a refund. Terrible all around. I ordered the deluxe lash kit and waited months for only half of the products to show up. I was ghosted on their customer chat after requesting a refund, and was told that I would have to pay $17 for shipping and handling and that they would have to have the products (that were open btw) back. One of the most deceptive companies if come across in a really long time. After I was scammed out of money I read the Google Reviews. You can see for every poor review 4-5 reviews are placed by (what I’m assuming) are people PAID to review them. It keeps their 41/2 star rating up if they place their own positive reviews. If you read the poor reviews we all seem to have the same experience with this company. We pay them, wait for WEEKS, don’t receive our product & hear nothing but excuses & “I’ll check into it & get back to you”. Go look on their Instagram… read the comments on each post the same person makes 4-5 comments then another person makes 3-4 comments. (Employees maybe??!!!!) The whole company is a fraud.
