This was my first time at a MAC store ever as I was starting to look for concealer options and the one staff person there Schuron was literally a fairy godmother to me and my best friend. She was so sweet, joyful, personable, funny, eager to help, patient with all of my questions, and just all around welcoming. My friend even said “I have never felt more safe in my life” and I agreed. Thank you for the best customer service Schuron and I’ll always come back to this MAC store. Please make her a spokesperson or something, she deserves all the spotlight for her positive energy!

If you want new, pristine and a low-key atmosphere, stop by the Westfield Shopping center Mac store.   This is an awesome store.   I actually don’t mind taking my wife there.  She’s happy so I’m happy. My wife and I had great customer service by the two ladies I was helped by.  I don’t remember their names, I’d like to give them credit. Happy wife, happy life!!

I love this store! It is really Makeup Brush Heaven!!! Im always overwhelmed when I come in with all the selections! I want the whole store! Oh and the staff, especially Priscilla, is very helpful and sweet! Its a must come! Btw, come early! Lines become really long just to get inside the store! I love MAC Cosmetics!

Walked in and asked for a makeup appointment and with out checking there availability Jen very rudely told me to go to Nordstrom I’m not one to write bad reviews but this is the 3rd time I have come to this store and been treated badly someone needs to talk to this staff it’s disgusting!
