I love Aveda products and having a store to ask questions from an informed staff makes browsing and shopping so much easier. My friend and I walked in and our time spent with Sunny(? ), I think that was her name was so fun! I learned a lot about the hair growth products and was given a sample. All products smell wonderful and stays with you, as if you are in a spa to unwind, relax and rejunvinate. Bravo Aveda for making us all feel wonderful throughout this pandemic. The small shop is serene upon entering. There was a promotion, so my friend took advantage of it to receive a gift! My friend also reached a level of points and received another gift /goodie bag!

Steep prices yet very good products.

Good selection for what isn’t one of their largest stores. Though they’re often out of one of the many things I go into get and it’s a different thing every time. I love the brand itself and will always be loyal but employees at this store could be better. Every time I go in it just seems as if they don’t care to be good at customer service or be cheerful. Maybe it’s me or I just have bad luck.

The people there were so helpful and talked to me about my hair and how to go about it. Definitely recommend a visit if you have trouble figuring out your hair.
